The staff has always been friendly enough, although a pair of nurses just administered several shots that I requested not to receive.

Best vet clinic ever. Dr. Epstein is very knowledgeable and personable. We have been taking our fur babies here for over 10 years. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

I have been coming to this vet for a few months now with my Kitten Bastet. I was nervous looking for a vet, but truly struck the jackpot. The personell of the whole establishment are so sweet and kind, and are all very well knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond for my fur baby. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you!!

Friendly staff. They provided a free follow up after our puppy's surgery and had very accessible communication when we had questions.

Awesome personnel working here. Great customer service and very friendly. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and showed to have a true passion for his job. Very evident in the way he worked with our dog and how he explained all the process to us. Thank you guys!

Dr. Wood is a great vet. We have been going here for a few years now. Unfortunately, that has ended due to the staff they have. I was charged twice for a charge. The receptionist told me “my card was declined” ok say i had them run it again, i checked my bank account as she was bringing my dog out and it said i was charged twice. I told her “you just charged me twice” she said “oh it should refund in 3-4 business days” it has now been over a few weeks and I still have not been refunded. The staff is rude at times and all they care about is getting money and not the customer. Due to the staff we will not return to this business. I would go somewhere else where they truly care about your pet and your customer experience.

I’m sick an tired of my friends pets suffering from the negligence of this office. This week they sent home my friend’s cat with no bandages or splints for a broken leg, only giving a vague answer of when he would have surgery. This is not the first time I’ve heard of them not wrapping animals correctly or at all, leading the the suffering of the animals. They have not told my friends their pets had distemper or parvo, leading to painful deaths of sweet animals. I hear this name and associate it with death and suffering. Edit: Additionally their response is false. My friend didn’t get an appointment for a surgery until much later due to the fact that this place apparently only uses a surgeon from out of town, and they were supposed to provide more details for him and the humane society so the surgery oils go forward. Also there is no reason a cat shouldn’t be splinted or at very least bandaged when in this predicament. And once again, they’ve been responsible for the deaths of many of my other friend’s happy animals.

Took my cat in after numerous other vets turned me away. Treated him like he was the only in the facility.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at my rescued dogs first vet appt so I was scared to try another vet when he started itching. The first vet ran many expensive tests and my bill was 400~ dollars. In the end he was diagnosed with "I changed his food branr over too fast" and given pro + antibiotics. This vet was kind, allowed me to be in the room during the exam visit and the bill was inexpensive!!! Around 100$! Everyone there seemed to genuinely love and care about dogs. I would recommend this office to a friend for sure.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone from the doctors to the front desk receptionists are extremely nice and caring. They always take such great care of our cats and are very fair with their pricing, I am never shocked when I get the bill...unlike a lot of the other vets. They are even great with my cat that can be a little mean at times as well as our cat that was feral. It’s so hard to find a vet that you can trust, so I would highly recommend them. I’ve used both Dr. Epstein and Dr. Wood, and both are amazing!

Dr. was so nice and caring to my Lucky. Who is a barker and she took the time to sit on the ground with him and talk to him. Thank you.

I’ve taken several pets here. They listen and are attentive to your needs. I don’t feel like I’m being robbed at the checkout counter either. Our family really appreciates them.

I was referred by a patient. Della’s first visit and 14 teeth pulled. Della thanked me big time and she is doing well. Highly recommend.

Thank you Dr. Wood for getting my little dog in to be seen, on short notice. My small dog was in a lot of pain after he accidentally got sat on (he was under a pile of blankets). I called the animal hospital on Teasley Lane & they fit him into their schedule, within the same week. Upon arrival, I picked a parking place outside & called the number on their sign, to checkin. They came outside to collect my pet, after a few minutes. It’s actually a very smooth, convenient process. After he was examined the Dr. called me to discuss his situation. They gave him some much needed pain meds & put my mind at ease about his condition. He’s a much happier dog now ❤️

I was asked to wear a mask even though I explained that I have actual lung damage that causes me to become hypoxic and pass out. Texas has ended their mask mandate, however a private business can ask people to wear a mask if they choose. They do not choose to make reasonable accomodations for a disability, therefore I choose to take my business and money elsewhere.

I drive over an hour (one way) to take my pets to the Animal Hospital on Teasley Lane because of the exceptional care my pets receive as well as the reasonable cost of their services. One night recently I called a 24/7 pet clinic in my town about a minor emergency & asked how much their office visit would be. I couldn't afford to walk in their doors! And that's before paying for treatment or medication! Next day I called Teasley as soon as they opened & got an appointment for my cat. For about $2 more than the cost of an office visit at the emergency clinic, my cat was seen, treated, given medication, plus I got 3 months of flea treatments! I'll gladly drive that long & far to see the folks at Teasley.

They are wonderful. Prices are a lot more reasonable than other vets I've been to with no decrease in service quality. Had to uh, let my cat "go" and they were very gentle and respectful during the whole process. Did everything they could for me and my cat right up to the very end and even after. Can't recommend enough.
