Worst vet in the valley. They only care about money. They give meds to your dog without running tests, then run up your bill. When you find out you don’t need all those meds and ask for the necessities, they raise their prices on those meds. Their final word is “if you don’t like it, you can see another vet.” Most unprofessional “doctor” I have ever experienced.

Grateful for a vet that will accept walk-ins and will welcome new patients with open arms and genuine compassion. Provided great care and patiently explained their findings and answered questions. Highly recommend.

The best service for your pet needs

Crazy busy here, but knowledgeable staff. The wait is ridiculous due to no appointments. They do walk-ins that way they don't have an obligation to come in. They already did that to me one time. I came early, waited in line before they opened & they were a no show. The services are great though. They have a mask mandate here in case you don't support business that do this. This will be my last time here.

This vet is so helpful and inexpensive. Marie Carmen was helping me with my baby sweetie she was super nice and helpful she tested my dog for parvo and gave me all the medications and helpful tips I needed to take care of my fur baby, she showed that they truly care and they don’t ask you for payment till the end and they are also inexpensive. I highly recommend! Thank you so much for everyone’s help! You all are amazing. ♥️

From the minute I was in line to when I paid, entire staff was so professional and welcoming!

I’ve recommended this vet clinic to so many friends and family and not one person, as well as myself, has been disappointed with their service. They’re affordable and fast. In my opinion, it is completely worth waiting here than any other vet!

My cat Whiskers was a part of my life for 15 years. He developed some scabs at the tips of his ears and would bleed so I brought him in to get checked. After the Vet saw him he said my only choice was to euthanize him. I thought it was cause of his age, but he still had alot of energy and life in him. I didn't have a choice, the Vet said that was for his own good so he wouldn't suffer anymore from "earmites". I can never forgive myself for listening to the Vet because I now know there is medication for ear mites. Why didn't he offer that!!! Why! I don't recommend this place if you love your pet. They don't care about them. They don't know how much they mean to you, or even care!!!

The vet is caring and compassionate despite the large of amounts of animals they get daily. Yes the staff is overworked and the wait times are long but it's understandable seeing as everyone is desperate to avoid having to go to Pet Doctor 911. Wait times for vaccines are way shorter than doctor visits. I definitely recommend this vet!

I can't begin to tell you how after 10 plus years of bringing my dogs to this place and having them tell me I need to go out and wait with my bleeding dog made me feel. I think they've lost my pets and my business.

Expensive and long lines and do not tell you exactly ehat the problem is only to come back by making an appointment, which means more money for them to give the same answer

I brought my dog in when she became ill suddenly and we couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. One of the many vets we called suggested this place because they take walk ins. Check in was easy and Belinda was super nice which really put me at ease while I was stressed about my poor pup. We did wait about 2.5 hours to be seen, but we were able to wait in the car where she could be comfy and we got a text when we were about to get a room. This system made things more organized which I appreciated as well. The bill was reasonable considering the urgent care we received. Best of all, my sweet girl is feeling better already

People here are ALWAYS extremely helpful and have a great attitude. Although is a first come first serve basis, they always have great timing. I love and trust taking my furry babies here!!!

The Vets and assistants are knowledgeable but the Service and Soft Skills at the front desk are not great. They don’t seem to be very organized or the system they use is not good at all.

The Veterinarian that saw my dog was wonderful! She was very caring, thorough and gave my dog and I adequate time. I never felt rushed and feel that my dog got outstanding care. The only possible downside is that they do not make appointments. I had to wait 3 hours to see a Vet, but since I knew about this in advance it wasn't a problem for me and it was well worth the wait. Just make sure that you give yourself adequate time to wait.

I lost three of pets to old age illness. This clinic could not have been more compassionate and professional during that awful time. They were kind and gentle with my beloved pets and very caring towards me.

4 star only because front desk staff could be a little nicer and organized. They’re friendly, but could use a little improvement, but no big deal. Could be because of how many people they get in one day they’re a little overworked/rushed. Other than that, the vet who saw my dog was extremely nice and very caring about my concerns with my pet and very attentive. He was very helpful. Wait time was a little long, but expected if you’re a walk in. My experience was great and I also paid very little considering the 3 different medications I was given for my fur baby. For being one of the only walk in clinics in the area, they do a great job at taking in so many animals. Will definitely be going back!

Prices have gone up and wait time is extreme sometimes but the vets, vet techs, and staff are amazing

I have had nothing but good experiences when visiting this vet clinic. All staff demonstrate good customer service, good attention to your pets' needs, very caring and professional. The wait time to see the Dr is about a good hour or so but it is expected since they always have lots of patients to take care of and it takes time to take a good look at them. :)
