I visited Springs Veterinary Care to set up my cat to have a local vets office after moving to the area. The entire staff was so friendly and easy to work with. I also appreciated that when giving solutions to some stuff that came up, they did not immediately choose/suggest the most expensive option. I really feel like they prioritized the cat’s comfort and making sure I was in the loop on his health.

Several weeks ago it was time for us to let go of our dear 16 year old doggie Buster. I have honestly feared this day for many years. My fears were instanly calmed. Although, not a pleasant experience the staff at Springs Veterinary Care made it as comfortable and as calm as possible. I won't go through the process, but I will say that they have really thought of everything. There is no other place I would take my furry friends for any kind of care. You could feel the compassion they had even though it was my first time in the clinic. Thank you for making what could have been a trauma into a memory of how fortunate we were to have Buster be in such gentle hands at the end.

Pretty much the best that we found, was very good with our grumpy bulldog.

When your pup is sick, you want help and Dr Smith and her staff, although busy (because they're good!!), were able to get us in and treat. They were friendly and thorough. She gave us treatment options, didn't push anything, and took plenty of time to explain the situation. We never felt rushed only cared for. I highly recommend Springs.

My first visit with my new puppy. Very clean quiet calming type of place. Everyone friendly helpful. Vet answered all my questions and concerns. My dog (Eddie) has a new vet!

I followed Dr. Henthorne from another clinic because we love her approach to our pets and the way she treats and communicates issues. She was extremely helpful when my senior dog was ready to pass and I am so grateful to have had her advice through that time. Now we have two young dogs and Dr. Henthorne gives them the same loving care. This clinic is full of very sweet and genuine employees that have been accommodating with our nervous pup. It's been easy to make appointments, talk to someone and get questions answered.

My senior was seen within a day and the staff was friendly. The vet Smith was so helpful and knowledgeable and kind. I lucked out on getting reffered to this location.

We recently moved to Dripping Springs and were looking for a new vet for our three dogs. Springs Veterinary was recommended to us, and we couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and thorough, and we look forward to a lasting relationship with Dr. Smith and her staff. Update: Dr. Smith and her staff have been helping us take care of our three dogs (current ages 18 1/2, 11, and 6 1/2) for almost three years now, including through this pandemic year+. It's comforting to know that our furbabies are in caring, capable hands, and we're so happy to have them on the team!

Dr. Smith and the staff at Springs Veterinary Care are so incredibly sweet, caring, and attentive. They take such good care of my pup. Dr. Smith comes out to the car and personally explains everything and asks if there are any other concerns— the best vet I’ve ever had! 12 out of 10 recommend.

The lost art of authentic customer service is certainly alive and well at Springs veterinary clinic!! I called because I feared my dog may have chipped his tooth. Springs found a way to fit me in and take care of the concern immediately. The entire team was so professional and I felt like family right away! I’m supper happy that I found this amazing place for my pup & highly recommend. **** bonus.... Their prices are certainly reasonable as well!

Very friendly and supportive. Followed up twice to ask how our nearly 2yo aussie puppy was doing after an appointment, sent results of tests electronically within a day of testing, and the reports themselves were much more comprehensive than I've received from even other vets who we thought were great. Looking forward to continuing our relationship for our aussie and older springer spaniel

Amazing service! My pup needed an emergency procedure done and they were able to accommodate us. Dr. Smith was simply amazing and the rest of the staff as well.

I thought the staff were very friendly and good with my pup. Prices were average and what i expected but the vet clinic worked with my budget and did for my pup what they could to accommodate both his health and my finances. Two thumbs up from Cindylu and yes i will be returning for future pet care.

Unbelievably poor service. Not only did they say they were unable to do something as simple as giving an IV or running an ultrasound on a cat, something which after charging us their fee they told us to take to downtown Austin to an emergency room, they failed to even administer the lesser fluids because apparently our cat would not stay still. It appears their staff was not educated, prepared, or equipped for a cat that would not sit entirely still while you poked her with needles. I really can't imagine a more incompetent service experience.

Today was our first visit to Springs Veterinary Care with our extremely spoiled dachshunds. To say we were delighted is an understatement! Even with the current Covid restrictions, Dr. Smith gave us personalized service by speaking to us from our car with a mask on. We are pleased with the care our precious pets received, and will definitely be back for this special treatment. Thank you Dr. Amanda Smith and staff, you were exemplary!

They accidentally gave my Jack Russell terrier's shots to my Schanuzer mix, who was not due for them for another 2 1/2 years. They admitted their mistake and said they put new protocols in place so that mistake would not happen again.

Front desk staff and all the techs and both vets. Have not had any better treatment from a vet and my dog isn't afraid to go in.

Absolutely the best possible Veterinary office. Dr. Smith and her team are world class, and they bend over backwards to make our pups life easier. We highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
