Don’t take your pets here for veterinary services. They just want your money and couldn’t care less about the well being of your pet. Take your pets elsewhere for a staff that actually has passion for what they do and will genuinely care for your pet and be honest about the state they are in.

This veterinarian is by far and away the best I’ve ever been to for my cat. She was an older kitty and helped me to feed her in her old age and take better care of her. When she recently passed I asked for cremation and return of her ashes. She was sadly only about 7 pounds when she died but the care with which she was treated by CityVet Flower Mound was amazing. I won’t disclose the price, but for what we got it was amazing! I did not expect this much and the classy way in which her ashes were handled. I cannot thank CityVet enough for the amazing care when she was alive and the care in her death. Pictures shown are amazing care with her ashes! Fond Memories is an amazing company along with CityVet Flower Mound.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and smells nice. I would certainly recommend this vet clinic to my friends and family.

Everyone is so nice at City Vet! They do a great job taking care of all our dogs needs!

My dog Frankie comes to dayplay 4-5 times a week here and they know us by name, they recognize my car when I pull up and call back for him, their prices are the very best of any doggy day play/daycamp in the Lewisville Flower Mound area (thank God because I could not afford to take him and let him get his energy out at any of these other places) and he comes back to me having been dry shampooed/scent neutralized and wiped down so he is clean and dry and doesn’t smell like … you know, like he’s been playing with other dogs and all of them eliminating all day long. They also did his neuter and it was a great price & great care. Before Frankie, Dr. Reyff was wonderful with our 17 1/2-year-old Chihuahua, Wilson, who we transferred to Jesus back in June. She walked us through the process with patience and generosity of spirit, understanding our emotions and his health and gave us her honest opinion when it was time for him to go. Anyway, they’re great.

Y’all I love this place and glad I found it. My cat has been declined grooming from other places for showing “signs of aggression” … like no duh she’s a cat. This place took care of her and made her more comfortable and her haircut I think made her happy. They also double as a vet which is super convenient! They are also super affordable- I’m saying this as a teacher and I’m single so I’m really on a budget!!

Board your pet here at your own risk... Had my dog stay here over a long holiday weekend, as the usual CityVet we go to didn't have any space. Being first time boarding here I made sure to be very clear and on the same page with staff. When I called to reserve, and when dropping him off I was assured: -He was signed up for and would have PetPlay. -He would be getting his yearly shots, as they are due in a couple weeks. -There would be no issue having a neighbor pick up our dog for us. And she would not have to pay because they had a card on file from the boarding deposit. -Our dog could have a comfort item with him and they would make sure it got back to us. Somehow, CityVet Flower Mound got ALL of these things wrong. I called halfway through his stay to check on our dog and again make sure everything was going as we had discussed MULTIPLE times prior to his stay. Fortunately when I called I spoke to the only person at this location who seems to have any idea what is going on. Nika did a great job correcting the various mistakes that were made by the rest of the staff, re-signed our dog up for PetPlay, had our neighbor added as an authorized contact, and corrected the card on file so our neighbor did not get wrongfully charged for the service. Nika also tried to get our dog signed up for his shots, but I declined at this point as they wouldn't available until the afternoon he was being picked up. And after all of that, CityVet STILL lost my pets comfort item they confirmed he could have with him, without even a partial refund to the high price I paid for boarding and a terrible customer experience. Will not be leaving my dog here again, and will be rethinking my patient-vet relationship with CityVet as a whole.

Professional and friendly front staff. The vet was great with my pup and explained his new heartworm/flea meds to me to help ease uncertainty I had from an older dogs past experience. Clean rooms, fast service, and open convenient hours.

We just moved to Flower Mound are are new clients to CityVet. My pitbull has severe environmental allergies. Dr. Reyff was very professional and knowledgeable. She discussed a variety of reasons why dogs have allergies and medicine options. She even told me that they price match which helps lower the cost of meds. She helped me decide what we could do for my dog that would fit within my budget. I loved the transparency and the willingness to work with the customer.

