Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Allowed me to board my dog Ringo for 3 weeks over Thanksgiving holiday even though I requested the reservation 2 days prior. Vet on site is a great plus and gave me peace of mind.

I have never had a cat before. I rescued a cat a few months back and had a lot of questions. The doctor was amazing and really friendly. He took his time with my cat, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained them. I left the office with new knowledge and with a sense of security knowing that my cat was in good hands. I would most definitely recommend him to others and will also make him my go to vet for my cat and any other future pets/rescues.

Doctor Cerelli, and his staff are fantastic they were responsive, empathic, and gentle with my dog Doctor Cerelli walked my family and I through the procedure what was going to be done, and administered. Though unfortunately our pet did pass away they were very compassionate about the whole ordeal, and helped ease the grief in our hearts. Highly recommend Four Paws they have the best prices and staff

The best experience at a vet office ever. The doctor was very nice and very informative. You felt the love towards your pets from him immediately. The front office staff was so friendly as well. Everyone was amazing!! Definitely making this place the number one place to go for our pets forever!!

I really loved this place. 1st time here but the staff was very helpful and professional. The Dr really spent time with my dog and explained everything in detail and was very professional. Also loved the Christian music playing in the background. Highly recommend and I will continue going.

Since covid, it’s been impossible to get proper instructions and directions. the doctor seemed rushed when he called me about recommended treatment for my dog, he diagnosed my dog with allergies and he recommended a $500 allergy panel. I agreed and they just called me a week later to come pick up something and to follow the instructions in the box. I had never given allergy drops to a dog before and I had to youtube it (ended up being super simple, so why couldn’t you just tell me that on the phone). It’s impossible when there is no contact from the doctor. I’ve been trying to talk to the doctor about what the drops really do, if I should still keep avoiding the allergens etc and I keep getting the run around from staff saying they’ll leave a message. I paid over 700 for testing, bloodwork, the allergy panel, steroids for my baby, the drops haven’t given him the long term relief I was promised they would and I can’t get the doctor to call me back. I hope I can get a response after this review.

We had an emergency with our puppy today and even though Four Paws was totally booked 'til Friday they were willing to squeeze us in for a same-day appointment to see our fur baby. So grateful to doctor and the vet techs that helped us and got us what we need to help our little guy recover from parvo, Update as of May 25, 2021 - He is healthy and recovered from Parvo soon after being taken to Four Paws!

Good nice people help me to get my dog started on her life healthy and strong. Very nice doctor he is a professional.

These people took 500 plus dollars from me to vaccinate my dogs and gave them allergy meds to take for 10 days. when one of my dogs had a bad reaction with the medication I was told to take him to Pet 911!!! He was under their care and they sent me somewhere else!!! I couldn't even get a word with the actual vet!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Best vet in the valley! Didn’t take forever to get an appointment, prices were affordable and doctor helped our dog wonderfully!

They do not accept walk-ins. Not even for emergencies

I took our dog in after she was having trouble adjusting to a new dog in the home. They gave her great care. We gave her the recommended meds that they prescribed and she was better in just a day or two. I have friends that recommend this place as well, so it seems to be an excellent vet. The prices are reasonable as well!

Considering that Texas is back open and they still hold COVID restrictions at Four Paws, I was very happy taking my Xolo to be seen. Sometimes I get concerned because not many Vets are familiar with Xoloitzcuntles. Dr. Cerelli was wonderful and took his time talking w me about his new patient, Xulo. I highly recommend Four Paws! Thank you for a great experience and the care provided to Xulo.

Love four Paws!!! Staff is always professional and kind. Doctor Cerelli is absolutely amazing and has provided professional and loving care to all 3 of my German Shepherd. And my Dogs love him as well. Always happy to take a trip to the vet!????
