Tom and Alla are the very best! They love my dog like their own. I always leave with a happy and tired pup!

My husband and I been taking our dog to Lucky’s Paw Playhouse for almost a year and we are so impressed with them! The facility is always spotless, and we can tell our Brody has a blast by how exhausted he is after every play session and how excited he gets when we pull up! Alla and Tom are very friendly and treat all of the dogs like royalty. The grooming service is also amazing, so convenient and we love his haircut every time.

Oh I love Luckys Paw Playhouse so much. My dogs have the best time there. They get to run around and play nonstop. Tom and Alla really do care about my dogs. Every time I pick my dogs up from boarding they seem so sad because they miss being where all the fun is. I will always take my dog to lucky Paw Playhouse for boarding or daycare because I know they’re in good hands. I will not stop referring Luckys Paw Playhouse to people I’ve just met or friends or family with animals.

My dog, Maddy, loves Lucky's Paw Playhouse. Alla and Tom are friendly, helpful and truly love what they do and ALL the dogs they care for.

We love Lucky's Paw! Our 8 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy has done regular daycamp at Lucky's several times and we boarded him for 10 days while traveling over Thanksgiving. He loves it there, always wagging his tail and whining with excitement when we pull up. When we pick him up, he's always mellow and ready to curl up at home after playing with his friends all day. Tom and Alla are both so friendly and responsive. Really easy owners and staff to work with.

I cannot say enough great things about Lucky's Paw Playhouse! My dog loves coming here and always leaves tired. It is the only place I have ever brought him that I truly feel comfortable leaving him at because I know they care for him as if he was their own. Luckys Paw Playhouse. Grin! Honestly the best customer service of any board/groom I've ever experienced. They try to work around any situation that comes up and Dusty loves them! They're on Fitzhugh close to RR12. Tell them I sent you if you go!

We boarded our little one for 17 days while we were out of the country. Tom, Alla, and the team were all wonderful from the very beginning. They were kind, attentive, and responsive to all of our communication. I did plenty of research looking into other borders in and around Austin before being recommended Lucky’s, and ended up cancelling another boarding reservation when Lucky’s confirmed that could take our pup. She looked super happy in all the pictures they posted, and came back home to us happy and healthy. We highly recommend Lucky’s and will be using them again for our boarding needs.

Could not have been more pleased with grooming service provided! The owner was so friendly, you can clearly see she loves dogs! she explained in detail the grooming service and did not keep my fur baby waiting all day! The facility was also very clean! I waited a few weeks to get my dog groomed here because I wanted to be happy with the experience, having been so disappointed with other groomers, I recommend Lucky's Paw to anyone searching for a good groomer!

Love everything about this place--play day, boarding and grooming. Have used all of their services and it's all been excellent. It gives me a real peace of mind when I have to leave my fur baby to board him here and know that he is well taken care of and receives personal attention. Thanks Alla and Tom!

Our pup Smores had a great time here on his first boarding experience. They took him in even though we reached out to them at the last min. This place is clean and organized. You can tell that Alla and Tom really love dogs. We will definitely take him there for future play dates and boarding.

Our dog came home super tired and happy- exactly what we hoped for! The owners were just so sweet and I felt good about leaving our girl there. I loved seeing the daily Facebook pics of her playing with the pack!

So happy we found Lucky's Paw Playhouse for our active doggo Albus. Tom and Alla are truly dog lovers and have created a comfortable and fun environment for all dogs. This is the one place our dog gets excited to go and is happy and tired upon leaving. We know that our pup has plenty of time to socialize and play and get all that energy out. Highly recommended!

We are so LUCKY that we found Lucky's Paw Playhouse! We are about to board our puppy for the first time, and I feel completely confident that he will be in good hands with Alla and Tom. The facility is clean and spacious and the owners clearly love dogs and know how to take good care of them. They carefully introduced our pup to other dogs and made sure he was comfortable and happy. This place was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad we checked it out!

Been boarding here twice since Easter 2021. They truly love your pups here. Such love and care given. Try them out if you haven't before - they are new and growing and would love to meet your doggos!

My dog LOVES this place! She starts whining with excitement the second I pull into the parking lot. The owners are great and I can tell they genuinely care for dogs. I have no worries when I leave my dog for daycare or boarding as I know she is being well taken care of. I am so glad I found this place!

My experience so far with this place and the owners has been outstanding. I am moving a bit further out and will continue to bring my dog here. The most important thing is that I can tell my dog loves Lucky’s and the owners, Alla and Tom. He is so excited when we pull up to the facility or when I say “Daycare?!” After trying a few others I can see a positive difference in how my dog responds to going to Lucky’s compared to the others. Forever grateful we found this place ????????☺️

Fantastic!! Allah and Tom are the sweetest and they are 100% dog people. Not too large of a facility where your dog won’t get attention. I drive from east Austin to go here because I don’t want to put my Golden anywhere else. They had no problems accommodating my dog’s raw diet and their price is the best in town. Allah even boils chicken livers as super healthy treats for the dogs and they have a groomer come in free of charge twice a week!

Our cavaliers turned out great…not always the easiest breed to groom. They were very responsive and noticed something with our dog prior to the beginning of the groom and promptly called us to make us aware. I really appreciated that they cared about the health of our dog and was attentive to his well-being.

Alla and Tom are nice, professional, and dog loving people. They keep the kennel clean, and seem to love playing with the dogs. Our dog stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. We had him bathed and groomed before we left, now he his happy and smells great. Thank you Alla and Tom for taking great care of our friend.

We took a little dog in for a grooming and area around her neck to be shaved in order for her invisible fence collar to work better. We were very pleased with how she looked when we picked her up.

Lucky's Paw Playhouse is an amazing place to leave your furry family members for the day or a week of vacation. We have two young labs that love to go and one 12 year old Dachshund that even loves to go to Lucky's. Tom & Alla love our pups like they are their own. One of our labs isn't the easiest to have around other dogs and Tom has figured out what works for Baxter. He takes the time to get to know each dog and only allows Bax to play with pups that work with his HUGELY playful personality. Our older Doxie, is perfectly happy and cared for while we are away as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about Alla & Tom and we are so grateful that they are here!

We moved to Drip from downtown Austin a year ago and I've tried 4 different groomers (we seriously loved our Austin groomer!)...Lucky Paws has the BEST groomer in Drip by far! She listened to me, loved on the dogs, and their breathe even smelled good when I picked them up from getting super cute haircuts :) We also had to kennel the dogs over Presidents day weekend when the winter storm hit. Rte 12 was closed and I had a plane to catch...Tom offered to meet me on 290 on my way to the airport and drove the dogs back to the Playhouse from there. WHAT AWESOME SERVICE!
