Very caring and thoughtful when we had to put our elderly dog to rest.

Wanted to find a Vet that was more one on one with my pets and I. My old place in town seemed more rush in and out and they missed a few things. WestSide is our new home!

This place really knows animals and how to treat them! Dr Pol would be proud! My chihuahua LOVES going to the vet now! They are so nice and calming to her and I can tell they just love seeing her too ????

We have been going to West Side for years. The previous was vet was great in all ways... the new vet is the perfect match of common sense, great communication and very informative.

I just moved into the area and was looking for a veterinarian that wasn’t going to charge and arm and a leg. I was able to get my dog’s shots and exam for under $150. I was very happy with their service.

I would recommend this vet to anyone. I have (had) 3 dogs and recently had to put my 16 year old dog down. He was pretty sick his last year and they were so gentle & good with him. They were so sweet during the whole process and even sent me a sympathy card. If you are in need of a good vet, these are good people.

I am very happy with my visit because they save my little dog's life that was mauled by Big Dog I will recommend them to anyone that wants to have work done to their pets on the spur of the moment they were able to take me in and save my dog's life

The Best group of.people. I made the choice to drive from downtown Austin to dripping spring because they are amazing, the love the show and when he the last time you saw your pet get excited to go even near the vet office!

Dr. Warren is a really great vet. If there is concern, she spends the time with you to help you understand the the diagnosis or injury etc. She always calls to check up on your babies after procedures and I can't recommend her enough.

Very nice staff. Small but welcoming, with a hill country vibe. Good prices, short wait time. Area to walk your dogs around. Boarding available. Needs more chairs in waiting area.

The staff at West Side Vet are knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. They’ve taken great care of our little old man. Successfully removed a massive (like half pound, in a12 lb silky) testicular tumor. He recovered smoothly & has been feeling great. We’ve since taken him for checkups & shots & had great service. Just this week though we returned with some concerns & sadly it appears he has a new tumor that is close in size to the previous. As a family we are in still deciding best option moving forward. Regardless, we are thankful for their shared concern for our Murff.

Best by far Vet and clinic in the Dripping Springs area. Knowledgeable compationate staff very covid 19 safety aware. Responsive to emergencies.

My pizza was not to order. I always get double sauce on my pizza. I even asked the girl when I checked in and she looked me straight in the eye and said yes. I guess I should have checked it. I guess I will look for another pizza place

I backed up on my old dog who had got up under my truck. He had serious lacerations that required multiple surgeries and an extended stay. They took excellent care of him and are very caring and empathic. They have been great at answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. I find them very reasonably priced based on the care and service they provide. We love Dr. Warren and her staff!

Excellent! A very good experience. Really liked the doctor and her staff. Gentle examination and provided needed medications for our Pomeranian. Will recommend to others.

Staff is very friendly and place is very clean. The Doc was super nice and knowledgeable.

I took my ten year old dog to Dr Kim Warren when she had some lumps that needed to be checked. This was my first visit and it turned out one of the lumps had to be removed. Dr Warren was amazing! She removed it successfully and didn't charge me a small fortune. My dog is doing fine and we have a new vet!

Our dog needed immediate care and they were wonderful. Dr. Kim is new but she treated Lulu well and got her heart problems under control.

Great doctor staff is terrible

I took my dog to this vet to have his nails clipped. The doctor proceeded to clip his nails past the quick and send my baby into extreme pain where he pooped himself and expressed his anal sacks on the wall. I know I was a bad mommy and should have stopped them immediately. The fact that the vet himself was doing it made me hesitate. I left vowing to never return. After telling the story to my new vet they assured me that what that vet did was not normal and uncalled for. NEVER TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!

They were awesome. I needed to get in last minute and they were very accommodating to my needs. The staff was all so nice and helpful. They answered my gazillion questions and were so nice to the puppies. They really went above and beyond to make sure me and the puppies were happy. Even my daughters little dog who is scared of her own shadow was relaxed and happy to be there. The prices are very competitive and they let me get exactly what I needed without trying to push additional services. I definitely recommend this place.

New Vet, Dr Kim Warren is amazing. We have followed her around and glad she is now the new owner. She practices with Heart, love, compasion, and experience. So glad you are back in the Hill Country. We will keep spreading the news!! See Dr Warren!!!
