My cat had gotten sick and needed to be put down and the staff there was amazing, they talked me through everything and gave me as much time as I needed and were just really kind and even though this was the first time they ever met with Bentley they took time to send us a card showing their condolences and it was just so nice!... I miss my kitty and they did an amazing job of helping us in our time of need!

I've come here twice with my dog, once for a stomach illness and once for a sprained paw, and the staff and vets are excellent! She's nervous even under normal circumstances, but the vets are really gentle and caring and put her more at ease than I've seen her. They take time to go through all your questions and have really prompt, high quality service. When I booked an appointment online, their office called me when they had a cancellation and offered to have us come in earlier. A really great experience all around!

Very friendly staff & a clean environment. I've been going here for 15 years. The staff is extremely patient with my dogs & do an excellent job in calming them down. A little pricey but their service makes up for that. If there were 6 stars they wouldve recieved it. Highly recommended.

My dog Mittsi had a few health issues that brought us to the office frequently. As such, we got to know everyone very well and they are all WONDERFUL and patient during office visits and phone consultations. Diane, Austin, Danielle and Ana were always pleasant no matter how busy things were. All of the technicians that worked with her were great and Dr. Chern and Dr. Kimball took such good care of her and always had an accurate diagnosis. We were sad to lose her due to lymphoma, but the care they gave her helped her to feel great and be happy during her last months and gave us some really nice memories. I highly recommend them and we will be back when we get another pet someday.

I cannot speak highly enough about Diane at the front desk! She has spoken with me over the phone multiple times this week to discuss my Pomeranian’s sickness, give me tips for how to help her heal, provided comfort and affirmation, and provided signs to look for that would warrant a visit to the office. I’ve never worked with such enjoyable front office employees that truly care for your pet, even if they aren’t in office. Diane, you helped me get through this week with hope and assurance that my pup would be okay. Thank you!

I would like to commend the front staff. They are wonderful! BUT Dr. Kimball successfully swindled $300 out of me and tried for more. After notifying the clinic that my boyfriend contracted ringworm via their online appointment portal, no one contacted me to even confirm the appointment and our pet needed oral antibiotics. It took me going back to the clinic to get help. I was denied until test results come back to confirm...ummm my boyfriend contracting said fungi is enough proof. I was told that the cat would need baths once a week and sold me a shampoo I could've ordered cheaper elsewhere a week prior before it got this bad. The VERY next day "oh his results are in and it is in fact ringworm and the oral antibiotic is going to be $78!" I was appalled at the level of care and service I received and would caution anyone who goes here. Wait for somewhere else and use this as a last resort. I learned my lesson. They failed to educate us at our initial appointment for proper care and thus endangering my entire household. Not to mention that I pointed out some spots under the cats eyes that I could not wipe off and it went ignored....did the first bath and THEY ARE FLEAS. This should have also been addressed.

I used Bent Tree for the last two years of my senior dogs life. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. Kimball and Dr. Gutierrez were incredible and helped me through the process of having a dog with declining health just has much as they helped my dog.

The staff was so compassionate. They treated my furbaby with love and that is priceless. Thank you Dr. Chern.

My girlfriend and I took our cat Molly in after she started having health issues. The vet was very professional, gave her a good examination and antibiotics and pain meds after finding a fever. Molly started bouncing back immediately and is now 100% better than ever. They're very professional, caring, and worth it!

Best vet I have been to! I brought my dog in for a somewhat urgent second opinion after my long-time vet was not attentive my dog's issue leading to a mis-diagnosis after not eating for a couple weeks and significant weight loss. Bent Tree started over and found the issue on the first appointment, explained the issue, and the prognosis, and scheduled surgery for the next day. They in the first two weeks follow up care has been great. I recommend taking your pet to Bent Tree. The Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Chern and the whole staff is great. Prices are reasonable and well-explained.

Fantastic staff with a genuine care for their animals. We've been going for nearly 10 years and will continue to drive an hour plus until our pup is gone.

