The staff here is very attentive and welcoming.

This is my neighborhood Petco every time I come here the staff is great at helping us out and at answering questions we might have concerning our pet babies .it's always clean and welcoming that's why we love coming back .and the Vet clinic is pretty much affordable.

Don't always have my pet food of choice on the shelf but overall, great service

We took our cat to the vet clinic for her rabies shot and the staff was amazing. I was so afraid she would bolt she's very scared of everyone but us, and is an adept escape artist. We were in and out without incident one. I was more afraid for the vet techs than my cat as she scratches when she tries to get away. But they were wonderful with her and she wasn't traumatized at all. Highly recommend!

Brought my Angel here for a groom and look at the picture of her cut the Beltline and Monford location.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DOGS. They don't care about them. Or you for that matter. I wish I could give 0 stars. My 11 year old, 70 pound Australian Shepard was being groomed at their grooming salon. I wasn't even home yet after dropping him off, and they called me saying an accident had happened. My dog fell off the grooming table due to their negligence. While he fell, he caught his paw on something and cracked a nail. They were unable to fix the nail without "putting him under anesthesia." Given his age that- is not an option. They wouldn't cut, file or do anything to help, and I was sent home basically being told to be careful it doesn't snag and break. The nail indeed did snag, causing him to bleed profusely. I rushed him to the emergency vet at 2 am, him, myself and my car being covered in blood. The emergency vet was able to cut the nail with no anesthetic like Vetco claimed was essential for them to do. I understand while working with pets they are unpredictable and mistakes happen. I was very calm and understanding during this whole process. I even apologized frequently. However the store manager has been completely useless and difficult to work with. I asked for any type of compensation- maybe a free groom, or a merchandise gift card for the inconvenience of me having to "baby proof" my home, keep my dog in a cone, the pain he had to go through, having to give him 2 medications 2 times a day for a month, paying out of pocket for the emergency pet visit at 2:00 am on a work night for them to do what their vets should have done. literally anything. Anything!!! .... Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I just cannot understand why they are so happy to say no after all I have had to go through with my dog because of THEIR mistake. Don't trust these people with your dogs. They couldn't care less.

The have a wide range of selections at decent prices. The staff is even curtious and helpful.

Be ready to spend money but it has so much variety. I mean my wallet was hurting but so many products and animals available.

McDonald's is great for what it is. Great iced tea, breakfast is good and the prices are so inexpensive. The best French fries ever if you like them crunchy and slender. Best of all, it's consistent whether you're in Dallas or Moscow.

We really enjoyed our visit today. Shout out to Miranda!!! We have been getting fish for years but she enlightened for the first time. She inquired as to what fish tank size we had and how long has it been running. Well, we were like were gonna go home and fix it and put the fish in it. She explained it would be better to get the tank prepared first or the fish will just die. Wow, we have done it this way for years. My 12 yr old was not happy she didnt get fish today. I think the anticipation of getting their tank prepared for them, is exciting for her. Her last few tanks of fish died so she is excited to get them and keep them. Check out the blue lobster we observed on the way out. We ll come back to share images of the fish she got!!!

Lovely, clean, organized, beautiful store. Staff still greats you at the door which is a dying art. I had a little trouble finding the specific stuff I was looking for however. The cat litter and food seems all mixed up with no real rhyme or reason. But fortunately it is all in the brightly labeled cat section. I would definitely recommend this store. It looks like the offer a number of other services like obedience school and grooming as well.
