Dr. Diaz is very thorough with each visit. My dog is currently going through heartworm treatment here and I'm very pleased with how she kept me in the loop during the day when my baby had to stay for observation. We have been with Crossroads since 2016.

Dr. Gail and the clinic personal took a good care of my German shepherd. Highly recommend them.

I called this place and the lady on the phone was very helpful and kind. They have great people on the front desk. Unfortunately although their prices are reasonable it was a little over my budget.

We have used Crossroads Pet Hospital since 2018 and have stayed loyal to this location based on the overall satisfaction one can find in a veterinarian. They have always had affordable prices for practically everything. We moved to Dallas in 2020 & have continued having our Frenchie be taken care of by this wonderful vet! 5 star

I can't think of anything good to say concerning the current staff occupying that building. The doctors changes so often in the last five years I could not keep up. Everything requires yet another office visit. Money, that is what their corporate handlers make a top priority.

I was very pleased for the care of my bella boo, very professional and really cared about my sweet dog whom is 9 years old, affordable prices, and very straight too the point about what needed too be done with my dog, my bella boo is feeling better, and her nail cutting looks awesome, I would highly recommend this place. 5+++++ Stars

I waited 3 weeks for medication for my dog. No Dr's to help you

I have been a client of Crossroads Pet Hospital for about 13 years. I have always received caring, compassionate care for all my pets (currently two bigger dogs and a cat.) The staff helped me cope through a few very stressful health emergencies over the years because of their calm, soothing manner in dealing with pet parents. Even when I moved across town, I remained a client with Crossroads because I'm completely comfortable there. I highly recommend Crossroads as a pet parent's go-to vet.

My cat, Birdie, and I had a very good experience here. The tech and vet were very kind to both of us. They had an easy curb-side procedure during Covid-19, and we didn't have to wait at all. I'll definitely be bringing Birdie back!

Max is my first pet as an adult. He's not just my pet he's my little friend that came into my life at a very difficult time for me three years ago. He helped me through it by being loving , funny and comforting. So I feel that I owe him the best life possible. That's why I bring him to Crossroads for all of his needs outside of what I can give him. The staff is amazing and he loves going there . From the first visit , when Dr. Houser was able to get him to take a pill...I was sold. The lady must me a "Dog Whisperer " or something (lol). I can board Max at Crossroads, have him groomed ,his teeth cared for, and his medical needs met. Most importantly, I know in my heart that the staff will treat him with as much love and care as I do and I don't have to worry about him being abused like he had been before he came into my life. Thank you Crossroads for taking care of my Fur Baby.

We didn't actually go to this place. We were out of gas right next to it on the feeder road but it helped us tell someone where we were so they could help. Good location.

We love everyone here so much! They’re always so kind and always prompt with appointment times, reminders, and also calling with results/information. When we adopted our dog she had a fear of vets, but she’s definitely taken a liking to Crossroads (the doggie cheese treats don’t hurt either)!

Nice people, caring & understanding

I'm sure I have my own 5 star rating here already but I have to make a new one for this miracle they've pulled off. My buddy moved down here from Wisconsin, they had tried 5 different vets in their area and all ultimately told them they would have to put their dog down. We recommended Crossroads and with just 1 visit, their dog is better than ever and looking at a normal healthy life ahead. As pet owners im sure you can all appreciate the gravity of that kind of success.

Wonderful staff that listens to you!! They go above and beyond expectations every time. We have been there for routine things, a spaying and an emergency and each time they have provided 5 star service. Love this place.

They are very good. And during the pandemic they have effective precautions to keep everyone safer. They require to call ahead of time though. So get an appointment and when you get there call them so they can let you in.
