Wonderful vet! They gave our cat the best care. So appreciate the doctors and staff. Would definitely recommend trusting your pets to their care.

Atrocious phone customer service. In person is much better, but it's still not enough to make up for the lack of compassion or care by the female vet tech. Depending on which vet tech you get they'll ignore you or require an appointment to get you off the phone because they don't know how to answer a question. They won't let you speak to a vet. This is for a dog well established with the practice. Why am I paying hundreds to this clinic for vet care, when I don't even get the courtesy of having a common question answered? Very frustrated with my experience.

Wonderful vet, for very very fast heath certification for your dog to fly! Tha k you guys some much for you're help. Hopefully we can now go to Costa Rica if the temperature stays below 85 when we fly out!

Love them - they take great care of my bunnies whenever I have to leave town. They are also good for veterinary care as well.

The entire staff here is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They are also taking visits in person so you can go in with your pet! I highly recommend, even if it is not your regular vet, just being able to go in with your animal makes a world of difference and you might end up switching vets they are so awesome!

We are cat god-parents and have picked them up several times from him. The staff is always extremely friendly and takes great care of the animals there .

Although it took a bit for the tech and doctor to see us, (the phone was ringing ringing off the hook, so they were obviously busy), my Dachshund and I had a very productive and welcoming first visit. Poor boy has been itching like crazy, bleeding/scabbing and loosing hair, even with monthly Sentinel treatments. I’ve tried multiple methods of remedies (allergy chews, medicated shampoo for itching and hot spots, medicated balm and spray) but nothing has worked. Unfortunately I didn’t get the vet tech’s name, but he was very thorough and asked all the right questions. Dr. John Scott has an excellent bedside manner and took the time to explain in detail Modano’s treatment plan and what to expect after a steroid shot was administered to subdue the itching. Highly recommend Valley View Pet Health Center to any animal parents in the Farmers Branch/Carrollton area!

I'm a first time dog owner & first time vet visit and it went very smoothly. Friendly staff all the way around. Clean rooms. My experience was amazing!!

Very unfriendly and unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. I left after telling them this. Thankfully I figured this out before spending my money there. Don't waste your time or money.

They are good with my Guinea pigs.

We called around to find someone who was experienced with hens. They claimed to be very familiar woth pet chickens so we drove nearly 45 minutes in the rain to see the vet. Our hen has a very common illness called sour crop that is easily treated. When a hen has sour crop it will be fatal if you administer pressure to the front of their body. He insisted on mashing her body. What a terrible experience!!! I was degrading and the doctor wouldn’t listen to my concerns or hear anything I had to say! He seemed to be very Inexperienced and didn’t treat us as if he cared at all. We have been raising chickens for years! He tried to convince me she had a disease that has nothing to do with her true illness!! He then kicked us out and refused to treat her. What a waste of time!!!

Small town feel. Great staff and clean facility. Took care of me and my little man max on time and the visit was quick as well. My new home office while im in the area.

If you want to take you pet to a place that loves animals. This is it. I love these people. Their "bedside manner" is the best.

My young cat was misdiagnosed and died as a result. When I met with the vet to review the records from the second vet practice who correctly diagnosed her and then had to euthanize her because it was too late, his response was that it was a vet tech's fault and he would "have a word with her". Zero responsibility was taken by the vet and I never heard another word from the practice. I was and still am heartbroken over her senseless loss due to his negligence. This happened 8 months ago and I chose to wait to post my review so emotions wouldn't affect my post. If you love your pet you won't take them to this clinic.

Everyone is super friendly and I loved that even with this pandemic I was allowed to enter with my pet. Recommended hands down.

I am biased because I work here as a Vet Tech, so please bare that in mind when reading my review. But, I do have pets too, and my pets are cared for by the other staff and Veterinarians here, and I have to say that, they take great care of my baby's when they are here for any reason, whether it was my dog Hopi Sioux's spay, or her Annual Exam and Vaccine appointment. I have every confidence in all of the Doctors that work here, and all the Techs, and other staff that work here. So I highly recommend you come and witness this tight knit, well trained, and very friendly pet loving place. Your pet will love it here because we love pets so much, we treat and care for every pet that comes through our door in the same way we do our own baby's, and they leave knowing our hearts were in it! Highly recommend Dr. Caperton and his staff for exotics. I brought in a rescue Tegu that I’ve only had for a few days. They handled her beautifully and were so genuinely interested. Barbara was so awesome and helpful scheduling and checking us in. Dr. C was very personable and encouraging. He offered food options, other vets in case of emergency or him being out of town, and he listened to all my concerns giving me options. His other staff were so fun as well! Sounds like a great team to cover all types of pets from small to large, common to exotic! And he even said to call and let them know how she is doing next week. Most vets I’ve met would just say schedule another visit but they just have a genuine interest. ????
