This place is horrible. I have never experienced such a horrific environment! I called before taking my dog to get grooming with a cut and bath and was quoted a certain amount come to find out when I go to pick him up they changed the price $20 more and argue with me about how they told me a different price. Then they bring me my poor dog and he looks horrible it literally looked like a five year old cut his hair. I told them that he looked unacceptable and that the girl needed to call her boss and she said no your not getting a refund and he looks fine. It was horrible. I walk to my car just about in tears and just couldn’t leave with how bad this was and they called the owner to come “fix” it and he just pulls up and stands there and doesn’t apologize or asked how he could fix it he just says well are you going to hand me the dog? Then I tell him that this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced and he shrugs his shoulders and walks off! I would never recommend anyone to take there pets here! They are so dirty and gross too! I was trying to help out small businesses and not go to petco but honestly I will never support this place!

Lynn and Jesse are amazing. I have been looking for another groomer for my senior dog and most shops take over 4 hours to groom and thats too long. I called Lynn and she told me to come at 7:30am so my dog would be first to be groomed. I did exactly that, I dropped off my dog talked to Lynn for a while, watched Daisy get groomed for a little bit, and went to get coffee and within 2 hours my Daisy was done. What an amazing find. This is my new go to grooming place.

We took our 6 month old Sheepadoodle to Love Your Pet this morning for his first grooming. This was a big deal for all of us since it was his first time getting groomed. He went in with full coat, 6 months of sheepadoodle growth with just us brushing him out once a week. I expected this to be a tough task for any groomer. He was super anxious and was very aware that he was in for something he hadn't experienced yet so we were very nervous about how this would turn out for him and the team at Love Your Pet. Lynn and her team made my wife feel really comfortable with leaving him. We were prepared for the grooming to take 4 hours but Lynn called about a hour and half later after drop off, informing us that our pup was ready to be picked up. We're thinking that was super fast and was somewhat nervous because we expected it to be at least 3 hours. When I arrive to pick him up after seeing him my first thought was we have a show dog on our hands. He looked amazing to me but I knew the final stamp of approval would come from my wife and two daughters... They loved his new look, and needless to say, the good people at Love Your Pet have earned a new long term customer. We're really happy with how the first grooming went.

Friendly people, I took my puppies Rocky and Rosie for their first haircuts. The people over there very friendly, they are perfect with their time and they did great job with my puppies. I’m very satisfied with my first time experience, I would like to go again when I need too. I recommend this place for anyone is looking for a good quality groomers.

We love them! They’ve always taken great care of our two dogs and the dogs get so excited when they go there for grooming or boarding.

Friendly staff, very professional and just a great, place to take your pet. They have been doing a good job with Ceasar for a while now and I have no complaints. With this Covid19 among us I do like the fact that they are open so I get my puppy groomed and I get a chance to support a family owned business at the same time

Great dog grooming! I wasn't able to get an appointment with my normal groomer for almost a month, so a friend recommended Love Your Pet. They got me in the same day, very reasonable rates, and they did a great job on my dog! I will definitely be going back.

I took my mini poodle there twice in the last 8 months and both times she came out happy and well groomed. She was very matted, so they had to cut her short, which was OK for summer. The first time took only an hour and the second took three. I could tell they paid attention to detail and carefully trimmed every inch of her body. I also liked that I was able to get an appointment the next day, they were fast, and the price was reasonable.

Wow! Completely blown away with how QUICK and easy my Chiweenies nail trim was today! Normally nail trims completely stress my dog out and they aren't the Easiest thing for us.. today he was in and out in under two minutes and for once he did not freak out or get overstressed! 5 STARS isn't enough for this place! The office is small but clean and not intimidating for your pup! We called around to a few different clinics to get a walk in nail trim but due to Covid a lot of places would not accept an appointment without an exam charge. Jesse and Lynn we are very sweet and you could tell they truly loved their practice! We will definitely be back in the future for nail trims and cat grooming!!

We own and foster English Bulldogs and have taken them to Love Your Pets for five years. This is the best pet groomer you can find. The staff personifies a loving and caring ethic for us and our Bullies. Some weeks, we visit five times or more, usually with Bullies having skin and coat issues, and needing special treatment. They advise us of their findings and we are thrilled for their concern. Small business needs local support and Love Your Pets earns our business many days of every week. There is no better groomer.

This place, I just feel strongly that they didn’t even try. I asked them NOT to shave my dogs ears. Yet they told me that the my were matted they were going have to shave them off. ONCE AGAIN SEEMS LIKE THEY DIDN’T EVEN TRY! Over three years of grooming my dog we have never had this problem!

Had the worst experience with my dog. First they never understand what trimming means. This was not my first time at love your pet. They always over cut his hair which I used to never complain so much.. after all hair grows back. I don’t know what they did he returned traumatized. December 24th will be 4th day my dog has not eaten or drank water well. He stopped playing. Can you believe he does not even want to go out for walks ????. Bailey is such a playful dog and I really don’t know what happened to him. I am definite never bringing him in ever.

I took my two dogs to this facility for a wash and groom. The haircut looks nice, but I was very disturbed when I noticed too large wounds on my puppy's stomach area. When I asked the front desk lady what happened she had no clue. She stated that she doesn't do the grooming so she did not know. I asked her why no one called and let me know that they had put these two large wounds on my dog while grooming. She had no answer. For me it is unacceptable for that to happen. These dogs are like my kids, you would never want to go pick your kids up and see two big scratches on their head and no one called and let you know. That was not something that I wanted to find out by surprise. I will not take my business here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who loves their pets as I do.

I would not usually take time to write a review, but I felt obligated to do so on this one. This is a filthy facility. I took my cats to board them for a day. The staff (two women) were very pleasant and nice. I asked to walk back to see where the cats would be staying for the day, and without hesitation took me back with them. I was shocked at the filth in the back, the dirty cages, the dirty old dusty cat box they were rinsing out to use in the cage. I apologized and said it was just too noisy for the cats and left. I would never consider taking a pet to this groomer. Unfortunately all they need to do is clean up the place it I'm sure would be ok.
