Sure there are other pet sitters and pet hotels out there but there is only one JB Pet Care. Easy to communicate with during our time away, even if we were in different time zones. Our vacation was made so much easier with the weight she lifted by watching our doggos. Five Paws all around.

I have been using JB Petcare for years and cannot say enough good things about her. Having her come to my house and take care of my fur babies is so amazing. The thought of leaving them in a kennel/boarding place gives me so much anxiety! I am so grateful to her and for her amazing services!

Our boys were in JB Pet care while we traveled out of state. Jamie is extremely caring with pets. They were loved and well taken care of. We even received a few pics of our boys. One cocker spaniel is diabetic. Injections were not an issue.

JB Pet Care is the only company I would leave my dog in the care of if I am going out of town and can’t take my dog with me. I’ve used them For years and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Jamie truly cares about animals and makes sure my Loki is taken care of if I am away. I love the fact that he gets to stay in the comfort of his home instead of locked in a kennel, and she visits multiple times a day, plays with him, walks him, is skilled at administering medications (had a previous dog who was diabetic and she would give him his insulin injections), and most importantly she keeps me updated with pictures ????

JB Pet Care provided professional in home care for our family dog while we were away at work. This was during a time when our dog was sick and needed constant attention due to a major injury. JB Pet Care would check in with our dog, take her outside and also took basic rehabilitative measures, which were later shown to us, all to ensure an absolute perfect experience and mode of care while we were away at work. Jamie was very thorough and paid attention to all the little details that were required in taking care of 4 dogs, a cat and many reptiles at 2 different houses. Jamie is incredibly personable, before she even greeted our dogs (and fish), she had a friendly vibe that eased our nerves/concerns at the door. She takes her time and has a very calming yet lively vibe that is hard to go unnoticed. Jamie is very sweet, patient, caring and thorough. I was impressed at how quickly and easily she was able to get on our dog’s level, (literally and figuratively). She shows tremendous respect for the pets she is greeting during a consultation. With it being our first time having in home pet care, versus boarding, we were initially nervous but in the end couldn’t be happier! She sent photos of our dogs each day we were gone and stayed long enough to snuggle them on our couch. Jamie made sure our pets were loved, fabulously cared for and protected. We were out of town for a family wedding and I felt that I could wholeheartedly trust her to make sure all was well back home while I was unavailable. She even went the extra mile to collect our mail and turn our outdoor lights off/on. We have her booked for the rest of our summer vacations. So blessed to have found her! Thank you, Jamie!

I recently lost my dogs and thank god they fell in to this wonderful persons hands. She took very good care of my girls for me. She didnt have to but she fed them and made them feel at home. I am very thankful for her doing what she did. And once I got them back home she even came back to say bye too them. That just showed me what kind of a person she is. I love the care shown to my cats when I have to be out of town for some reason. The cats hardly know I am gone as they are fed on time, litter pans scooped, and all requested instructions as to their care are followed to a "T"... plus they get the lovings they want!!! So glad my vet recommoned JB Pet Care!!!!

We have three large dogs, one of whom is very old and two who love to get out. JB pet care has been there for our dogs needs when we are out of town and has provided professional, caring, and friendly help to us. She has been there for us with pets who have passed on and has helped bring new pets home.

I have used JB Pet Care for over 7 years at my apartment and house. I have always entrusted the owner and her staff with a key and access to my house. They were great with my Mastiff, rescue dog, and kittens. They have helped me out in a pinch, lock out and last minute travel, like a family member or close friend. If you are looking for in home pet care, I would recommend JB Pet Care.

I absolutely love the fact that they will come to my home as they don't have a facility to take your dogs too which is great because you don't have to worry about your dogs getting fleas or ticks or kennel cough or any other disease. The owner and staff are completely trustworthy I have never had a problem

Will never take my dogs here ever. I left them here without fleas and ticks and when I got them back they were full of ticks.
