Sammy Jo was well cared for. The location is convenient and rates are reasonable. The only complaint is the weekend hours. Saturdays should be later.

Love this place. We always feel safe with put babies here.

Club canine prices are lower for boarding than others. They care abhor their pets.

We deeply regret leaving our dog here. She had such a terrible time here. When we came to get her she was cowering and ragged-looking. She lost almost 10% of her body weight during her few days' stay. She hadn't looked that miserable since she was rescued off the streets years ago. Take your dog elsewhere. Edit: She has done fine in other kennels, and no one reached out to us in any way to tell us that she wasn't eating or seemed to not be doing well.

This place is great. They are the only boarder that will deal with our stubborn large breed dog.

Club Canine was accommodating and professional. I was confident leaving my shepredor there overnight and everything worked out fine.

I have used their boarding service for my 2 dogs and 4 guinea pigs, twice now. They are very attentive and careful with my pets. You can tell they are animal lovers. I was scared to leave behind my guinea pigs considering not many people know or have knowledge on small animals compared to mainstream pets like a cat or dog. The young man at the front knew many facts and even told me he loved guinea pigs so that really reassured me for picking this place. They also know my pets now and live seeing my guinea pigs. I'm glad I found a boarding center that loves and cares for my pets as much as I do.

My family has been using Club Canine for several years and we are very comfortable leaving our four legged family members in their care. It’s stressful on our babies while they are away from home but the personal care provided by Club Canine limits that stress. We wouldn’t leave our pets anywhere else but here. Took good care of my dogs

Our dogs, Sophie and Oakley, love this place and the owner is wonderful. The entire staff there has always been great, we would never board them any where else.

This place is amazing!! Taken my dogs here countless times and the staff is always amazingly respectful and wonderful with the dogs. Highly recommend!

I will never use them again. On top of many complaints, I asked for a nail trim while my dog was there and I got a text saying that I haven't trained my dog well enough and they won't do it. I trim her nails every week. The issue was that my dog was scared of the woman running the place; actually ran away from her before she saw me. This is a compassionless kennel. I suggest you find another option.

I have known the owners for a very long time and I always bring my dogs here when I'm going to be out of town for any extended periods of time. They have always taken very good care of any dog I have entrusted into their care. Everytime I board her I always opt to have her washed and have her nails trimmed and she always looks and smells great when I pick her up. My favorite part is even through their experience, they dont assume anything when it comes to the care of your pet and will always call or text if they have questions for you.

Both our dogs came home and itched for days after a few days stay at Club Canine. They itched so bad they have hot spots and missing fur. Today we took them to the vet and was told the shampoo they used was likely harsh and that the dogs had flees. We have never had flees at our house, so they had to have gotten them from the kennel. I thought the owner might want to know how our dogs reacted to the shampoo, so I texted her. She was completely uncaring and rude. She did not reply with an I’m sorry for anything. She said she thought that was weird that they had a reaction like that. I’m disappointed that I ever let my dogs stay at her kennel. We paid her hundreds of dollars and this is the respect I received from the owner. Now that the dogs had a very expensive vet visit they are feeling better and will hopefully heal up soon. When I told her about our expensive vet bill she told me we got ripped off. We are new to the area and learned our lesson about this kennel.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. They have always been taken care of and well loved by the owner and staff. Would highly reccomend this place, and will continue to take my dogs here for years to come!!

If you want cheap boarding for a random animal you barely know, this place is for you. If you want a loving home away from home for your furry family member, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They do NOT treat animals like family. It appears to be all for money. Our dog was frightened of them, and when she was picked up, she was cowering in a corner until she spotted us. They are super friendly on phone and via email, but when we met the owner in person, they seemed annoyed that we were so concerned with our dog's care. We will NEVER use Club Canine again.

I go out of town often and i always use Club Canine. The staff is very friendly and i trust them with any of my pets. The owner is awesome and im happy to have found this place!

I kept 4 little boys at this facility a while back, it was very short notice and they were able to accommodate me no problem. I returned home a week later, and the boys looked amazing, happy and look as though they were well taken care of, thank you

We brought our furbaby to Club Canine on the recommendation from our vet. The first stay was only a few days, but very memorable for our dog, and for us. When we got our second puppy, we took both girls and they loved it. Human words aren't enough to express the gratitude we feel about Club Canine. Our girls' reaction when we turn in to the driveway is more than we need to know they love being there. The staff members care deeply for each and every guest at their ranch.

Can't give no stars. How are you supposed to get any business if you cant even answer a phone? I'm not taking my dogs somewhere if I can't even get hold of them. What if something happend?

Canine Club is a GREAT place to board your dogs. One perk is that they only let your dog out in the yard by itself (or with their brother or sister if you have two dogs like me). This is very important to me because you have the reassurance that your beloved friend will not be attacked or killed by another dog (this actually happened at Bed Biscuit and Beyond and that is why they are no longer in business). They offer a hot oil massage grooming package and my dogs LOVE it and come back so soft and nice! Also, they are flexible if you want to pick them up when they are not open. Just call ahead and you pay a small fee, absolutely the BEST kennel in town if you want your pets SAFE and HAPPY! Thank you Canine Club from Bo and Twiggy!!!!
