Words cannot express how happy I am with this vet clinic. Unfortunately, I have had bad experiences with other vets but Lonestar Vet is incredible. Everyone in the clinic genuinely seems to care about our dogs and everyone is extremely nice. The vets themselves are wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable and always explain everything in great detail to us. We take our dogs here for regular checkups but we have also had our dogs neutered and we’ve had another surgery here as well. They treat our dogs with great care and are very patient and gentle. Lonestar Vet truly feels like a godsend because we could not feel happier about our experiences here. The staff here also incredibly nice. I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. Our dogs will be patients here for life! Thank you Lonestar Vet!!

Dr Eubanks and the whole staff were amazing when I came in urgently with a 6 week old puppy with a potential broken bone. They saw me quickly and the doctor explained everything in detail for me and they went above and beyond. I am truly thankful for your kindness and compassion with my sweet baby doodle. You guys now have me as a client for my dogs going forward. Keep up the great work. Thank you times a million!

I have been taking my dog Ellie here for 5 years now. Dr. Eubanks and his staff are incredibly kind and attentive and gentle. My dog is a nervous one and every visit she is accommodated and her boundaries are acknowledged and respected. From her very first visit Dr. Eubanks recognized her anxiety and went so far as to get on the ground with her and spent time letting her know he and his staff and his office were not a threat. He and his entire staff are kind and professional, look you in the eyes when speaking to you and genuinely care about human and animal well-being. I recommend his office to everyone looking for a long term vet.

Your series on Disney+ and my school learning convinced me that my goal in life is to become a veterinarian. Also you guys are In an amazing area, so maybe in a couple years, it’s possible I could work there! :)

I was a walk-in, when i first got there i didn't bring my dog in because i wanted to make sure that they could look at her. They asked me what i needed to have looked at and they offer to look at her, so i brought her in when i got their consent to do so. They didn't seem busy when they handled us or have any cars for that matter in the parking lot while going through paperwork. When we got settled into a room they tell us a multitude of things that she might need or have looked at. Everything was great until Dr. Warren walked in very unprofessional to tell us that he can't give her the services he offered to provide. We asked him if their was a problem and he told us that he was angry and frustrated that he had a lot of stuff to do today including appointments. If you knew you had a lot of appointments that day, why take us too? Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Don't have walk-ins welcome on the website if you can't promise that. Add in from your response: the response you have for me is very disappointing. Twisting things that didn't happen, all in logic that my dog needed help and you couldn't offer her help that she desperately needed in the time being. The "doctor" didn't offer to see us another time, and the "doctor" was unprofessional In the facts that he specified in how annoyed he was with the fact that i even brought her in. The tech nor the "doctor" offered any other help when he voiced how upset he was that he had 3 appointments. In that case, if you accept walk in service you should work on the scheduling because of how unprofessional the clinic was in, in the first place. You also OFFERED THE VACCINES. Not the other way around. No one felt comfortable in the situation let alone storming in before taking a breather (thanks "doctor") I get everyone has their bad days, but my pup was having a bad day too. She could barely walk after having a long fun day at the lake. I specifically asked prior to even bringing her into the clinic if you could offer your services to her and you didnt. i would never bring any animal of mine, let alone my relatives animals or recommend this clinic to anyone that i know. I found my pup the clinic that fit her and took her in unconditionally unlike this clinic that offered something that they couldn't partake.

I have been very pleased with the care my dogs have received from Dr Eubank. I have lived in Flower Mound for 22 years, and have tried a number of vets. Super caring, creative, and doesn't try and run you through semi-unnecessary tests. Reasonable lead time to get in a sick pet, which is the reason I left my last vet as it was often a 3 or 4 day wait to get an appt. He has put together a support team of techs that are very enthusiastic, and they all seem like they are very passionate about their jobs. The relief vet, Dr Arca, is fantastic as well.

It is always nerve wracking when you have to take your pet for an emergency visit in a town you don't know. We travel full-time and don't have to access to our home vet. I found this office on google and chose it because of the stellar reviews. I was not disappointed! Everyone in the office was so helpful and considerate and they made a stressful visit so easy. Dr. Eubank was very knowledgable and to the point, which I appreciated. And I really valued his honesty. We got the treatment we needed without unnecessary costs and our girl is doing so well! The treatment started working in 24 hours. We are so grateful to have found this office on our travels! It's just too bad we don't live here or we would make this our permanent office! Thank you so much for all your help!

Very careful veterinarian. Not in a rush, making sure each visit recieves the time and attention necessary. The entire staff will get involved at whatever level needed. I have personally seen the Dr. down on his hands and knees while giving care to a large very strong dog.

I recently adopted a cat and used google to help find a vet in my area. I am so glad I found Lone Star. They have been amazing and take great care of my cat. They even call to check on him to see how he is doing after a visit. Highly recommend!!

My mom went to church with Dr. Eubank so I knew him as a kid and I came here to help my senior chihuahua with ongoing health issues. He took care of so many things all at once and it cost me a quarter of what it cost me at the stupid Pet Vet I went to years before. I literally cried after he told me we could take care of my baby WITHOUT having to pay an arm and a leg, especially during COVID. I could not be more thankful

The staff are always very friendly and answer every question. I am always treated with respect and they work hard to call my pet by his name which just adds that personal touch.
