Covid has made this clinic more efficient with its car to door services. I do not mind chilling in my car while my puppy gets her shots.

I wrote a check for them 4 months ago for services and had money in the account and they chose now to post it to my account throwing me over draft. Now I don't have any money for two weeks. So thank you for that. So unprofessional. You wait four months to cash a check? Won't be coming here again. All add the staff and doctor in itself is great but how you handle payment processing is unprofessional

Picked up my remains of my dearest 16 year old Bucky who passed in September and were very kind to me. Took Charlie in for his shots and check up.

Dr Keating gets the job done. Fast and professional, my dogs are always well cared for.

Took a rescue kitten in for shots and to get him fixed. They were very comforting and kind to Patches

Every time we bring in Cozy, our Shiba Inu, everyone takes care of her so well. She actually loves going in so we know she has a good time even if she is there for shots. The staff is very helpful and takes care of us well too.

Doctor Keating and his staff are INCREDIBLE. My little chihuahua Luchi developed a serious cough and I was terrified. They took great care of him, without charging me a fortune. You can tell they all love animals and deeply care for their well-being. So grateful for all of them.

I brought them 2 cats and they combined them into one cat body with 2 heads and 2 tails can't wait to see what they can do with a frog

The doctor performed two unnecessary Canine teeth extractions from my dog. It was cruel and unprofessional. The shown and provided teeth did not have a cavity in them. He Should Be reported to animal inhuman society. My dog now can no longer chew solid foods. This clinic also needs to learn proper customer service. They are rude as hell. Nobody smiles including the Vet doctor.

My baby had surgery, they forgot to call me when he was ready. They almost forgot to give me his meds, he was so drowsy like he was overly given anesthesia. I had to pull information for at home instructions.

They help take good care of my dog. My dogs like them. They have wonderful customer service and they are affordable.

I waited to give a review because the first visit could be great and the next visit could be a disaster BUT TOTALLY NOT THE CASE for me! TPH has been truly amazing to me and Duke (shih tzu pup)! Visit #3 today and they have been consistent with providing great care for Duke and his appointments have been made for the same day that I call...not days later. I actually switched from another vet due to the lack of concern and urgency.

Great Vet and staff. He said he had. Not ever seen Chicos problem before. Has a cyst on one of his toes.

Dawn is the manager here and has been incredibly helpful to me and my dog! We were in a hard situation and needed a place to quarantine our Bernese mountain dog. Dawn went above and beyond to make sure they could accommodate us. I tried calling 10 other places before and none of them took the time and effort that Dawn did. You can tell she truly cares and wants to help people and their dogs! Thank you Dawn for everything- you helped me more than you will know! I recommend this place and especially Dawn to everyone!

Best vet in the Metroplex! Been coming here for 7 years. I love Dr. Paul Keating like a close friend. He's seen my lab through the worst and best of times. His staff is amazing. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and are treat us like members of the family. They always do their best to accommodate me when I need to make an appointment with no pushy sales tactics. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
