Friendly staff who actually answered the phone to confirm they had the dog food I needed. Not a cramped store so bring your controlled pet ????

I was super impressed with the knowledgeable staff & there great customer service. The prices are lower than other big corporate petsupply stores. I went in just look around and ended up adopting a new critter. The now have a loyal customer that will only be doing business with them. So happy to have found this place. ☺

Staff has changed recently. Love their selection and location. Usually grab a smoothie next door after i grab my dogs chow chow.

Great store with wide variety of items for almost all our pets. (Dogs, cats, and reptiles) Workers seem pretty well educated on the items as well. Great place!

Noticed a bunch of employees with ringworm and promptly left the store, it probably came from one of the animals. Ringworm is highly contagious to animals and humans…. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

This place has improved over the past year since first coming to visit. My dog loves coming in as he gets a bit of attention and treats, but also they've upped their game on selection of dog food and supplies while being competitive with the other local stores in price. The $5 cash back they give after spending so much is also nice. This is now my go-to pet store.

Helpful staff. Animals in their care seem well taken care of. Not very forthcoming about where their animals are obtained, and under what circumstances. Recommend against buying animals--instead adopt a pet from a reputable organization. Animals don't deserve to be bought and sold for profit like slaves. Otherwise, no complaints.

My son got me Rufus for mother's day. He said y'all gave him to him for free. I'm not sure if y'all said he was sick or that no one wanted to buy him. Which is sad cuz he's a ball of joy.and he hasn't shown any signs of being sick. He loves to run around and he loves loves to cuddle. I love him he has a face only a mother could love lol .Thank you for this wonderful gift. We will come to visit real soon... Thank you Pet Supermarket... Love the Estala family P.S. Terrible store employees hate their job so much they close half a hour or more early like pathetic don't work here if you are that terrible at having responsibilities I highly recommend going anywhere else

Have been going to this store out of convenience and for their VIP rewards. I was told if I purchased 2 35 lb bags in December that my next one was free. They informed me the program was discontinuing but the manager would Honor it when I needed the next one. Of course that manager no longer works there and the new one wouldn't even off me a discount. Good luck keeping your store. I came home and signed up with Chewy for delivery at a lower price. I typically support local business but not when they can't support me.

Not good. Live over an hour away, but stopped in because we happened to be traveling that way today. Bought cat food that was "buy 2 get 1 free." However, when I got home and looked at the reciept, we were charged full price, nothing off.

Solid selection of toys to select from. My little rescue pup is very clever and bores quickly of toys with a few moments. He's been going strong all afternoon playing with his 3 new ones that I've only seen at Pet Supermarket... thanks!

I went here to buy my parakeets, but they kept hurting each other and I kept coming back and forth until I got a refund, after a while I came with my wife to buy a bunny until we were denied twice from buying it after saying that we have everything for it because of me coming to return the crazy parakeets a while back. I was forced to have my brother-in law buy it for me and found out that you guys called my wife and I 'sketchy" never coming back here, looks like you guys lost a customer.
