Dr. Norris and the team are great! They communicate well, keep you in the loop, and take great care of our pup. On top of that the building is clean and nice to visit, highly recommended.

Do not get all the good reviews on here for this vet and their office. Non-compassionate atmosphere and attitude with your pet. Drug my poor old dog down the hallway making comments about 'you will get your excercise now'. pay attention to the bad reviews on yelp and here, this place is sub-par

Our Chihuahua had to get dental surgery to get several teeth removed after he cracked them trying to jump them off of the couch and accidentally slipping. What could have been a stressful and expensive process, was so incredibly easy and affordable thanks to Dr. Dykstra and her amazing team. Thanks to them, our little Toy had a successful surgery and was back at it and playfully happy in only a day after the operation. Needless to say he’s a Chihuahua and not easy to deal with, but somehow they got it done quick and for a very fair price! All of the staff here are FANTASTIC to say the least, and always have a cheerful and happy demeanor. Especially considering what I realize can be an often sad environment with the things they have to deal with. We also had our Rottie mix get shots and a yearly checkup today. My apologies, I can’t remember the name of the Doctor who saw him today, but he was very nice, thoughtful, and insightful when it came to giving me advice for calorie intake and other healthy tips. Again, it was a very cheap price for the service you receive and we will definitely be coming back here from now on. Well done Bridge Street, thanks for all you do!

Dr. Norris took care of seven of our cats over a span of two decades. He and his staff were so caring and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better vet.

Dr. Norris and Dr. D are innovative, kind, and incredibly caring. The staff are amazing - Supportive, understanding, and have hearts of gold. I trust them completely, and they’ve shown me so much kindness over the years. We love BSAC!

I'm used to getting gouged at animal clinics, so I decided to try a new place for my cat since I felt ripped off by our regular place. Imagine my surprise when the vet called to talk to me about him and talked me out of spending an extra $150 for a test she was sure wouldn't show anything. The staff was unbelievably friendly, the prices were fair, and they seemed to care more about getting it right than getting more on the bill. This will be my new clinic of choice, very happy I tried them out. And Henley is doing much better now too!

Excellent staff and veterinarian. We always board our Kitty here when we are on trips. The kitty condos are nice as there are large windows where Kitty can look outside to enjoy nature.
