Very poor lighting outside waiting for them to open up in the morning

Had emergency with our fur baby our vet could not see us until sometime the first part of December even though we told them he couldn’t use his back leg . At companion they got us in the very next day .they should be renamed the “compassionate” vet clinic.. so very pleased with Dr Williams & staff… we can’t get our furbabies records transferred fast enough…thank you all……

Always get us right in. Even took us immediately when in pet crisis. Honest without gouging pocketbook.

Been with them for years with no issues but when I needed them most they were not there. Took my very sick 12 yr old dog who was clearly suffering to them on a Friday afternoon. I know it was almost closing time but they didn't even look at her for 1 second. Called Monday morning telling them she is much worse and is suffering and needs to be put down asap. They had the nerve to try and schedule me for a Thursday appt! Hung up, called another clinic in town and they said they would help today. Found me a new clinic.

I was very disappointed with my dogs vet today. When I took my dog that had been attacked by coyotes, to be sadly turned down and sent away but there not the only ones every vet in FORNEY did so kutos to our lovely neighbors in Terrell the vet Rissinger off of 148 did a Great Job and I highly recommend them.

Love Dr Williams. She is practical and helpful, listens to needs and concerns but doesn't oversell.

The ppl here were so friendy, and gave us great suggestions as we are new to Texas.

Every time we need them they don't have time for us but the vet on 548 never said no they say bring them in.

I took my cat up to get her nails trimmed and a refill on her medicine. The staff there is so kind, and helpful, and they did a great job on her nails! My hands and feet are also very thankful lol!!

I called to see how much a specific test for my dog would be and they were extremely rude! Not helpful whatsoever and seemed annoyed that I asked what the difference between two version on the tests were?!

I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now. Their staff is super courteous and Dr Williams is awesome to answer your questions and give her honest opinion.

Took my puppy here for the first time after he suffered a weekend of digestive issues - vomiting and diarrhea. They were so kind and didn’t try to push unnecessary tests or X-rays - she felt the anti inflammatory shot would be the best course of action before doing anything else. I had called several other local vets who would have charged double/triple for his examination, fecal exam, shot, and pushed X-rays over the phone before even being seen. I was looking at an excess of $300 before walking into another vet. Companion was compassionate and affordable at $150 for a visit, fecal exam, and his anti inflammatory shot. I will definitely be using them as my vet going forward. Thanks so much for helping my puppy! Companion was also the only vet that saw him first thing the next morning when I called versus others who wanted me to wait another 2-3 days to be seen.
