We have been taking our 10 year old Cockapoo to Dove Creek for over a year. We love the quality of all of their services. The staff is professional, reliable, compassionate and kind. We have a special place in our hearts for Dr. Morel, Vet Tech Lauren, and Receptionist Heather! We highly recommend Dove Creek Animal Hospital.

The people at Dove Creek have always made me feel so comfortable taking our dog there. They are caring and kind and always love on our little guy just like we do. I would say the cost is pretty normal for a veterinarian and they definitely are NOT more pricey than any other place. They ask if we have concerns or worries over and above what our pet is there for which tells me that they are genuinely concerned for the welfare of the animal. We love Dove Creek.

If I could put zero stars I would I do not recommend this vet at all for your fur babies my mom took her dog here first they told her is was old age did a bunch of test then said it was kidney failure She kept getting worse and worse so they had my parents bring her up there everyday to get fluids well last night she got so bad I took her to the er vet and she was back there for not even 5 min when the dr came out and said she has a mass above her liver which all of her symptoms point to cancer how is it that my mothers dog was in these vets care for over a week for 8 hours a day and they didn’t even notice it !!!! We needed up having to put her down because she was so bad she didn’t show up today to get fluids and the vet didn’t even have the curiosity to call my mom to see if she was okay and why she didn’t come worst place ever !!!!

They are all kind and caring with my fur babies!! Great Dr's. and staff!! Patience for me too!

Today marks the one year anniversary of my friend, my cat Blondie, dying in my arms in the parkinglot of Dove Creek Animal hospital after his appointment there. The lack of professionalism and compassion from Hill is completely incomprehensible. Unfortunately I have to drive by this place everyday only to get reminded of that fateful day and my disdain for Hill and her business.

We are new to the area and were thrilled to find Dove Creek so fast. They were wonderful. The staff were kind and friendly and helpful. The Dr. was so generous in answering all our questions.

We love Dr. Hill! She is amazing with Dandelion. She had an eye injury and she took great care of her!

We love Dove Creek & tell all our friends too! They know who my pup is when he’s on the schedule and they treat him like their own. Highly recommend!

The best vets I could ask for. My old cat began going blind due to high BP and Dr. Pagano helped me find the ophthalmologist & meds she needed. Dr. Hill recently helped me with her teeth and kidneys. I don't think Jaybird would still be around if I hadn't found them.

Dove Creek has always provided top-notch service for all my furry babies over the years. They have shown such love for several of my babies as puppies and to end of life. All doctors and staff have shown such love, compassion, patience and professionalism throughout many years of experience with them. You know they have a connection with your pet when they can tell you their personality (habits, humor, likes and dislikes). Best vet in the Denton area, my german shepherd Mary suffers from severe allergies and had gone to other vets un the area that were not able to help. When she was losing all her hair we switched to Dove Creek and they put her on appropriate medication and made a referral to an animal dermatologist which no other vet had ever mentioned as an option. Everyone at Dove Creek goes above and beyond for my dog and I highly recommend them!

Super late but this was our Vet in 2010-12 while we were at UNT and they were great. Figured out a diagnosis that our previous vet couldn't, tho unfortunate outcome.

I dropped my cat off for boarding. Spoke to the clinic and confirmed they could give her 1 required vaccine with a required wellness visit which was required for boarding. I gave the employees upon drop off the documents showing she’s been vaccinated and nothing else was required. She even had a collar on with a current rabies vaccine. Upon pickup, I found they gave her another rabies vaccine and the other vaccines that she’s already had. That’s two rounds of vaccines in a six month old kitten. They still charged me for one vaccine but “graciously” took off the rabies. I’ve taken my animals to this clinic for years and always been happy with their service even when I had to put down my dog with cancer. This was the last time I’ll go here. In my experience, if you make a mistake you own up to it. The lady, Heather, who I dealt with was very nice and apologetic but no amends was made.

Will not let you enter with your pet to provide them comfort while getting shots and exams. Instead, they provide you with the unnecessary option of sedation or no service. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Awesome staff, great service, and nice clean building, too. Just moved down here from OH, this vet came recommended from coworker. After taking my dog there, I see why. Was a great experience, and she instantly liked everyone on the staff. Shes often hesitant about letting people pet her (big 70lb brindle at that) before sniffing them out, but she instantly sensed they're good people.

Dr Hill and the staff are so awesome and they are so loving with my sweet Callie. We are very much at ease with Dr. Hill and the whole staff.
