I was rescheduled at first time I went there for their system problem.which is not a problem since everyone could make a mistake. at second appointment, It was only cat surgery day not for dogs. staff said they will text or email me before the appointment day which I did not received and just appeared on their scheduled day. third appointment, I did not received neither text nor email. and they responded it considered a " no show" ......

You have a great staff. They were friendly, efficient and took great care of my cats. Plus, the value for the service is excellent. Thank you!

I was content with the price and how friendly the staff were

If you think you have an appointment, think again. Everyone waits at the same time. A few get called in and everyone waits their turn. We were there with 3 dogs and de used to wait in our car till EVERYONE went..2 hours. We didn’t want a fight to break out. I suggested to the front desk (who said she would let management know????) that since they can text an appointment reminder, why not have everyone wait in their car and then have us say we are here and take care of us accordingly.. first come, first served like they do in a doctors office. Masks were not worn by everyone. Staff included.

Got both of my males neutered here and they are doing well and the incisions are healing/ healed nicely. Even my Husky who had a testicle that failed to descend had a smooth operation. The incision on his abdomen did swell a bit but that’s just from the trauma of the surgery and the site of the incision. Overall would recommend and I will be back to spay my females. Very good services especially for the price.

Amazing service fast and friendly

Honestly, I was very skeptical at first, however, once I got there they were extremely expeditious in their interactions. They handled my pup with much care and attention as if it was their own. Even check-out services were thoroughly explained and take-home infections and care were seamless. Looking forward to the 14 Dec. 2021 when my second pup is under their care. Thanks a million.

Highly recommend! Everyone at Spay Neuter Network we’re very friendly, professional and reassuring. Our pup did great, we could see she immediately felt comfortable with them and has done great post surgery.

I’ve used their vaccine and neutering service on 3 other occasions and used them again this past month on some abandoned cats. Their people are always caring and professional and the service is affordable for someone like me on a fixed income.

Hands down this was the easiest from start to finish. Dropping off our dog to be transported all the way from her being picked up.

The process was very professional and the driver/care giver was very caring and understanding.

I did the mobile spay. My rescue Border Collie mix ended up already being spayed. But she didn't have a tattoo- hence why the shelter where we adopted her told to get her fixed. So they had to open her up to find that out. Poor girl. Either way, the lady in charge (Megan) was so, so sweet and kind and was absolutely a dog (and cat) person. I give her major kudos for wrangling all the pets into the van and making sure everyone's paperwork was good to go. I would be so overwhelmed by having to keep something like that organized. I love being able to drop off and pick up somewhere relatively close by. My girl rode in a nice, large crate for transport. Her stitches looked good and she's healing wonderfully and quickly. Megan told me if I had any further questions to just reach out via text to her cell. Overall a very seamless experience. Would 100% recommend pet parents utilize this affordable and convenient resource.

The neuter was well done, and staff was friendly. Then, when my pup had complications, they quickly took care of him. Can’t thank you all enough!!

Great experience with the exception of the morning check in process. All patients were advised to check in at 7:30 am, so there was a long line and a correspondingly long wait for check in. Otherwise, great! Stitches at incision site look like a plastic surgeon did them and my dog will end up with a minimal scar. Staff was super friendly and patient. Price was great and was about 15% of what the regular vets were charging. We had to wait a few weeks for the appointment but it was worth the wait. Fun fact…they spay/neuter feral cats for free so you can catch and release them and decrease the wild cat population in your neighborhood if you are willing to invest a little time and energy.

What a great staff. From the moment I walked in with my pup, I was treated very nicely. Having your paperwork filled out prior made the process a lot faster. Pup was in an out in a few hours. Couldn’t be any happier

I called several locations and companies and no one could give me an appointment until the middle or after of October. The spay neuter Network company was very friendly courteous and helpful. When I called they advised me there was no appointment for September. Rhonda offered to call me back as soon as the October schedule opened up I accepted. The following Monday Sabrina called me and we were able to set up my appointment for October the 1st. I was so happy we got my sister's dog taking care of and she's doing very well right now. My only thing which I know the spay neuter network has no control of is the people and the line and everybody just kind of being everywhere. But they are wonderful and I have already recommended to one of my friends

Drop off and pick up was smooth and the person picking up was friendly and explained everything well. She answered questions and genuinely cared for our family member.

This facility is awesome!! The staff is very nice and professional and walks you through the whole process to assure things will go smoothly. I was nervous about my pup getting spayed but left feeling confident that she was in good hands. Thank you to everyone for being so wonderful!!!!!