I first visited them when my 4 year old lab mix got kennel cough! I was super scared being a first time dog owner, so I called them to see when they could see him. They were able to get me in right away. The staff was so friendly and quick! Dr. Chern answered all my questions & assured me Rocky would be ok! I visited them again on 3/24/21, my rocky was vomiting and had diarrhea. Again, they make it so easy to be seen for an emergency & I was even able to drop him off before his appointment so I could head to work! Dr. Gutierrez saw rocky & tested his stool. She called me to explain what was going on and what medication she was going to prescribe. I love how patient, kind, and informative they are. Being a college student, budgeting is hard and when unexpected bills come, situation can get tough. The staff is patient to give me estimates and walk me through each fee and explain for what and the amount. The prices aren't bad, and the service is definitely worth it! I paid less than $200 and that's with a same day appointment, stool test, and medication! Now we wait for my fur baby to feel better! Thank you so much to the amazing staff!! You guys are highly appreciated. Rocky says thank you, too! Almost forgot!! They are taking covid precautions very serious!! Love that!!

I had the pleasure of meeting several veterinarians, technicians, and office staff at Bent Tree Animal Hospital and had excellent experiences with them all. Everyone showed sincere empathy and care for my pet. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I will always remember the great care took care of my dog Ike.

I loved this animal hospital and have been taking my fur babies here since 2006! Dr. Kunde is nice and runs a very well-maintained facility. The techs and office staff are always SO helpful and accommodating and kind!! I have moved farther and farther from them since I've been going, and now live about an hour, at least, away and have had to locate closer medical attention for Moxie, due to her she and conditions.

Thank you so much for being so understanding and kind and respectful and having great people skills very nice staff i lost my dog diamond it was so hard i cried so bad she passed away and to see all them showing they cared i was so grateful to have that from them thank you again .

We love the service we have gotten here. We've used them as our vet office for many yrs for both our cats and dogs. No doubt that they will treat our animals well, as well as always do as we ask and answer any questions. We love them here enough that even though we moved over an hr away, we're willing to make the drive to ensure our animals get the best treatment. Bent Tree has our trust.

I’ve been taking my Great Dane to Dr. Chern for over 2 years now and I can’t say enough about how thorough and caring he is. A year ago I moved 30 minutes away from this office, but I still drive to them every time my pups need to go to the vet. There aren’t many vet offices like Bent Tree around these days!

This clinic was awesome today with a special situation i brought to them....Diane (sp?) was especially outstanding. I found a sweet puppy running in a busy, COLD Addison road at 9:00 pm. I took the puppy there this morning to check for a chip. No chip. I left the puppy in their care -- they were gracious & concerned for the puppy's well being. It was a team effort. The puppy's parents had her back in their home within 3 hours of my leaving her there. I plan to take my pets to this clinic now due to the stellar way they handled my need for help getting that baby dog back to her home!

Great. Love them. Been my vet for a decade but beware they are more expensive than other vets!

Great service, everyone very nice and professional. I will be going back. My dog is an 9 yr old toy maltese who had a bad tummy and couldn't stop pooping .. they comforted my anxious pup and the vet sat on the floor to win is trust and it calm him down. At the end we were sent home with antibiotics and a pill to help the bacterial growth. The whole visit and meds cost only $180 n I was fearing the worst especially when they mentioned testing his stool. Totally recommend

Stay away from this place. They don’t care about your fur babies. Very inexperienced staff young and not knowledgeable of procedures. I can only speak on my experience and I use to work in a animal clinic sooo good luck.

Bent Tree Animal hospital have been treating our cats for a little over a year now. I've never experienced quite this level in professionalism, and quality of care for our animals. One our cats required extensive dental surgery recently. Bent Tree performed the operation, and we have seen an incredible transformation in his quality of life. They never downplayed any of his condition, or ruled out particular possibilities. They provided us with detailed, easy to follow after care instructions. Their office touched based with us twice the following week to check up on his after care. I am so happy that we have trusted the care of our pets to Bent Tree Animal Hospital.

My pet died I have been depressed. Everytime I walk in the house I expect to see her greet me at the door. But these people were caring and she did not suffer long, but they should be more upfront when they see something I didn't. #karma the tan one

It's just sad how businesses suffer from covid these days.. It's so bad you can't come inside to see what they do to your pet. With technology available today you guys could maybe think of setting up a camera in the examination room. Y'all could be running around w/o masks and we wouldn't know that..
