The staff at the Pet hospital customer service is amazing and so helpful with our new8 week old bully

My daughter's and I visited Petsmart to purchase a new leash and collar for our Shepherd-Husky 6 month old puppy. I wasn't sure what to buy as she is an extreme puller and does not walk well on the leash. Shiloh was the pet trainer that assisted us. She was so patient and kind to both our puppy and us even while the dog was so hyper. Shiloh assisted us with choosing the right products that fit our needs and she even blessed us with some walking tips that will make our lives easier!

I love this place so much great service and knows how to treat and greet their customers. In fact I just bought a robo dwarf hamster over here a few days ago and I love her already and she loves my home. I really do appreciate the help that everyone gave me that day I purchased her most definitely will be coming back.

Years later this store has yet to figure out how to have inventory. you waste your time ordering things online to pick up or be delivered and nine times out of 10 “we don’t have that in stock”. It is truly pointless to try to shop at this store

I'm suprised that I never write the review for yhis place, if I could I would write 10 more positive review, thw store is super clean and they have super friendly and useful staffs, Banfield hospital is foing great over there, ans the grooming section .... unbelievable!! They do the grooming and washing super neat and fashion, this is amazing, i am happy everytime I'm going there...

FYI- Hours listed are only for grooming appointments, not the store hours! Googled hours for reference before driving over and was hoping to make a trip in before work.

PetSmart is the best place to go for all ur pets need whether it's to get a new furry or scally friend or to get supplies for them. And all the staff meets u with a friendly smile

Ordered 11 items for curbside pick-up at Euless location. It has now been over 4 hours and my order is still in the processing mode. Going to cancel it and delete my account. Going to Petco.

Store was clean, got the food I was looking for. Even found some clothes on sale for my dogs!

Autumn was awesome with all our pitbulls:Potts, Mona and Rose!!! And Nina our Lil chiweenie !!!!

Price matched our new fish tank. Very helpful staff in finding our new upgraded tank.

Went in looking for a specific crate/kennel they didn’t have it available, but with a new puppy I inquired about training and grooming and all of the staff were very helpful, informative and friendly.

My English bulldog was almost murdered at Petsmart in Hurst after a weekend stay and grooming. I hate to say it but it's TRUE. I picked up my 2 Engliah Bulldogs. One is 9 yrs old and the baby is 4 years old. The 4 year old came out wheezing and with a blue tongue like he couldnt breathe. Never had I had this issue. He does get excited but mainly he is quiet. I had to rush him to A vet ER 10 mins after picking him up and if I didnt do that he would have died. Now supposedly Petsmart is investigating but I feel that he was mistreated at the grooming part because he was groomed 4 hours before I picked him up. Makes no sense! Still management has not called me to say anything. I need answers and an apology and a refund!

Great staff always friendly and helpful when I have had questions. Since covid they seem to have less employees or at least at times they only have one checkout line open with 6 to 8 people waiting to check out. This unfortunately is happening at more and more places so I still wait them high.
