Groomer was knowledgeable and knew what would hurt our shitzu! She even refused to cut the hair because we wanted a certain hair cut that could cause our pup pain. Appreciate her honesty and confidence!

We have been going to this groomer for about a year now and my dog always get compliments on her haircut! The groomer works by herself and only takes a few dogs a day so appointments are necessary! The prices are reasonable and this place is by far the best for Asian fusion style grooming in Dallas.

Amazing customer service. Extremely easy to make an appointment. Simply send a text with a picture of your pup and they are very prompt in their response. Easy drop off, was told it would be 4 hours, both of my dogs were done in about 2. Was sent really cute photos from a mini "photoshoot" (complimentary of the salon) as a way to let me know they were ready for pick up. I will be back to get my dogs groomed here! Thank you!

I brought my goldendoodle here and was very happy with the end result. The shop owner was very kind and sweet. My dog was comfortable and the shop owner treated him great. The price was very fair for the service that was provided. I plan on coming back again for future needs.

I didn't like his cut , and she was very rude and mean when I told about that.

Terrible service. Was quoted a certain price and when I got there she wanted to charge me double. And when questioned about the price, she got very defensive saying she thought it was a small dog, even though she was told the breed over the phone. As a dog groomer I would expect them to know sizes of dogs. After I said I would pay the extra money, even though I was disappointed in the misquoted price she told me to find some place else. I have never encountered such disrespectful service.

We changed groomers because we could not get ahold of our regular one. We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up our ShiTzu. They did an excellent job and they were very friendly and seemed to love what they do. We will go back.

This place is a thousand times better than Petco and PetSmart! I wish I had known about it sooner. She is so nice and helpful! She has this great catalogue of grooming styles to choose from, and my dogs turned out very soft and beautiful. But, the biggest reason why I love it is because the dogs aren’t kenneled and so they can all look out the window at passerby’s. Grooming can be very stressful for some dogs so this helps ease their anxiety a lot! Thank you for all your wonderful work! PS: For reference, my two dogs have gone to both Petco and PetSmart in Las Colinas. At Petco, the manager is rude to customers, impatient with the dogs, and tries to overcharge. At the PetSmart, they made one of my dog’s eyes bleed and the other they cut her nails so short she had to see a vet. Do yourself and your pups a favor and take them here instead.

I have been regular since 2016 and this little salon always provide the best service and best style for my 2 furry babies! Highly recommend!

We have been coming to this wonderful place for several months and every time I’m satisfied! It’s not easy to give baths and groom our two big dogs, our golden retriever and goldendoodle but they both always smell good and look great!! We love this place and recommend anyone to take their dogs here!!

This place is run by a very nice lady that I know will take care of my dog. Great haircuts for a reasonable price, easy to get an appointment and my dog has such a fun time there every time he goes.

Nice folks! They did a great job on my standard poodle. Price was a bit high but eh, they had availability the day before Christmas, they didn’t hassle me about vet records and drop off or pick up! Winning in my book

I and my morkie, Aax, absolutely love Happy Dog Grooming! I think their pricing is fair and their work is superb - I absolutely loved his haircut and was extremely happy with their service. They were accommodating and texted me when he was ready for pickup and sent me pictures! They also offer teeth cleaning, which is a major plus as other grooming places I have taken him to in the past did not. He truly seemed happy when I picked him up. You can see that they really enjoy making dogs happy. We will definitely be coming back regularly!

I brought my fur baby here while we were on vacation, and they did amazing. They gave my miniature schnauzer the best schnauzer cut he has EVER had. He was happy and comfortable here. They took such good care of him. This place is awesome. I want to find a groomer as good as this at home.

Made appointment for my puppy yesterday and we were scheduled for this morning. This place is located on the first floor of an apartment, and they have reserved parking spot. I was so impressed by their magic hands! It’s our first time here. The stylist called me two times and confirmed special requirements with me in details. I’ve never had such a detail oriented experience with any of the groomers before. And when I saw the pictures of my puppy, I was super surprised. It’s pretty close to my ideal looking on him. For sure I will bring him in next time. Highly recommend!!!

I just picked up my pups from Happy Dog Grooming. What a great job. I have a blind dog 12years old my second dog Is16 1/2 yrs. and deaf. They look like young show dogs! Darling haircut, beautiful nails,and inside ears are cut short. So fortunate to find Happy Dog!
