I live in San Antonio. I visit Hollywood Feed everytime I go to Dallas.

Just left the store for the 1st time and absolutely loved the staff. The environment was full of love for animals definitely more than a pet store these people have hearts. Would recommend for any pet owners very informative place! My girl Blanca got a cool vest today 2????????????

Their staff knows a ton about pet food, nutrition and treats -- and they're super friendly, like they really actually like animals. Plus it's a pet-friendly place so I can bring my babies with me, and they are totally doted on and treated when i do.

Wanted to establish an account for my elderly parents to get litter delivered to their house in the neighborhood. Their cats are not well trained and they could benefit from specialized litter. My dad is in hospital right now so delivery would be ideal. Was told I had to do it online. Then asked if I could use a cart and I was told they are all in use and the salesperson wheeled off the cart that was parked next to me. As I was hauling 70 lbs of litter to the counter I was told my the other staff person that I should have asked for a cart. He did help me out to the car. I really wanted to help out a more local place since I move this neighborhood but Chewys here we come.

Shopped here since it opened in Lakewood. Recently came in with our bulldog (who wasn’t cheap) and made a decent sized purchase for some odds & ends including a new harness. Our puppy outgrew his current one. Rudy helped us and we had a wonderful shopping experience. Turns out the harness we purchased didn’t fit. Paid contactless chip reader and had the receipt I was given at the time of purchase. Go to return the harness and I’m made to feel like I stole something ? Completely embarrassed in a store for no reason. Immediately leave to check my credit card statement and yeah, I was right the entire time. Nice job from the manager on duty. Will NEVER shop here again. Lakewood isn’t what it used to be.

As always, awesome customer service and they take the time it make it a personal experience.

Hollywood Feed on Abrams in Dallas. My favorite go to dog place. They are informative and helpful and if I have/need something for one of my older dogs they have always been there with the best answers or will find out and let me know. ***** 5 STARS*****

Clean, well lit store with super helpful staff. I walked in, told them what I need, they had it at the register waiting for me, and even carried it out for me. I also signed up for their rewards program and they have great offers!

Incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. My 11 yr old dog kept losing weight. Vet said everything was fine. The staff helped me figure out a new diet regimen and my little buddy has finally started gaining weight after 2 yrs of trying everything I could think of

Great Selection of pet food and knowledgeable staff. My fur babies loved to visit precovid. We don’t get out much due to my immunodeficiency. so delivery of their groceries and treats has replaced our weekly trips. My fur babies live for the day a delivery has made to the house. Thank you Hollywood Feed!

This is by far the best pet store that you can go to. All of their employees are incredibly friendly and they are all very knowledgeable. These are not just high school kids like you find at other pet stores but people that know dogs and cats as well as the products that they sell. What I also like is that they will never just recommend the most expensive but instead what they feel would be best for your given situation. Highly recommend them as we do 90% of our shopping here for our dog.
