I love Ruffit at Preston Forest! Wesley is an awesome groomer! My dog Rosie always looks awesome after her appointment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too!! Thanks for taking care of my baby Rosie!!

We (Ethel and Ringo, 2 brother and sister beagles) are very happy seeing Wesley at Ruffit where he gives us a bath and does all the other things like clip our nails, shave us where we have too much hair, squeeze the butt thing and cleans our ears. We like him a lot and Mom thinks we are beautiful and smell great when we come home. Go there, you will be happy!

We recently boarded our dogs for the holiday break (12 days) and we had a fantastic experience with the facilities and staff. I booked months in advance but they were extremely accommodating when we had to extend their stay by one day. We also had one pet who needed extra love and medication while they were there but the staff was very assertive and contacted us with any questions and concerns that came up. We’ve boarded our dogs at a few other places (shorter timeframe) and one of our pets usually ended up with sores or a bacterial infection. I would highly recommend Ruffit for long (or short) boarding stays!

My sweet Bichon, Lexi, loves her visits to get bathed and groomed with Jasmine. Lexi has been with Jasmine for many years. She gets to go to Jasmine every other week. Lexi literally jumps out of my arms to go to her. When I pick Lexi up, she looks so pretty and is always happy.

Our Mango has been a faithful client of Ruffit- Preston Forest since 6 month old. Day play: From entrance to exit, Mango is treated like a queen. Mango is usually ready to leap out of my arms when she sees the staff. Kia is a phenomenal manager and Stephanie is always lavished with endless Mango kisses. Grooming: We call Jasmine the dog whisperer. Every time we walk into her room there is positive energy and cooperation between her and her dog client. Mango won’t see anyone else except for Jasmine.

Our groomer, Jasmine, has done a wonderful job of groom our 4 standard poodles. Cuts are always just beautiful, and Jasmine is so professional and very nice to work with. Four paws up!

The groomers at Ruffit are excellent and reliable. They work hard to be efficient and minimize the time our dog is there. Our Bailey always looks amazing - we could not be more pleased!

Drop off is super easy and masks are required for everyone’s well being. You’ll receive an appointment confirmation text and get a call to let you know when your pups ready to be picked up. Wesley has been my Barley’s groomer for over a year. I’ve never had a need to look elsewhere, I trust that my fur baby is in good hands. I’m pup is always excited to go to the groomers, so that’s a great sign to me. It’s also super convenient for me since Ruff-It is connected to our vet in the same plaza. It just makes my life so much easier. P.s. they also have a doggie day play area & boarding!

We brought our dog Roscoe in for a bath. He gave them a little trouble :D but this amazing team worked with him and got it done! He smelled so good, too! And the front desk and Jasmine were all very friendly.

We love Wesley and all the staff at Ruffit. My doodle has gone to him for a year and we have received consistently great grooms with lots of care! Ralphie had some anxiety and he worked through it with us! Highly recommend. Ralphie loves Wesley!!

It's stressful to leave your new puppy with people you don't know. Especially for grooming, which already has the potential to be scary. After much research and consideration, I decided to give Ruffit Preston/Forest a shot for my poodle's first groom—and I'm happy to report that I have no reason to go anywhere else. Everyone who works there is so friendly, and my puppy always returns to me as his happy, usual self. I have no doubt that he's being lovingly cared for while he's there. That in and of itself is a huge win, but the quality of the groom is the icing on the cake. Brandon does a fantastic job and I feel the service is a great value. They also seem to work pretty efficiently compared to other places I've looked into. Twice I've dropped him around 8 a.m. and he's been ready by lunch time.

This place is amazing and they treat your fur babies just like you would. Kelly and her team are great. They have exceptional customer service and really will do whatever it takes for your fur baby to be happy and healthy. Josephine loves coming here and I went to several places so I know its the best in the area. Thanks Ruffit Crew for all you do!

We have been to many CityVet locations for a good grooming, but never to a separate Ruffit. This is definitely my new go to! This location was clean, friendly, and did such a great job with Duke! Duke is generally a nervous dog and doesn’t trust easily. The kind woman at the front desk spent a few minutes petting him and earning his trust before I left. When I picked him up, he was still nervous but so happy. The haircut looks so good! His nails are trimmed, he smells amazing (whatever shampoo/conditioner they used, I want!). They even sent him home wearing the cutest bandana! I highly recommend this Ruffit location and can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you!!

We have been clients at Ruffit for the past 3 months and I could not believe the difference in the care treatment and cleanliness. There are only happy people working there. They take the time to welcome our pets and relieve any anxiety they may have. It is very apparent that they have a fun experience as they are not ready to leave. Heather is super and is always present as the head cheerleader.

Great staff, clean and my fur baby aways comes home tired and wiped down so she doesn't smell like dayplay.

Ruff it is the best! We’ve taken our 80lb English setter twice. They greeted us immediately upon entering and took Lucky off quickly so I didn’t have to be exposed to other people. compared to other places, they are super clean (not stinky) my dog smells amazing. And they are reasonably priced too! We got a haircut, bath, ears cleaned, nails trimmed and teeth brushed. For $70!! We’ll be returning for sure!!
