My experience was great I was in and out in no time

The DR . called me back was able to get me in for an appointment 2 days later . Went in for heartworm medication and didnt have any wait time at all . After 2 tests I found out that my German Shepherds heart worm test was negative , correcting another clinic that told me she was positive. I was able to walk out with 12 months supply of prevention and lab fees for a little over a hundred bucks . The staff was friendly and efficient and it seemed like a very organized operation. Thank you SPCA .

Puppy had a good visit the office was not crowded they got him in and out very fast and I know the lady's in there are good because if not puppy would have not wanted the lady to touch him and for a puppy to go back in the arms of a strange lady who just give him lots of shots n a micro chip that is really awsom!!! I definatly recommend this office to anyone.

Took my dog to get neutered the staff was friendly and they provided clear instructions on after care.

I took in a baby kitten who needed medical treatment, the lady at the front desk turned me around quick, the only thing she was concerned about was the remodeling that was in progress, I begged them for help, but no one would even take him in, I was devastated, my heart was broken to know a company as big as the SPCA, with all the donations people like us donate too and fundraising they do for money and they would not even look at this baby. My advise to the reader's is this, don't donate to this company. They once were for animals and their safety, but now it's all about the BENJAMIN S. That kitten died.

I am extremely satisfied. Staff was very polite and caring.

Took over 24 hours to return my phone call the first time. Called back the next day and they called back in about 4 or 5 hours. But I'm extremely disappointed that I have to wait 3 WEEKS to get an appointment for a Rabies injection for my dog. Just moved here and realized it had expired and I'm handicapped and only living on SS so it's difficult for me

I took my chihuahua mix to get nurtured on September 30, 2021 and I must say everything turned out good. I dropped him off at 7:30 that morning and picked him up around 3:30. The nurse told me to leave the cone on for 7 to 10 days.I took it off the 8th day and he healed just perfect. Now we are playing again.

They so called take care of my dog that I know of and change me money I don't have but I paid it because my dog is family as well so they know his not going anywhere. I thank them for taking care of my dog as friend Carter McMillan.

Efficient, however do not like credit card to be out of site. Need a rework to get payments.

My visit to SPCA was great! The vetinarians were professional and polite. They answered all my questions and gave me very good advice. The service is fast, I was checked in and checked out less than 30 minutes.

Just horrible.. received email stating 730 appointment for Pancho's surgery.. arrived at 710. At 8 am I was told I have no appointment and had to scan some board in the front. With hour or so wait.. not worth the agrivation will pY at a local vet and never return here

They opened late. Check in process is HORRIBLE and staff was unfriendly.

Hours on the building are not correct but I was able to find an employee who sent me to yet another location that also had the wrong hours posted on the door and they were closed when I got there 20 minutes later.

Very comfortable experience for my little ones. Very professional and friendly staff.
