RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL I ordered online and paid for dogfood. Received email confirmation and receipt. On line and on the door, on the email confirmation the hours were 7-7. I came to the door at 6:30 PM. I was greated at the door with a woman walking through the door, shutting it in my face and said "We had to close early". I said "I'm here to pick up a prepaid order". She said I can't give you your 'prepaid order".

I went there for the fish. They have a great selection and good prices. They also have the accessories for the fish aquarium.

I was there to get a personalized tag. There were no instructions on the machine, finally after multiple requests for assistance, the machine needed to be rebooted, which took 5 minutes. Why isn't the machine placed in view of the cashier's so they will know if something is wrong?

Groomers here are the best

The people that work there were very knowledgeable about what I needed to buy for these two little kittens that my husband found that were only two days old and we were able to save their lives and have them still to this day three years later thanks guys keep up the good work

HUGE WARNING! Do not bring your animals here if nothing more than they can completely treat your pet negligently and you still have to pay them. Their “plans” are solely based on a term limit (one year) and once you enter into one, no matter the care your animal receives, whether they help your pet or not, you cannot cancel or file a complaint that matters. All they care about is the amount you owe them every month for a year. You will try and switch your pet’s care to an actual vet once you’ve realized this and it will not matter as they will still collect your monthly fee until your contract ends. This was also confirmed by their customer service representatives. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. No matter the false convenience it may give you.

Closest to my home and usually has everything I need as I like to ship to store which makes it convenient.

Everyone at the grooming salon was great!! This was my first time taking my cats and the ladies there were amazing!! They were so patient and it was all around a great experience.

Always very clean and the people are quite knowledgable. Usually there is some type of adoption program going on since I have been going (7 years). They once had a ferret adoption group up front. Pretty cool!!

I have been a pet snart customer for over 20 years in several different cities however, this is the last time we will use this location.. Groomers are Rude, Unprofessional, and to be in the business of animals they have not a clue about working with different breeds. Inexperienced and only willing to do the bare minimum...should hang a sign that says lap dogs only.....

Jenni at the grooming salon is seriously the best, my dog has anxiety when being groomed but she takes her time and get the job done! I seriously recommend booking with her!

PetSmart disappoints again with lack of professionalism and consideration of customers time. I just took one hour out of my afternoon for my dog's grooming appointment. Upon arrival I was told my groomer was out and I had been notified. No voicemail I email left to indicate this. Very frustrating.

Lack of care. Appointment with Riley B. No type of help for a mix up with our appointment. We were five minutes outside of the grace period for a simple bath and they wouldn’t see my dog. Never coming back. Rude.

This place has saved my first born as they say she was almost lost but the Banfield staff kept her going and the grooming keeps her and my puppy neat and just love the staff all the way around

I normally love all PetSmarts but the cashier was extremely rude to me when I asked it about the adopted cats I will not be going back to the store

Bought stuff for a new dog. They had it all. Crate, cushion, food, leash, collar, treats.

Staff was very helpful even when we had a little accident.

This area is centrally located, with plenty of other great stores, this particular location, You’ll find the Employees are very friendly, and helpful not to mention Your wait time, is literally a few minutes. I highly recommend, If you’re in the area stop by.
