Love, love A-Animal Clinic & Boarding! Office and kennel staff take wonderful care of my Harley Mae. Kennel Master, Charlie, is amazing.

They were quick to come out and take care of our emergency with our dog. Veterinarian came out quickly to tell us the state of the injure and what they were going to do. Everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back were attentive and concerned. I've gone to them with previous pets and would only take them to them.

Very friendly , kind and compassionate people from the moment you step into the clinic. The veterinarian was very nice to my dog plus she explained to me the issues my dog was having ...overall is a very nice clinic with affordable prices where they truly care about your pets!! I asked for the record of the exam by calling after the appointment which was in the end of October. It took forever for the lady to get the email address right…Now it’s December i still haven’t get the record. I have sent an email ask for it recently and still no response. First is giving wrong info to me about the $1 promotion now again with these issues… I just want to say there are lot of people who want to work hard are looking for jobs. The appointment was great. They are very nice.

I have been a loyal customer of A Animal clinic for the past 11 years, and I always recommend them to any pet owner. The staff is simply wonderful. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a smile. Nicole is always such a delight to see in the early mornings. I love that every time we go, multiple staff members recognize and acknowledge Miss Mia. I can tell she is loved and well taken care of when she goes to day camp. Charlie is simply the best. Any time I’ve needed anything, he makes sure it happens. From Sara to Dr. Keener, we love A Animal clinic!

The vet staff sent me this photo because I was having a mini heart attack worrying about how he was being treated in the back. I was imagining him surrounded by dogs not getting gentle care and attention. Boy was I wrong! Super impressed with the professionalism with handling me and my baby. When I went to check out they were saying Tomo (my cat) was so sweet and when they brought him out he was so relaxed and calm just laying down in his crate. Truly thankful for the care that this place showed me today in such a vulnerable situation. Thank you A-Animal Clinic ????

Do not trust them with your fur baby! Failed to follow instructions. Shaved the dog despite explicit instructions not to. And they did it on 2 separate occasions. No communication and no effort to resolve. Pet parents beware!

They really try to get to the root cause of a pet's ailments. We are pleased with the level of service and care provided to our two dogs.

Awful Experience....My dog got rash on his balls from being there three days. Their response was " He probably had anxiety". I had to take my own dog out of kennel and walk him to room to get his vaccinations. The workers did not try to help me. And I paid them $400 and for what I do not know. They need to do a better job in sanitizing and cleaning kennels. And not just want to take people's money because they handle dogs or pets. I will not go back or recommend.

Dr. Keener is so knowledgeable and caring! My dog Max had severe vet anxiety and Dr. Keener and staff are very accommodating and help him feel at ease. Max also suffers from frequent ear infections and seasonal allergies and Dr. Keener has put him on an allergy medicine and antibiotic ointment/ear cleanser which has helped him immensely. She also always has great tips on how to care for Max and she’s always excited and happy to see him. Office staff and vet technicians are always friendly and welcoming. We never have issues with getting seen right away and scheduling appointments. We will definitely keep coming back to her and A-Animal Clinic.

We were desperate to help our little dog who had been suffering from allergies. He lost a huge majority of his hair, he was underweight, crusty, gooey, and smelly. The quality of life for everyone involved was bad. We thought it might be time to say goodbye ????. After moving to the DFW area we tried one vet who saw us a couple times but never followed up! So we switched to A-animal clinic under the care of Dr.Kenner. We were going to be sent to a specialist but she decided to try a few things first. The thoroughness of her evaluations were night and day compared to the other clinic. The results so far have made everyone happy. Our doggy is playing again, alert and gaining weight. After several adjustments, we are still under a strict regimen of medications and medicated baths but it's working! All this to say, you can't go wrong making A-animal clinic your go to choice for your pet's care.

Great service, staff and doctors.

They are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate with all of our furbabies including "PigPig" our mini/pot belly pig!

It is so unfortunate that one bad apple can spoil the entire review. Excellent doctor care with Dr. Domino, beyond reproach technicians and Nicole at the front desk never falters. Plus Charlie, the unsung hero of kennel management. Five Stars at this point. And then there's Sara at the front desk. Poor service #1, perhaps she was having a bad day. No follow through #2, we all make errors. Bad follow through #3 has impacted the progress and recovery that Dr. Domino's great care began. Maybe she has yet to find her gift to give to the Universe.

Excellent group of Dr's supported by a wonderful team who truly love what they do. They take amazing care of all our babies health needs as well as food, grooming and boarding. When my wife tells the pups it's Day Camp day they get so excited. Great place great people!

This clinic does not need improvement, it’s already the best. The vet techs were so kind to take my dog in and treat him well. I’m very happy with this service and this clinic. Thank you guys so much.
