I have nothing but amazing things to say about White Rock Animal Hospital, Dr. Hawthorn and the entire staff here. My family has been using them for years with many generations of animals. We have never had a bad experience. Dr. Hawthorn also went out of his way recently to help our foster dog that we found on the streets and had found ourselves in a very difficult situation. No question he always puts the animals first and would recommend any pet owner use White Rock.

This animal hospital saved my dogs life. My chiuaha Mickey got into something in the backyard that infected him with lepto. I'm so greatful they had the means and knowledge to detect this disease and save him. I wouldn't have been devastated losing him. This is the best vet staff I've ever delt with on a level of caring that exceeds expectations and it shows tremendously. I'm so greatful for this hospital and the people that work there. Thank you White Rock Animal Hospital.

Good veterinarian clinic got my dog in when he was really sick and my regular vet couldn't see him

Absolutely wonderful place to have your pet cared for. The staff were so kind to me. My puppy was sick and I went in just before closing time. They took great care of my puppy and treated me so kindly. I highly recommend their services. My puppy is feeling much better this morning.

I took my chihuahua, Pablo there as I couldn't get in with our normal vet. I put in a request to be seen and asked for an estimate on services. I got a response at 4:30 am from Dr. Hawthorne! We went in later that morning, his staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. They took Pablo back for evaluation. Dr. Hawthorne came in explained what need to do to clear the abscess and had Pablo back in my arms 20 minutes later with medication already in hand. He gave care instructions and sent us on our way. We even received a get well card hand written from Dr. Hawthorne. That's a class act in my opinion! White Rock Animal Hospital will be our new veterinarian!

Husband and I brought our 10wk kitten in as first time pet owners and we were both pleased with our experience with Cindy, Dr. Williams and the vet tech. Compassionate, friendly, and quick. Felt at ease leaving their office today knowing our kitten was cared for. Would recommend!

The only Place I will take my pets when they are Sick

They don't do all animals in seems like they want u to do alot just to get ur animal check out the ones they welllook at

Went in right when i get there, the women at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, so was the vet tech, he was fast and they were good with my pup giving him his shots. Gave me advice for any questions i had. Good prices as well.

Dr. Williams, Cindy and the whole team at White Rock Animal Hospital are fantastic. They gave my dog Millie incredible care and walked me through our treatment plan every step of the way. I am so impressed by the care and comfort they give all of their customers.

I rarely post reviews about businesses. However once in a while extraordinary care needs to be applauded. I have an aging lab, Luci, that has been a patient of Dr. Hawthorne and Dr. Williams from the beginning (nearly 14 years). In addition to all of her usual annual visits Luci has boarded with Whiterock Animal Hospital over the years whenever we are away from home and she really really loves going there. I don't know what they do for her but she always runs excitedly in and says hello to everyone starting with Cindy on the first desk and then Connie, Renee and Sharon. She usually looks a little regretful to have to go home. As Luci has got older and older she has been to the hospital more often. She had a vestibular problem this week and was cared for and looked after by the Dr Hawthorne and all of his staff like the most important VIP. We were very concerned about her and really thought that this was the end of her life. I am a doctor (human) so I really appreciated Dr Hawthorn's explanation of the condition and issues. What a 'real' classic doctor. Incredibly knowledgeable vet. Whiterock Animal Hospital is absolutely the best place for your loved pet ever in Dallas. Thank you all at WR AH.

You can walk in and they will see you very fast and check you out quickly too. If you're in hurry or urgently need your pet to be seen this is the veteranian for you.

My experience was HORRIBLE my dog was seen twice in 2 weeks and both visits were only 10 minutes long, the first visit did nothing and had us back a few days later with a body temp of 103degrees, The second visit has us going to another vet because the medicine he was given he’s allergic to, when I called today on Thursday they said Dr. Hawthorne is conveniently out of the office and that they would need an approval for a refund. This place really made me upset and I hope to god they take their job more seriously...

Called to get info and the person that answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. 30 seconds in i knew i did not wanna work with them and hung up. My pet will not go anywhere with unprofessional rude staff.

I have experienced 10 plus vets in Dallas and White Rock Animal Hospital have the best veterinarians, best front desk staff, and the best vet techs/back staff anywhere. They truly care about you and your pets.

My family brought our dog and cat here 40 years ago. I had my girlfriend bring her German Shepherd here and the Doctors and Assistants are awesome.
