Bad they didn't listen to what I have to say 3 different ppl an did what they wanted an charge me I'm still trying to get meds from my dog

This is the third clinic I have taken my dog to. The first one was one in Weslaco and the second one was the Nolana Hospital. I'm grateful they treated my dog, but I honestly didn't feel like they cared for me or my dog. My sisters found this clinic and took the other animals here. I went with them during one of the visits and was amazed at the treatment. If you want your pet treated by pet lovers, this is the place. They aren't accepting in person visits so you'd have to offer them trust that they will care for your animal like you would. It was scary for me when I first took her. I think we were both really nervous as I had tears in my eyes. During the whole visit, they would call on me to let me know how she was doing and what treatment options I would want. The lady who called me was very nice and gave me detailed information on the doctor's note something the other clinics failed to do. I'm happy I'm taking my dog here and I think anyone else would be too after taking a chance on this clinic. 10/10

I started out liking this vet but about a yr ago the staff started to want to sedate my dog and mussle him. He has been with them since he was 6 weeks. When I couldn't go in with him because of covid he would stress. I took him in today he was sedated but it wasn't enough for them. They wouldn't give him the vaccines he needed. They wanted to put him under to administer the vaccines. Note: when I took him to Pet dr 911 due to an illness. Keller wasn't open they had no problem with him. So I will be in search of another Vet!! Also the receptionist said well he was barking I guess they don't want barking at all! I did see othet dogs going in musseled. So if your dog bark, shivers or shows any signs of being stressed don't take him to this Vet.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. CROOKS WORK HERE. Please be advice of extra charges every time you are given an estimate. You do not have to consent to all charges presented. Most charges there are to spike up the price such as fecal test and other examinations. You are also charged a $55 veterinarian consultation fee and you won't even get to see or speak to the doctor. Beware of all the charges because most of them are not needed. This place is here to take your money not to help your pets.

I will never take my animal anywhere else. They removed a mass for my dog and it healed perfectly with no infections. All of the employees are well informed with medicines and they aren't unreasonable with pricing. They tell you everything upfront, no extra fees later, and they care about your pet. Love how they've been handling COVID safety as well. Thank you guys, Emma and I love y'all.❤️

How well would a child do if you dropped them off at a hospital, no parents, and a stranger took them inside? This panic over covid is sad and I don't think they have the animals best interests in mind...this plus they said my 5 month old kitten was too much to handle and needed to be brought back on anti anxiety meds, but I'm not allowed to come in and help. Of course she's scared...were you not trained to handle nervous animals? Going somewhere else next time.

Congratulations to you Dr. Keller on your Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, the day you have a psychology degree with focus on animals is the day your diagnosis of anxiety for my dog (who does not have anxiety) might carry weight. Again you don't know my dog or how she feels, how could you with only a 10 min visit. It appears i'm not the only one to find your methods troubling. I'll be sure to get you a copy of her next visit review from her new doctor

Very disappointed, this place claims my dog has anxiety and must be drugged in order to be treated. I've taking my dog elsewhere with no problems what so ever... will not ever return here... my dog is very playful and lovable!

Fair prices. Staff follows all covid protocols and makes sure clients are following them as well. My kitten had a upper respiratory infection. I had to take her twice due to the severity of the infection. Vet was knowledgeable and friendly. The revisit was cheaper and vet remembered the last visit of my kitten. He pays close attention.????

Veterinary Wellness Center is the only place I trust. They take their time to hear your concerns, explain everything with care and make sure to answer all your questions. The staff is so nice and they really get to know you and your pets so they're able to meet each of your pets individualized needs. They also always give great resources and education for certain things that are discussed in the appointment. Additionally, they use the pet desk app which is so helpful for making appointments, following up on your pets vaccines, lab results and medications. My late cat Deacon got sick last year and I was able to text the number on the app and they got us in the next day even though they were closed because it was an emergency. We've made a great connection with the whole team and will never switch vets because I know my cats are getting the best care here! Love to our team, The Suthars, angel baby Deacon, Grape & Ziggy!

Had the need to find a new vet for my dog. So glad I set up an appt for him at VWC. Pet humans are not allowed inside yet so staff come out to the car and walk or carry pets inside. Spoke to the staff several times before our first appt and didn't have any qualms about him going in without me. They took really good care of him, were in contact with me via phone before they did anything, and we were able to set up a treatment plan for him

I've taken my cat in for around 4 different appointments. They've done testing and still can't figure out what's causing the inflammation in his trachea. I was supposed to have an appointment today but they denied me after arriving because my cat didn't have the medicine that makes him calm, which really he doesn't need because he is not an aggressive cat. I wasn't able to administer because he hasn't been eating for the last 2 days and we usually put his medicine in his food. When we tried putting it straight into his mouth/ throat he would spit it back up. I told them this and they said that i would have to reschedule anyway. They didn't care that my cat is sick and not eating.

Callie loves going to the Vet. Staff is so caring and understanding when I call to check on her during her visits.

Very good but the wait is so long. I know its because of all the pets they see in a day.

I took my dog, Niko, on Friday. When it came to registering Niko as a new client, the site was easy to use. I was also glad that after I finished that I got a call a day or two after to set an appointment. I was able to set Niko’s appointment within the same week of the phone call. Which was awesome because I struggled to find a vet that was still accepting new clients. Moving forward to the day of the vet, The ladies were very nice when taking him in. I could immediately tell they were dog people like me so I felt comfortable in trusting my dog with them. Service was fast and whenever a concern came up, they would call me and ask for permission to proceed. As well as kept me updated with everything. Another thing I liked was that the bill was fair with the price as well as giving detail in regard to the rabies shot, flex 4 results, dental disease, and the poop results. As well as when I had questions, the nice lady was very considerate in getting answers for me. Just a nice place where I feel comfortable taking Niko. I will be coming here from now on.

As a first time puppy owner, I have been a nervous wreck about getting my puppy quality care for a reasonable price, being that I am college student on a budget. For starters, the staff here is SUPERB. They are patient, kind, and understanding. I was more anxious having to hand my puppy off, but was immediately comforted when they called me to check in and let me know how she was doing and provided me with other important info! The service and appointment overall was swift, they run this place like a WELL OILED MACHINE. They provided me with printed copies that are easy to understand and uniquely curated for my dog and her needs. As for price, the price was reasonable, but of course you can expect to pay for the quality care you get, but I would deem it as affordable compared to other clinics. Now my puppy had such a nice experience here, she was even trying to go back with the Vet Tech and get more cheese ???? lol In the future I will definitely recommend this Vet clinic to all my friends and family!

I take all of my pets to this vet. Dr. Keller is amazing and very professional. The staff is amazing and always communicates very well when calling to schedule and appointment for my pets!

I brought my doggo here for skin irritation and flea control. He received prompt service shortly after arriving, and I appreciate that we can leave during the exam, even though I opted to stay and wait. It is pricey but then again I didn't compare prices so it may just be normal. They took time to explain his condition and treatment for him.

Love bringing my fur babies to Veterinary Wellness Center. The staff is so welcoming and truly love seeing the various pets that come in. Dr. Keller is outstanding and takes her time in explaining the examination and any issues concerning my babies. The techs are wonderful and make sure my babies are comfortable and have a stress-free experience. Pricing is great and they offer an array of packages to help reduce costs. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Keller and her staff.
