In general the staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job of getting you thru the appointment without keeping you there unnecessarily. Only complaint was my dog growled because they failed to introduce themselves before a…temp check and now he is being muzzled even tho he has not shown any aggression in subsequent visits. Overall staff is helpful on the phone and getting you answers.

I took my little kitten here the first day I got him when he was 2 months old. I continued to take him here until he died at 8 months old. I kept telling the vets there was something wrong with him. He had a bad eye, no energy, not gaining weight, circling to the right. Gully referred me to a neurologist and ophthalmologist. Telling me he was just special needs. I took him to the ER twice, the 2nd time he was diagnosed with FIP. That was the first time I had ever heard of that. No one at Gully ever mentioned the possibility of FIP. He died on his own 2 days after his diagnosis. I also took my shihtzu here. The last time I took him, I told the vets he was hacking. They recommended Benadryl saying it was probably just allergies. I took him to a different vet a month later where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. I feel like I’m owed a huge refund from Gully. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and in return I received inexperienced services. My cat died. My dog could of died if I hadn’t taken him to a different vet who started him on treatment right away. After my experience with Gully, I could never trust them with another pet again.

went because my old dog was wetting the bed in her sleep, without doing any urine tests they just said she was old and incontinent. she gets put on medication that makes her throw up, and she’s still wetting the bed. I go to a different vet and they put her on antibiotics, turns out it was a UTI and i went through a $500 mattress and a ton of doggy diapers for nothing ???? every vet/vet tech that i go to immediately says they should’ve done a urine test regardless.

Staff was kind and very friendly. Destiney and Erikka took great care of Hustle the entire time. It really put me at ease knowing the level of professionalism here. Would recommend and will come back.

I loved this place. They took the best care of my Prince. He was 17 and recently had to be put down. I greatly appreciate the staff here. He was always so happy after being boarded with them, too. That's how I know they took very good care of him. Thanks everyone.

Extremely sweet and caring. Were up front about conditions and cost didn't try to pressure me into 1000$ worth of treatment due to my new puppy having parvo. Called to check up on him afterward even though I took him back to the shelter for treatment with them.

Our fur baby had a follicle cyst and UTI. This office provided friendly and quick service to help her get better. Dr.Gully did an excellent job at answering my questions and following up promptly with results. Absolutely recommend this business and this location.

While I was expressing my concerns about my baby's health the Doctor stops me from talking and asked me if I had a mask. (I understand in these times I definitely should have one on). She walks out of the room and brings me one back in and said okay that's gonna be a $3 dollar charge for you. Then stats she going to check his stool and leaves. This was a very transactional visit for me. Girls in the front and assistant were great but I will not be back.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Arnold. We recently had to put our dog down and they were the best during a difficult time for us.

Recently purchased an older German Shepard. Decided to make Gully Animal Hospital in Grand Prairie my permanent vet. Upon arriving, I immediately recognized the cleanliness of the clinic. Clearly a lot of time and effort is made to ensure that things are sanitary and well maintained. The staff here is extremely respectful, informative and they take the time to listen. Dr Gully met with me. We discussed my concerns, a treatment plan to include a neuter. All was scheduled immediately, was informative and again professional. I highly recommend this vet. One of the best experiences with a vet that I have ever had.

Gully Animal Hospitals have the best vets in the area and a great management staff. Very attentive and caring. Will only take my dogs here.

Took my sick kitten there, and had the pleasure of Gully himself helping my little fur baby. He was very nice and they're reasonably priced compared to other places. And my kitten feels so much better now too
