DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE. This is a hard review to write, as we have been loyal customers to this business (and have loved their boarding services) for many years and many stays. HOWEVER, after I picked up my dog from her last boarding stay from 12/27/2021-12/31/2021, she came back with bruising to her neck and a large hematoma (as diagnosed by her veterinarian). When I called the business to let them know, the owner offered a refund, which I did not take because I wanted to know exactly what happened rather than him giving me a refund and sweeping it under the rug. He said he would review the video footage of the 4 days she was there and get back to me...he called back within a few hours to let me know the footage didn't show anything....which lets me know he didn't actually review it, because how does one watch 4 days of video that quickly? I called again and again, and none of the staff have said they saw anything happen or know anything about an incident (either from another staff member or dog). Either my dog was injured by a staff member themselves or by another dog during the daycare playtime and a staff member didn't see it OR didn't report it, all of which are unacceptable. The owner did not seem to care about the well being of my dog which was a slap in the face as a loyal customer. We will not be using their services again, and I would encourage others not to use them either as the quality of their care has gone downhill.

Go here to give your stinky pet a bath when you can't do it at home. It's worth the money

I've never been here, yet Google in all of their assuming wisdom believes that I have just because I googled them. I have no rating to give on them however I do have one for google and it isn't nice.

Miranda was SO sweet to take in a last minute appointment. The front desk was super nice & quick! Lovely atmosphere!! ????????

Miranda Farrish, best Groomer EVER!

Love this place! My little Zoe can be nervous, especially during baths and nail trims, but the folks at Petz Mania really help her feel safe. She has gotten so comfortable with them I can't imagine going anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough!

Miranda is amazing. She does a fantastic job and clearly cares about her work and your pups! For sure book with her if you can!

I went in a few weeks ago to get my dog a bath and ended up buying a daycare package. After just one day of daycare I could tell that my dog LOVES it so much, he is so happy to jump out of the car in the mornings and go play with his friends. I just booked a grooming appointment there as well to get him fresh before Thanksgiving, can't wait to show off his new haircut. 10 out of 10! Would definitely recommend to my friends.

I took my 5 month old Cocker Spaniel in for a Haircut/ Bath and later daycare. When he was picked up he looks so cute, they did an amazing job! Throughout the day I was trying to check the cameras and see how he was doing, the camera was not working for me and Ashley went above and beyond and facetimed me so I can check up on him. He was not a fan of the daycare, at no fault of their own he just likes to be left alone, so he was separated from the rest, overall had a great experience with them, will definitely come back for a groom.

I liked the groomer, she was friendly and nice. I told her how I wanted my furbaby groomed and she didn't follow my complete instructions. This place charged me $$$ instead of $$. I expected better quality than what I received for the money!

We love to take our dog here. Especially having her use the grooming service and exit bath.

I use Petz for my boarding and grooming of my 7lb JRT. I have never had any issues with either of those.

Loved the huge bath area for the diy bath. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

I took in my older shih-tzu to get groomed. Their groomer, Miranda, did an amazing job with him. Our dog has gotten a little meaner with age and she was able to work with him and get him looking great. I have also seen her work with other dogs and she is fantastic. I highly recommended her.

Quick, easy and has everything you need to wash your dog at a reasonable price.

If your dog gets hurt here they will lie to your face about it. My dog and another dog got into an altercation and TWO employees lied about what happened then finally admitted they actually didn’t know what Happened because no one was in the room watching all the dogs. They were supposed to investigate and have the manager call back and speak with us but of course that never happened. Do NOT take your dogs here!

Friendly staff that did a great job on my dog. They did what they said they would do and keep me informed

My sweet Athena has a blast! I love that the children and I can check in on her with their Webcam service when she is there. Also the grooming is spot on. She comes out smelling sweet and so shiny!

I used to be obsessed with Petzmania until they recently hired a new Groomer, I believe her name is Marianne. She has ZERO interpersonal skills, very rude, and egotistical. She does not care about the customer or the pets. I recently complained to the owner and found she shaved my poodles down completely when I went to pick them. I would not take a pet rat to Petzmania as long a this woman is here. I have heard several other customers complain about her. She is the only groomer. Myself and three other customers are headed back to Pappys simply because of this woman. Such a shame too, the owner of this place, Ben....I could not say enough good things! The facilities are beautiful and until Marianne recently changed the pricing (because she said her experience warrants higher prices)...this was the best deal, service and facilty in town for all of your pet needs. Since Josh (previous groomer) moved back to Austin, this gem has turned to dust. Please, if you love it, don't even bring your pet hamster here as long as the current groomer is there.

Huge self-service bathing area with really nice tubs and dryers. The tubs are high enough that you don't hurt your back bathing your pups and have low enough steps so that dogs have no trouble getting in and out themselves, which I REALLY appreciate since I have a bad back. Also has huge outside daycare areas and indoor areas for the smaller/older dogs. 10/10

Miranda is a fantastic groomer! My puppy Simba has never looked so good.

Cute! Spot....very convenient for me. PRICE is Awesomely fair, compare to most places (charging for every little thing) They have cameras to watch ur pup interact???? Kennel stay is great too! This is my GO TO SPOT .....my pup SLEEPS the whole way home from pick up LOL
