This was the first time we'd (nervously) boarded our pup and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! Prices were fair and by the second day, staff members that I had never met, knew our dog by name on first sight. It was also great to see him on cameras during play time. I would recommend this place highly!

The manager is beyond rude, they are so disorganized and disrespectful. We normally take our pup to Lonestar dog ranch and will be taking him there from now on. Makes me so nervous leaving him there for 3 days, their cameras don’t even work to watch your fur baby.

My last pups were handicapped, so I was always so anxious about leaving them. It took me a while to find a place I felt comfortable. Pet Resort was the place. They were the first I found that were staffed 24 hrs. That relieved much of my anxiety. Our new kids are both healthy albeit quirky. I have very little to no anxiety with boarding them or using daycare. Love Merideth, Taylor and each and every one working there. My instinct tells me that they all love their jobs and animals.

Julie my 13 yr old Weim loves it here. Staff are awesome. I feel comfortable leaving my loved one with them cause I know she is in good hands!!!!

We absolutely love Dallas Pet Resort. Their staff are super friendly and professional. The business accommodates my unusual work hours. Most importantly, our pup always has a ton of fun. Strongly recommend!

It's the best boarding place in Dallas!

I answered the Google review questions, and they asked if there is wheelchair accessible parking. I did select yes however, every morning this dude parks in the wheelchair unloading spot... literally every morning... one morning a man with a cane had to wait for him to move before he could use the ramp... the dude using the wheelchair accessible ramp does not have handicap parking tag. ???? when the old man said something to him, his reply was the finger.. took a pick of that day as well and put it in this feed. Hopefully the owner or management will do something about this, considering I have seen him make it difficult for the handicap on more than one occasion

These people are absolutely amazing with your dogs. And the price is unbeatable as far as I've seen. They offer a free app that allows you to watch group activities through your phone.

The Pet Resort is, without a doubt, the best place to bring your dog in DFW. We have been going to the Pet Resort for 7 years and the staff has always been friendly and truly care about your dog, no matter what. They make sure not only your dog is safe, but that the other dogs and people are too. They really pay attention, which is different from any place I’ve ever taken my dog. I also must say one of their greatest assets is Taylor. She has been at the Pet Resort for many years and is an amazing caretaker. It’s obvious she loves each dog like her own and always had the dogs best interest in mind. The Pet Resort is the place to trust when it comes to your fur family members!

You guys make everything easy. From the scheduling, check in/out process, email notifications as things change, etc. All I know is my dog is always excited to be dropped off and picked up from Pet Resort Dallas and is always happy. That’s really the main thing I care about. Thank You, Mark

Great experience at Pet Resort Dallas. The facility is clean and the employees are friendly. My dog enjoys going there!

The staff is very friendly and often recognizes me by name despite me only staying maybe 1x per month. This friendliness makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.

So, we have only taken our pups once for dog care and a bath when family was coming. We LOVED it. And so did the dogs. Can't wait to get Oakley scheduled for weekly daycare. And both guys for monthly spa days.

Pet Resort Dallas on Mockingbird is the absolute best! They genuinely care about the dogs and the owners, they maintain communication and updates if anything warrants an update (ie: phones up or down, etc), to keeping the webcams working so we can watch our dog(s) play and interact with other dogs and people... Absolute best staff and managers ! Highly recommended!

Pet Resort Dallas has always done a wonderful job taking care of my dog. They are professional and courteous, and truly make your pets their first priority. I travel often, and they have no problem taking my check in calls and often they send me unsolicited text messages with cute photos of my pup. Little things like that go a very long way. I appreciate Pet Resort Dallas, and I give them the highest recommendation.

The staff is very friendly and genuinely love your pet(s). The facility is extremely clean and tidy and I enjoy watching Parker play with his buddies on the multiple cams. Woof! :)

1st time that I brought my pup here, and loved it. Staff are very very nice, & the place it's super clean. They also have a camera app so that you can watch your pup the whole time they are there, & they also do grooming. ❤❤❤IT!

I am so pleased with my daycare and boarding experiences at Pet Resort Dallas. I want to recommend them to everyone. I travel quite a bit, so my little beagle is a regular guest. I know she's in great hands, and gets incredible care. If any emergency should arise, they have access to an emergency veterinarian. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My girl always comes home freshly groomed with a big smile on her face!

My rescue dog loves to go to "camp" and enjoys her playtime with the other big dogs. The staff is super friendly and engage with both the customers and the dogs. I highly recommend Pet Resort Dallas!

I’ve been taking my dog Luna here for awhile and the staff is amazing! They are so easy to work with and make reservations with. The facility is very nice and the rooms for the dogs are a great size and not too small. They take care of your pets as if they were their own and keep you updated with pictures throughout the dogs stay. You also can watch your dog on their app and cameras! I love how they also provide on sight vaccinations and veterinary care in case your dog needs it! I’ve never had a bad experience here and my dog, Luna loves going!

We used Pet Resort Dallas for the first time this past weekend and we will definitely be back. On short notice, we got our dog a reservation and they even had the vet come in and get her shots up to date over night. Such great staff...all so very friendly. Loved being able to use webcam. An A+!

This place takes such good care of my pup! It's like he gets a little vacation himself when he's there. I love that I'm able to see him play on camera, and how clean everything is there. I've been taking my dog here for years and have never had any problems!

Your staff has been amazing! Not only are you super flexible with pick up and drop off times, but everyone in your facility seems to genuinely care about the animals they’re in charge of. I have a 200 pound English Mastiff Who has not been appropriately socialized. He is very big, anxious, and scared of everything. This makes him a very scary dog if you don’t understand him. Most borders have told us at this point that they do not have the resources to handle him. Your staff has been amazing and has gone out of their way to make sure that he is comfortable and safe. They took him on challenges and all with passion and loving care. I can’t thank you enough for your patience and understanding and for giving this dog family hope for finally being able to take a vacation!

Hands down the best place to take your beloved canine. They are very attentive and caring. It's the only place we will leave our wire fox terrier Truman. They know our dog and keep excellent records in their system.

Taylor is one of the managers there and she made me and my husband very confident our baby was in good hands. He was very well cared for and when we needed to see him on camera she was there to assist with it. Thank you Pet Resort of Dallas definitely will be using you all again.

Communications from the staff about my puppy's health, comfort, and behavior were timely and comprehensive! Watching on the camera, I was impressed by the kind but firm way the staff managed the dogs at play, keeping them safe and comfortable.
