Dr Young and her staff are phenomenonal. Punctual, and they know exactly what they're doing. I highly recommend them.

I adopted a dog recently and he is very skiddish and nervous because he was not exposed to very much in his previous home. The entire staff at Rutherford veterinary Hospital went out of their way to make him feel as comfortable and secure as possible. The service was absolutely amazing from the tech that assisted us when we first walked in to the time that we left. The Doctor was knowledgeable, great with my dog, and took time to answer all of my million and one questions. They even called the next day to check on Major and sent a welcome card in the mail. FANTASTIC experience, I was so nervous he would have a negative experience for his first vet trip, but it was literally a cake walk thanks to the staff and doctor here! Can’t recommend them enough. Major loved his adaptil bandana and didn’t want to take it off when we got home :)

They are the best. I have been going there for almost 10 years and they have the best doctors and technicians. Really the entire staff is great. My cats get the best treatment possible and it is stress free. I highly recommend Rutherford.

Customer service is very important and a big part of why we chose to shop at this location. Great store, great staff and solid leadership.

I love Rutherford Hospital..they have a passion for animals. Very caring staff..the doctors themselves call to check on my pets. They are the best! I'll never take my animals to any other place.

I always trusted Rutherford, that's why I came back with my granddaughter to introduce her miniature Poodle puppy to get her Poodle, a chip & check out. Poodle name: * Baby Daddy * ( One's had a miniature Chow-Chow a girl. Her lifetime was said by some other people who had Chow dog: was 5 years! Well, we got Coco at 5 week olds, from someone; but started taking Coco to Rutherford back in 199 ; long story short, she had 3-littles on her on know problems; all puppy's lived; we Gave away. She past away in 2002. We enjoyed having her around our family so much; she was blessed for my grandparents; for 9 years, she watched after. Like setting on the pouch in the Spring & Summer Time's with them, watching TY, keeping them complete. When my grandfather pasted in 2000" my grandparent's, married 67 years, my grandmother was put way & Coco was never the same after that; she missed the two together, then, none. Just my husband & I. But thanks too Rutherford Veterinary Hospital we had a Wonderful, Beautiful, Lovable, Peace, Blessed. 11 years with 'Coco" A Miniature Chow Chow!) {V. Allen}

I brought my kitten there and they came out to the car right away. They were so professional and kind I love this place.

This was my pet's first visit here and he did really well. The staff was attentive and cared about his health. The customer service was great too. I will be a repeat customer. ❤????????

Amazing staff! Dr. Young goes above and beyond to ensure your pet goes home healthy and happy. Reasonable prices and lots of available products on site. Could not be happier with what they offer.

Very good experience. Low office fee, open on Sundays. Great Doctor, techs, and staff. Everyone was really nice. Noonie says thanks again! *1 year later- still the best bet I have ever found!!

I have tried my best to like this place. The front desk staff - Liz, Alicia and Maria are top notch. Unfortunately, the smiling faces and great service stops after that. The doctors, specifically Dr. Young, has the worst bedside manner. While my dog suffered in pain, I had to keep following up with her and stressing the need for alternate pain management plans. At one point during mid discussion she decided to slam the phone on me. Who does that? Oh yeah, someone with no restraint or any customer service skills. I decided at that point to never have her manage my pets healthcare. I did however continue to take my dogs for daycare and baths. That however will be coming to an end as well. Today I found out that contrary to typical doggy daycare — drop off in the morning and they play all day — here they do things very different without telling the pet owner. My dog has been with them for 7 hours and has only had a total of 80 minutes of play. The rest of the time he has been locked up in a kennel! That is not acceptable. It gets even better! When speaking with Marie (hospital manager) she defended their approach and often times came across as condescending and lacking any sort of customer service. She also felt the need to tell me I was the only person to ever voice these concerns. It’s probably only because other clients have no clue that when they pay for daycare, their dog is actually spending the majority of the day in a crate/kennel. Do yourself a favor and find a different place for your pet’s health and daycare needs. This place is not worth the frustration or cost.

Great Vet. I love it here. They take great care of my dogs. I have one very old dog and they explained my dogs issues very well so that it's easy to understand and told me plans on how to beat treat her. They are also taking great measures to ensure social distancing like having us wait in our car and they come to retrieve our dog and then also ask us questions and explain things to us over the phone.

Been coming to Rutherford for 3 years now with my two dogs and absolutely love Dr. Young. She has been the most considerate, loving, and kind vet that we have ever experienced. She has spent so much time helping us to figure out the right medicine for one of our very anxious dogs, when many other vets didn't take us seriously. Now our dog is so happy and has a new lease on life. The fees have all been very reasonable as well when compared to stories from family and friends who pay twice as much just for the standard office visit at other vets. The level of service and care is outstanding at Rutherford.

No words can express the gratitude I feel for Rutherford. They were so kind and helped a very painful decision for my sweet Bella to cross over the bridge. 151/2 wonderful years and although it was so hard their compassion made it easier for us both. I will always ensure my furbabies in their care.

I found Rutherford on a Sunday morning when my regular vet was closed. I've never been there before, but they were willing and able to get my girl in. (I was looking for a new vet anyways) The staff was super sweet and never made me feel like I was bothering them when I called to check on her. The doctor took time out of her busy schedule to call me today to make sure my dog was ok and gave me some suggestions about her aftercare. I am now going to be changing my veterinary care over to them. I wish I had found them months ago! 5 stars is not enough!

I LOVE Rutherford Veterinary Hospital! I am a rescue and have used a ton of vets. Dr. Rowan and staff provide excellent care and service. Follow through is awesome and communication is the best!!! I drive almost 2 hours for care for a very special girl and will definitely continue with the rest of my pack!!!! ????????????
