Dr. Barfield and her staff are amazing with my dogs. I have been to many other Vet clinics before finding Willow Brook. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She will treat your pet as if it is her own.

Honestly that was my first time bringing in our fur baby and I don't think it could have been any better or more welcoming then it was. Thank you for the encouraging experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Worst place to bring your handicap animals or animals with severe anxiety disorders. Find another vet who actually cares! The doctor cut off my dogs medication that they have been on for over three years over unfounded accusations against the owner. No rhyme or reason just cut them off! Worst veterinarian I’ve ever encountered in my life. If you have a handicap animal go to Heal rehabilitation center

My dog baby has been coming here since he was 6 weeks old. He's now 8 years old. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.I also brought my girl dog baby here when she was alive for years also. The compassion they showed when I bought her in be be cremated was with high respect and gentleness. I'll always remember that. Plus they've put up with me all these years.I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Sam and staff.

Brought my dog in for a sick visit, was told that she was pregnant with at least four puppies by sonogram, and that she had an infection. Labs were done. Never received results! at time the time the pups were suppose to be due we take her for delivery only to find out there are NO PUPPIES. Still haven't received any results from labs, and they refuse to refund the lab cost. If your dog has something serious going on, I recommend not taking them to this vet! very inaccurate and waisted almost $1000.

Today I had to call in b/c my dog is not well, just to find out if they could see us today. The receptio ist told us that they are booked for today without any concerns of the animals condition. I asked for an appointment on Monday, but they were booked. Even if we are customers of this Hospital there was no attempt of acommodation, or concern of the dogs Condition... I am very disappointed that it is in the hands of a receptionist to just brush patience off. we appreciate your time reading the review.

Front desk staff not very knowledgeable on animal care. I'll leave it at that. The veterinarian was good. But, I have chosen to take my business of 5 animals elsewhere. Cheers

My dogs have always received excellent care at Willowbrook Animal Hospital . They are caring and compassionate doctors and staff (I especially like Dr. Hayes). I will always recommend them if asked if I know a good veterinarian.

Willow Brook Animal Hospital has been amazing in taking care of our sweet dog. We love how friendly and caring the staff is, as well as how knowledgeable the doctors are. We are so happy we found them!!!

I brought my puppy in with parvo. The staff saved his life and were extremely dedicated, professional, and friendly. I would get updated throughout the day on his progress until he finished his treatment. They genuinely care about animals. I will be forever grateful. ❤

We took one if our kitties here on Monday, Oct.4. They cane out, and did an intake. The Vet Tech took notes which we were impressed by. The Doctor gave us an update as to what was happening with Ollie, and took great care of him. I highly recommend Willow Brook Animal Hospital!

We have been going to Willow Brook for years now and we have had nothing but good experiences.

The staff was pleasant and professional. When my dog was returned she obviously had not been traumatized in any way. The doctor seemed genuinely caring and that means a lot. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone's pet.

My dog has been traumatized by this vet. They don't allow you to go in with your animals anymore so if your fur baby has some separation anxiety it can be difficult for them. The quality of employees has gone down since we first started coming here. They door dinged my car and tried to make it out to be no big deal. At one point we had a doctor tell us that our dog only had one testicle when it was clear he has two. I don't trust them and will be switching. Basically, every experience has been a bad experience here. We gave rhe benefit of the doubt for almost 2 years and at this point we are done.

Our Yorkshire Terrier, "Bexar." Awesome vets, they've given us 20 months of his life since he's been diagnosed with PLE Protein Loosing Enteropathy. They saw him the 1st time on Christmas Eve and again on New Years Eve. His other vet was on Holiday. They've always taken care of him. We know one day that he will cross the Rainbow Bridge but Today, he's still here.

I just called to try and get my dog in. Receptionist quickly responded "well you're going to have to call around and see who has an opening." Just rude.

The whole experience was absolutely positive and would absolutely recommend to friends and family! Between the staff/vet techs and the doctor, everyone was so helpful and the process was painless will Definitely come again. And thank you to jessenia for all the help!

Poor quality of care, and gross neglect also misdiagnosed while in their inpatient care resulted in quick decline of health and ultimate death of my dog on 5/22. Stuck us with an $800 vet bill and my dog who was in general good health prior to admission died less than 24 hrs later of being released. If anyone wants to see my public post on their website, assuming they haven't deleted it.

Pandemic, you can't go inside. You pull up to the door, call them. They come to your car and get your fur baby and you sit in your car for an hour and wait for them to call you. You pay in your car, you wait in your car. Nice staff, but sitting in my air conditioned car for an hour sucks. I'll go back.

Called to get some pricing information because I saw the reviews were good. Receptionist answered, I told her I was calling for pricing information and she starts asking me for intake information. I told her the dog belonged to someone else and she told me that the owner was the one who really needed to call to make the appointment (in a snarky tone). I reiterated to her that I wasn't calling to make an appointment, only to obtain pricing information. I could tell she was annoyed and so was I. There was a pause and she finally asked what information I needed. She continued to have a snarky tone in her voice. I just kept feeling like the attitude was uncalled for. I won't be passing their information along. First impressions are everything. Actually listen to why the customer is calling and be nicer next time.

Very thorough care. They noticed my chows stance was off and upon further review she has severe hip issues at only 14 months old. The doctor continued to follow up and put together a personalized plan to minimize any discomfort my dog may have! Great service, great staff!

I had a great visit. For the past week I have been calling and sending inquiries for a follow-up and I have not received a response so I had to change my review.

I inherited my nephew English Bulldog, the dog ????was in great shape, however we couldn't find shot records, so I ended up taking the dog to the veterinarian, and I chose Willow Brook Animal Hospital in Desoto. The staff was very professional and nice, the veterinarian was very attentive to my dog needs, she was very patience with the many, many questions that I had, and she explained things to me, so I could understand. If you are looking for a Great Animal Hospital, try Willow Brook Animal Hospital first, they are truly animal lovers ❤

Dr. Hayes discovered and verified my 8 yr. old German Shepherd had stage 4 Lymphoma. Doctor and staff were compassionate, professional and thorough. I decided Euthanization was best so that he wouldn't continue to suffer. Willow Brook took care of everything. Even though I am sad, I know my very best friend left this world peacefully and in caring hands.
