Great place for dogs! I highly recommend. We are somewhat new to Austin and had planned a trip out of town for a week. We had never left our fur baby any where before so we didn't know how she would do and we where really anxious in doing so. Bed and biscuits where patient us recommended us to leave her for a day and she how she would do. So we did another day because she seemed nervous. The second day we were told she did amazing. We went on our trip and they gave us updates daily , sent pictures, and got back to us when we called to let us know how she was doing. She made friends and seemed so happy. We picked her up when we got back and she seemed sad to leave. We are so satisfied with the service and the care for our girl. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

This location is just as clean and wonderful as original on city Park Road. My 112 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback had a wonderful play day! So glad they expanded this way!

Bed and Biscuit is a wonderful 'Doggie Day Care" center. Our four dogs, Taylor, Sheba, Moses, and Pepper want to return every day possible. The staff are very pleasant and great to work with. We intend to return many more times. KEEP UP THE GOOD/GREAT WORK!!!

My only complaint is the wierd hours. Once you know that they are not open in the middle of the day they are great. I try to drop off my dog around my work meetings so their have been a few times I went in and they were not open. However other than that we love them. Our dog loves going their. My wife loves the txt updates.

I love bed and biscuit!!!! As soon as I walk in the door they call Mozzie by his name. It's so nice going to a place where they really get to know your dogs. Our dog, Mozzie, is scared of other dogs and they really pay attention to him. We recently got a 2nd dog and she just started going there this last week & loves it. I recommend this place to anyone. You can't put a price tag on knowing your dogs are safe and well cared for!

We recently moved to the Lakeway area, and had a hard time finding a great place for our two dogs whenever we travel. One of them has some anxiety issues, and gets very nervous in new places. We couldn’t be more pleased with Bed and Biscuit, and would recommend it to anyone! They take excellent care of our dogs, and the best part is that the dogs are THRILLED when we pull up!

First time boarding my Teddy Bear. I moved to Lakeway from Tacoma Washington. I was greeted with professional staff. Polite smiling and caring. Teddy Bear spent 10 days while I traveled to be with family in Georgia. The staff tested me daily with pictures of Teddy and his play buddies each day. I toured the facility prior to boarding. Very clean. Quiet. My choices of bedding him in a kennel vs crate as he never has been in crate was respected. I will absolutely board Teddy here again when I travel. Thank you so much. To have a clean and fun place to be when away helped me relax and enjoy my holiday as well.

Very friendly staff and nice facilities. My dog, Kelby, had a very positive experience. We'll likely be here at least once a week for daycare!

This place is awesome and took wonderful care of my puppy! They even sent home a Valentine's Day Card with his picture in it. Very conscientious and caring.

My dogs love this place. They go here about 2-3x a year for a few days. Every time we go they get super amped when we start to get close...they can sense it in the air from the car! Staff are really great about texting pictures of our pups to us once a day. The staff are always friendly and the place is always clean. I've been to both their Lakeway location and their Austin location off RT 2222. I really like that they don't just have a bunch of dogs together in a large area...it's controlled play time settings with one or two other dogs. It makes a difference.

I love Bed & Buscuit, but more importantly, my 3 dogs adore it. When we pull in the parking lot, they start squirming with excitement. It amazes me that they don't even care to "donate to the cause" (i.e. relieve themselves); they go right to the door. I feel blessed to have a fabulous place to board my dogs while away. B & B gives me great piece of mind. I highly recommend!!!

We LOVE Bed and Biscuit Lakeway! Our golden retriever is a regular boarding and Day Care visitor and is always excited when he sees that he's going to Bed and Biscuit Lakeway. The facility is beautiful, clean and designed to make every dog comfortable and happy. We love getting pictures of Tucker during his stays. Great experience!

Those who know me know I'm a little too attached to our 5 month-old puppy and was a total wreck when thinking about boarding options while we were gone on a previously-scheduled 10-day vacation. As a puppy, his needs were more than a neighbor could have met and he needed socialization and stimulation. After visiting several recommended kennels and crying when I got in the car (lol), I finally checked out the new Bed and Biscuit location in Lakeway. It was a no-brainer! The facility is immaculate. There is a huge white board with detailed information about every daycare and boarding guest, including where they are at any given moment. The owner used a pet consultant instead of a business consultant when building the kennel and it shows. Their whole model is centered around training their staff to recognize every manifestation of stress and pair it with a specialized solution to make each dog comfortable and happy. They don't believe in caging animals unless a pet needs something smaller to feel comfortable, so they use runs that provide tons of room. They carefully socialize the dogs and give them plenty of structured play. I received daily texts with pictures of Bailey and his new friends to put my mind at ease during our time apart. He had a blast. I was not asked to write this review and I receive nothing if anyone books based on my recommendation. In fact, I questioned posting because I'm afraid I won't be able to get a reservation once the new location fills up ;). I just feel very grateful and wanted to share my experience. I encourage you to tour the facility to see if it might be a good fit for your best friend(s). Have a great rest of the summer, neighbors!

It is so hard to leave yor dogs. No one understands this more then Bed & Biscuit. I tried to get a reser For the week between Christmas and NYE for a trip i was toing out of town. I have boarded at more then a handful of places down in a few defferent states but Bed & Biscuit is THE BEST. They are extremely organized and clean! He dogs staying there seem calm and happy!! They know every dogs name and greet you by name each time. I am astonished at the attention to detail the team at B&B lakeway showed to me and my pups. Plus the texting helps you see how happy and relaxed they are wich will help you stay the same. They are competively priced yet surpass any competition around! See for yourself.

Bed and Biscuit Lakeway takes their time to ensure that your pup is as comfortable as possible. They take every behavioral aspect of your dog very serious which others might overlook. For example, my dog is dog aggressive and I needed to take him to daycare while I worked. They accepted him anyways and made sure he got extra loving from the staff. I trust Bed and Biscuit Lakeway with my dog because they make his needs a priority and ensure that every dog in the facility is as comfortable as possible. I really recommend this facility to anyone!
