I can't say enough about how the vets treat my dogs, with love and care.. and they explain each step of what they plan to do, how much it will cost and if it can or can't wait. I also will never forget how they handled helping my Buster cross the rainbow bridge... so much compassion, made a hard situation palatable with support and empathy..

We took our dog in for an ear infection and the vet and staff were so caring and professional that we knew we came to the right place. Harley says thank you for making him feel better! Cross Timbers definitely earned our business.

I have been taking my fur babies to Cross Timbers Vet for over 15 years and I have to say I have seen familiar faces most of the time .. Which is nice because they know you on a first name bases and your pet. The staff is always willing to help in anyway with positive attitudes . Dr. Locke is exceptional ! I have a fur baby with lots of health issues and from one day she has taken the time to be very thorough in addressing my pets needs, considerate and most of all never in a rush.

Can I just say that THIS Vet and Vet Techs are the nicest people ever?! Not only that they are very knowledgable and competent, but coming from LA County California where we can not see a vet for 6 months because the animal healthcare systems are still shut down for covid, and our pets had not had vaccinations pre-covid, they were so very accommodating to see our two senior dogs as we are visiting relatives. One nearby vet in flo mo, is doing what LA, California is doing, DROP YOUR DOG OFF and no in person visits! seriously! It is October 2021 and that is crazy. If you can meet in person with a vet, which is the best way to go, then do it and Cross Timbers Medical Center, we saw a new vet dr. there and LOVED him!!! Let me start out with how AWESOME the receptionists are that work the front desk! I always enjoy our conversations and their kindness ???????? Let's move on to Dr. Lock and her Vet Techs, they are top notch!! Caring, loving, and professional! Dr. Lock, is the sweetest, most kind hearted Vet that I've ever had. You can see and tell just how much she love her patients ♥ I love that Dr. Lock takes the time to talk to you in detail about the best treatment for your fur baby along with other alternative options.

Little expensive if you ask me. The vet technicians are nice. I asked the Veterinarian for some help when our dogs were having stomach problems he seemed disinterested and not wanting to listen to my concerns.

They were so good to my sweet 11 year old girl. Answered all of my questions and all of my concerned. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be keeping this vet.

I've been bringing my cats to Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center for ten years and the service has been excellent every time. All the vets are great, but since Dr. Lock is a feline specialist, I have had the most interactions with her. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the doctors are patient and very informative - never condescending or rude. Highly recommend them if you need a new veterinarian.

Our dog Sammie ingested a large quantity of sugar free gum. We rushed him to the office and they got to work on him immediately. Dr Locke and the team saved his life. He was showing acute signs of low blood sugar and they knew just what to do and took action. We bring all 4 of our fur babies here and are forever grateful for the care they gave Sammie.

I have been using this clinic for the last 4 years for my Kitty. Dr. Locke is wonderful with her as well as all of the staff there. They are so patient and caring with both me and Kiddy. We love it there and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I was very happy with our recent visit to Cross Timbers. Luna (our cat) had been experiencing some very odd symptoms and Dr. Harvey was very detailed in his findings, next steps, alternatives, etc. in order to get to the bottom of the problem with Luna. I did not feel like I needed to run a bunch of tests right away and Dr. Harvey even did XRays on Luna and did not charge me as I had not asked for them. I love my pets like family but cost is a huge thing for us as we have multiple cats and a horse!! So THANK YOU Dr. Harvey for taking such good care of Luna and loving her like YOUR family.

Daisy and Bella have been coming since they were babies and they love you guys. I recently started to bring Bella for bathing and she is a new dog when she comes home. She sheds so bad and when they finish brushing her it looks like she lost pounds with all the hair gone! Yea!

I've been taking my Red Heeler to Dr. Harvey here for a few years now. I've had a lot of experience with vets as I used to be a dog breeder. They are very professional in the way they treat your animals, but are not too clinical in the way they respond to you the customer. I have confidence that my buddy (dog) is in very good hands when I bring her here.
