Highly recommended for their care and consideration to our "family". They have been extremely helpful and thorough with any issues we have had regarding our pets. We unfortunately had to have our cats euthanized but the Dr. was so kind and nurturing, I was very pleased that they seemed to really empathize with the situation considering how often "unfortunately" they have to travel down that road. Recommended, I have complete faith and trust in their guidance and expertise.

The best of the best. Why settle for anything less. We drive Mr. Turbo to Lantana Animal Hospital from Frisco!! We feel that is is in the best hands possible there!

My dog Snooki used to attend the Banfield clinic and after our visit this weekend this clinic is now our new home! Jordan was an A M A Z I N G technician!!! She was super helpful and actually explained everything in detail. Not to mention the fact that Andrea at the front desk was super helpful at breaking down the cost and scheduling an appointment for my other dog. Dr. Robertson made sure that I left my appointment with the best care my pug could get! If you want a vet office that will actually take care of you I can’t recommend this practice enough!!! 12/10 visit I can’t wait to come back with my other dog!!!

Lantana Animal Hospital is the best. My dog had never been there before, and had a small emergency, and was turned away from everywhere else, and Lantana Animal Hospital said "bring her in, we don't care about paper work if she is in distress. We will watch her and help her if needed." They have been amazing with all my pets.

I will never take my dog anywhere else. She truly cares for each animal she sees.

One of the best experience I received with my dog at a doctors office. Since the time I called for an appointment, the staff was very friendly, advised me what to do, how I should come for the appointment, was received with a warm welcome, the doctor was so kind and went extra mile to explain things to me in simple language. I won't be taking my dog for anywhere else, but Lantana from now on :)

We were referred to Lantana Animal Hospital when we adopted our first dog in 2018. We have since added another dog and gone there for immunizations, teeth cleanings, checkups, intestinal distress issues, short term boarding, ear infections, and even a UTI. They run a very efficient operation and are they are extremely responsive. The vet techs and front desk team are flat out excellent and very kind to my two crazy dogs. Dr. Hall is similarly great, she knows a LOT and is very thorough in her examinations, the questions she asks, and the information/tips she gives. You can tell she also really loves animals and she is very gentle and patient with them. I have remarked on more than one occasion that the care dogs get here is FAR superior to the medical treatment I have personally received. No joke, I wish healthcare for humans was as good as Lantana Animal Hospital is for pets.

This place was recommended to me by others; however, my thoughts I wouldn’t recommend. The actual vet is pompous about her knowledge of the dog breed and I am guessing since she herself is a “show” breeder has an issue with the kennel my puppy came from. Anyhow, with doctors and veterinarians it’s best to find a place that you are comfortable with and my experience would absolutely never recommend this place. Not to mention her comment of stating, I must have over paid for my puppy because to her knowledge should never pay over X dollars for the pedigree. That comment alone made me giggle inside. Needless to say, happy to mutually agree this wasn’t the place for care of my puppy. I would also warn her to be cautious because misinformation about other kennels could result in deformation liabilities for her clinic.

Appointments kept on time. My dog and I were made to feel like old friends in for a visit. Very friendly, very accomodating, very calm and patient. You can tell the staff here loves their patients and their owners. Convenient location. Convenient hours. Well equipped. Efficient. Nice waiting area with a selection of pet food and accessories available for purchase.

We’ve followed Dr. Robertson for 17 years and will continue to do so for many more. Best Veterinary Team in DFW !!

In all the years I have know Dr. Robertson, I have followed her. For the last 20 years from Dallas and now to Flower Mound and she is well worth the drive. We live out of town these days, but drive our bitties up to see her for all of their needs no matter what; Can't imagine going anywhere else. Last month we got to meet Dr. Katie while Dr. Robertson was laid up from surgery - and what a treat she was! The clinic just keeps growing and getting better and better. I pass the word around to everyone I know. If you want a place you can trust, which is rare these days, this is the place to go.

The doctors and staff are great! So knowledgeable and kind.

I spoke to a front office employee who was not very nice. She seemed very annoyed by my phone call. Why would you allow someone to work at your office that is not kind? She sounded older and also spoke very fast and very condescending. Will not be coming here due to front office staff!

Although we have moved and this is a 10 hour drive we still bring our dog here. They are the best!

We are new to the Dallas area and I’m so happy that we found this amazing veterinarian clinic for our fur-babies! The staff were so nice and accommodating, we saw Dr. Hall for a introductory visit and she is wonderful, I’m excited that she will be our vet and be taking care of our dogs. She was extremely thorough and asked throughout the visit if we had additional questions or concerns. They are really invested in animals having a good experience at the clinic and I loved that they recommended for us to bring the dogs by just for a visit and a treat. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful clinic to everyone in the area!

I highly recommend Dr Robertson she is beyond amazing. She is so knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to answer all question and make sure you have all the information you need. I drive 40 min to take my dogs to her. Her staff from the front to back is Beyond amazing. They are friendly and always willing to help!
