The staff is always helpful

Took our cat for vomiting, paid the $100 gave him a shot and said he was fine. About a week after the shot still giving laxatives as told, cat is still vomiting we called to see what could be done. They said he needed blood work and xrays and said it would be over 300$. We questioned the high price and asked if they knee what they were doing. They got upset and canceled our appointment, The office manager refused to see our Sick cat.They refused to see our sick poor cat.

Thank you Dr Cody and staff for all the years of service you've given our family. It was wonderful to have people and a place to come to spend our last moments with Sammy our 17-year-old beloved cocker spaniel.

I had to bring my dog in for an emergency, and they fit me in the schedule even though they were booked. I was super shaken with my dog’s illness, but Dr. Cody made me feel so much better about the whole situation. They are really great!

We've been going here for over a decade and absolutely love it. Our Shepard/Lab mix had a tough time getting comfortable with just about every other vet in Denton. The staff here have always been able to make him feel at ease. Also, they are really good about finding treatment that fits your budget. We will be taking our pets here for as long as they let us.

Man, what these folks have given me over the 30 or so years is overwhelming, sounds strongly expressed but I love my pets very passionately and these are the folks that have provided, cared for and shared their feelings for my pets , that they care for our loved ones is most important to me. So thankful for the Vet Office. We waited years to buy our kids a new dog after moving to Flower Mound, because we were in shock at vet prices in Flower Mound. But after asking for recommendations "for an affordable country vet" we were pointed to Dr. Cody, and his office has been very affordable and very good with our animals. Doctor does not like to over vaccinate or over sell me on things I don't need. He is an honest man who treats our animals well and we will continue to make the 40 Minute trip up there when our animals need vet services.

Great veterinarian and staff. They've got their COVID system down, so it remains a great experience in spite of the construction that should be finished before long-

Never will I return, not personable or gentle with the animals. It's like a sweat shop in his office, the staff is always rude & when you finally get an opportunity to see Cody, he rushes through your visit & charges you an arm & leg. My family dog passed away during COVID19 & we were unable to go in with him to put him down, we were told we could call the office & they would come to the car & get him. Who in the hell would agree to that? We had the dog for 16 years, I'm not letting him die by himself. Disgusting!!

Love Love Love going here. I live in North Richland Hills so it’s a little bit of a drive but I refuse to go anywhere else because Cody and the Staff are the best and the prices are great! I feel like they genuinely care about the animals and also the owners. Very affordable compared to other places (trust me I’ve tried closer places for shot or accidents and they were crazy expensive)

Great people but honestly they could use more vets. I know he's going as fast as he can but there's still a considerable wait since he's a one-man show. Like I said, they are great people, nothing against them at all but you need to treat it like a visit to a people doctor. If you're appointment is at 5, no need to rush to be there at 5, you won't be called for 15 mins or so.
