The only people I will trust to look after my dogs, either in day care or boarding. Can't recommend highly enough.

NEWBIE/TRIAL WITH CAUTION - I went through Smart Dog’s extensive sign up process for a trial. The availability (online) showed that there were open spots two days later which was today, Friday, November 12th. I submitted the request. I received and email later from Mayra saying that they typically do not take trials on Thursdays and Friday’s and if I would like to book 5 weeks out. Huh? There is a selection online for a trial day so I’m not sure why this is not stated on the website (Thurs/Fri being out of the question) and to even have the days available. Booking a trial two days out and receiving an email saying they can take him 5 weeks out is outlandish. I will not continue with this daycare facility as we all know that the first impression can sometimes be the end all — be all. If attempting to take your furr baby there for an assessment or “trial” — plan for 5 weeks out and to not book or ask for a Thursday/Friday (as not mentioned in website). THUMBS DOWN. communication, customer service and expectations based on availability should all be aligned. We went else where who gladly took him on a Friday and based on the availability outlined online.

We’ve started taking our dogs to SmartDogs Dallas shortly after they opened. The facility is always very clean and they’ve always had a great crew looking after your loved ones. Owners live onsite so somebody is there 24x7 with them. Our dogs love going to SmartDogs Dallas. Give them a chance and your dogs are going to thank you.

Luna had a great first day at Smart Dog Dallas! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Luna came home tired and happy. This will deffinetely be her new favorite place to go.

I have been taking my dog Panfie to Smart Dog for several years because they are very responsible people who care about my dog. When Panfie is there I don't worry about her. I took Panfie there this morning and she was so happy that she could hardly stand it ! Update review about SD. Panfie and I still love Smart Dog. The staff is wonderful.

This place is the definition of not judging a book by its cover- location seems a little sketchy right by the courthouse and bail bond stores, but I’ve brought my pup here on multiple occasions and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. He gets to play all day and have fun with other dogs (not locked up all day like half the places I’ve boarded at) and I don’t have to worry knowing he’s in good hands. (Not to mention I love seeing him featured on their Instagram)

Fidget loves Smart Dog! The professionals at Smart Dog are amazing and really make you feel that your dog is taken care of. It really helps to know that while I’m at work that Fidget is in a positive environment. I love the amount of photos they take of the dogs!

I have been taking my pup here for a few months now and they do such a good job! My girl is well taken care of and comes home pooped every time. Highly recommend :)

The owner, Angela, is such an amazing person. Smart Dog went above and beyond while caring for my sweet girl.

Took my puppy for training classes and we loved it. Very great environment. Loved the trainer, Laura. Really great job with her knowledge and enthusiasm in each class. Will definitely look forward to other classes from Smart Dog.

Our two dogs love going to daycare and boarding at Smart Dog. We previously used another facility that I had to literally drag them into. But now that I've found Smart Dog, as soon as they see me packing their bag and grabbing their leashes, they can't wait to jump in the car to go see their friends. The staff responds quickly to requests and I love the convenience of their online reservation and billing system. Very thankful we found them!

Very clean facility. Everyone is super nice and my dogs love it. Have used several in the past and this is by far the best.

We love Smart Dog and have used them for years. It is literally our dogs favorite place to go! It is almost impossible getting him to leave. We have used their boarding and chauffeur services and both were great! I like that they gave me a tour before Tator’s first day there.

Our boys had a great time at Smart Dog Dallas. They came home exhausted. I called in the middle of the day to check on them and was happy the hear they were doing good. I love the look of the building and the extra gates to keep the dogs safe. The staff is super friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving our babies. I am a Veterinary Technician and super picky where our boys go. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMART DOG DALLAS!!

I was very pleased with the service provided. They were kind with my puppy when she got anxious and were very prompt at reaching out and notifying me about the situation. They took all necessary measures to ensure my dog's safety.

The whole team at Smart Dog is friendly and fabulous. My dog is always happy to go. I loved the transparency they provide when you visit for the first time. Most places don't want you to see what's behind the door. They are super responsive when you contact them, from the front desk to the owner. I couldn't be happier and more comfortable with their care of my Hudson.

Smart Dog is the best place in Dallas! My two dogs have completely different personalities and the Smart Dog team knows how to make them both feel comfortable. They take also are super accommodating with medical needs as one of my dogs needs multiple eye drops several times a day. Couldn’t recommend more!!

The staff are very engaged. We sent out pup for a doggy daycare session to check things out and ended up getting update pictures throughout the day. We will be back.

We take our monsters at least twice a week. They have so much fun and are exhausted by the time we get home. They also have doggy chauffeur if you get too busy.

We love Smart Dog Dallas! The ladies that work there are always so sweet and very helpful when it comes to our nervous pup. We've been going to Smart Dog for over 6 months and have zero complaints. Now our pup loves jumping out of the car to go and play with his little friends.

Tucked is always so excited to go to Smart Dog and play with other pups! Always leaves happy and ready to be back! The owner is super sweet and was able to give me personalized updates while my dog was in boarding during the snowstorm. The staff is super friendly and timely with pick up and drop offs!

My pup loves this place, always comes back super tired and happy. She's boarded here once as well. Wish they had camera's to watch the dogs play, but my tired, smiling dog is enough confirmation of her good day.

Smart Dog Dallas has been so patient with me. I brought Indigo the first day and didn’t have an appointment (this is mandatory). They were gonna allow me to come because it may have been their mistake. After reviewing my pups shot records we realize one shot was missing. Indigo wasn’t allowed to stay and that made me feel confident that all the pups were in good standing. We mad another appointment and I missed this one. Smart dog allowed me to come one more time the next week and everything thing went well! Whenever you call and they can’t answer, they always call you back. Indigo is now officially A Smart Dog of Dallas. Thank you guys so much!

Smart Dog Dallas is an amazing location for your doggy daycare needs. They treat your dogs with love and they have tons of patience. My rescue loves going to daycare and looks forward to being dropped off. The facility is clean and has ample room for the dogs to play and roam.

We have been boarding and using Smart Dog for daycare for a couple of years and we have always had a great experience. Our dog always gets a very personal care!