I have only used city vet for grooming services (maybe 6 times?). The staff is friendly enough. The groomers do nice work on our labradoodle. It’s pricey though for a large dog. However, the last few times that I’ve dropped our off, I’ve gotten phone calls shortly after I leave city vet saying that “we’ve checked with your vet, and it looks like “our dog” is in need of such and such shot or test. We MUST have these done before the groomer can work on her. Would you like us to do these things or will you arrange grooming for another time ?” It just seems fishy to me. I know my husband takes our dog in for regular visits according to the schedule our veterinarian recommends. In these situations, I have given them permission to perform said “tests”, purely out of convenience to my schedule at this point. They’ve basically got me between a rock and a hard place at this point. I’ve already set out on my day. They already have my dog! The grooming appointment’s been on my calendar for weeks. Go back and pick up my dog? NOT groomed, and bring her home, make a new appointment and wait another week or two, make phone calls to my vet to verify their “necessary “services, etc. NO WAY! I think I will go back to using Earthwise grooming in flower mound. I’ll have to plan further ahead Because they only have one groomer, but I’ve never walked out paying double (or more) than i expected to upon arrival.

Our fur child was itching and not feeling well. I called CityVet-they got her in immediately. They spent time talking to us about her seasonal allergies and staph infection from scratching. Very impressed with friendly staff and knowledgeable team at CityVet

Horrible service. These people will absorb every penny from your pocket without even letting you know. It’s customary to inform your customers what you’re doing prior to performing anything. These people will do anything they think is necessary and then charge you an arm and a leg for extra fees. I was told I was going to come in for one thing and ended up paying for something I didn’t even come for. The vet herself was not even genuine. She didn’t even care to respond to my questions adequately and was rushing to leave the room. Did not like the service I was given and will not be coming again.

I love this place & Dr. Reyf. They have continued serving our community through the covid crisis whereas my old vet limited their hours & only allowed my dogs into their building. I brought two of my dogs in for health checks and I was given the cost before I ever went. The waiting room is very nice with complimentary beverages. There was a very short wait before we were called back. When I was there I discussed my concerns about my babies with Dr. Reyf & she was awesome. I received different options with cost breakdown. One of mine went back for oral surgery. Everything was so organized from the call the night before, to check in /check out and follow up. They treated my baby like she was their own. ❤️

Dr. Reyff takes excellent care of my cat, Kahmir. She has been consistent and reliable with her recommendations for care and I trust her judgement completely. Dr. Reyff is thorough with each case and doesn’t cut any corners. She is courteous and professional with me and I highly recommend her.

This is hands down the best vet office. We had a bit of an emergency with our little Niemo and they took him right back, the doc text me in less than 30 minutes with what was going on and they had him fixed up in no time. They kept me in the loop the whole time and took great care of our baby. Thank you City Vet!

The vet found our cat’s kidney stone and had him on the operating table within a couple of weeks. The cat was back to his old man self barely 24 hours later.

I called so many places today trying to get an appointment before we landed with CityVet. It turns out it was such a blessing in disguise because I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now! I cannot say enough how thankful we are for them. They were so polite and caring with both us and our fur baby, Stella. Any and all of our questions were answered with such care. I highly, highly recommend them!

Dr. Marla Beach and her staff have always been extremely honest and caring towards not just my pups but also myself! We lost 3 senior pups in 2020 and they were there for us the whole way. Today 5/5/21 we introduced our newest family member, our 1.8 pound Chihuahua Pixie! For as long as we live in the area and/or De. Beach is still w/ City Vet then we will go to them. I believe we have been patients there for 8 years or so! Thank You City Vet for being with us through the good and the sad. -The Miller Family

This is my 2nd time to get my dog groomed there and have been once to the vet for a check up. They’ve been nothing but great with Jaxon, always telling me what a sweet boy he is, and never try to upsale me to get more money. The pricing is super reasonable and overall just a good experience.
