Great people. Love the pets they care for

Brought my dog here on 10/19/2021.I will NEVER bring my pet here again, she came out the groomers limping really bad.I brought her in PERFECTLY fine. Never in my 3 almost 4 years of taking her to a groomer has she been injured or come out “limping” . The owner didn’t even apologize & accused me of not taking care of my own pet. She said she could be limping for a million other reasons. Her tone of voice & attitude was very unprofessional & refused to refund me my money Bc it was my “fault” for not taking care of my own dogs hygiene. I do not recommend this place. They clearly just care about the business & not the actual care of proper care for our pets.

Love the vibe of this place- took my 13 y.o. lab here for the full package. He’s no easy dog to get through the door of a groomer. They gave my old man top service and returned him with beautifully trimmed nails and an ultra smooth, clean coat. Vhea knows what she’s doing. Will absolutely return.

Been going there for years with all of our family's dogs. Vhea, the owner is a very compassionate and knowledgeable dog groomer and hostess for the doggy hotel. Her staff is best of breed as well lol! Just a nice part of the community. We're really appreciate Vhea's Laundromutt. Keep up the great work Vhea. We love you!

Y’all did my baby Zeus so wrong!! ???? even getting my 50$ Back, means nothin, compared to seeing my baby with all these scabs from the brushing him and hotspots y’all left on him. On Garland Rd I knew Vhea was the owner and in charge, Also customer service was better. At this new location I wasn’t sure if the groomer James was in charge or Vhea. Had every excuse why my baby had all these things on his body, but no accountability and was rude about it. I don’t know what happen to this place, but I won’t ever be coming back.

It was nice and convenient! The staff was over the top helpful! The wash tubs where nice and big! Will definitely return.

James saved a terrible haircut, even though we had to shave them to a numb. It still looked much better and our Hans is much happier.

Even though I went in to use self service, owner helped me immensely with pre-brushing, nail trim, and bathing. Very pleasurable experience.

Needs to be updated for the price they charge for self serve dog wash

I have been going here for just under a year now and my little poodle comes out happy and beautiful every time. When I tell you I had Vheas VM on speaker and my dog started DANCING when she heard her voice I knew this was where we would be staying. Great people, great pricing, and my dog is healthy and stunning to look at. Couldn’t ask for more ????

The self-service Pet Wash is very inexpensive includes all the tools that you need.

Took my dog to get a trim and nail cut and was charged 35 for something I didn’t ask for. My dog isn’t even fully trimmed all the way and her fur is the same length it was when dropped off. Initially was told 25 I guess 10 extra for matting but my dogs hair initially wasn’t matted and only had to be brushed and wasn’t trimmed completely.

Excellent, she was wonderful with all three of my dogs I will definitely be coming back. I have already recommended her services to others very impressive.

I have taken my dog and my roommate's dog to Vhea's a couple of times now. This is the first dog I've ever had, a rescue, and Vhea has taken a significant amount of time to educate me about how to groom Pippin (a Samoyed) at home and to recommend trainers and things like that. She didn't have to give up her time to help me. I really appreciate things like that because it demonstrates that she cares about dogs beyond just making money. When I first took my dog in, he was freshly "rescued" and had a great number of mats all over his body. They took the time to get all the mats out, give him a good hygienic trim, and give him back to me mat-less and very clean. My roommate's dog is a neurotic mess and they did a great job with her bath too. I definitely recommend them to people and to whoever is reading this.

We are long time customers and would never think about going anywhere else. Vhea and her team are great with the pups and treat them like family. Fair prices, great service, and knowledgable staff. Best in Dallas.

Leaving 1 star because that’s the lowest I could leave and the staff was at least nice. I just took my dog here for the first time and they butchered her. She’s a miniature poodle and they did a chop job on her. I was made aware that her ears had some mats but they completely shaved all of the hair off. Other groomers in the past have been able to keep hair on her ears. 8 years and she’s never had her ears shaved down. Her top knot isn’t even a top knot. It’s short, uneven, and sits at the front of her head. They nicked the bottoms of her ears and called it “hematomas” from the mats. I’m a vet tech, I know what a hematoma is and I brushed her ears before I dropped her off. These people do not know what they are doing. They do not require vaccine records and I hate that I didn’t trust my intuition. I literally wasted money and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The best place for boarding our Sophia because she gets to hang out with other dogs and is not bored.

I took my two lab mixes here for their first time grooming ever. One dog is very low maintenance but the other has skin and ear issues. They customized their bathing to fit their needs and they seemed very happy about the whole experience! One is generally pretty skittish in new scenarios and he was completely relaxed when I picked them up. Very impressed with how nice and knowledgeable they were! Thanks for a great, positive experience.

They have everything you need to get your dog clean. They also have grooming services available.

My dog wasn’t washed thoroughly. When I pet him, he still had dirt deep within his fur and would leave my hands feeling dirty and grimy. I also only asked for a wash specifically and they ended up cutting his nails too short, causing him to have blood on his paws. Then, they didn’t even smooth them out. His know was also left scratched up with blood. I should’ve just washed him myself.

Love the new location, staff is friendly, very clean.
