Took my dog Callie in for boarding for this first time last year while I went out of town for a family vacation. I was nervous at first because I have never left her with anyone but she loved it! We have been back several times and I can honestly say I do not worry at all when I am away. Everytime we pull up she runs through the door and she has to tell everyone goodbye when we leave. This last stay was over the Christmas and New Years holiday and I received the BEST a pictures of my girl. Thank you for always making sure she has a great time. We will be back!

Every time my daughter Roxi goes to Paw Lofts she has a great time playing. The staff is always very professional. Paw Lofts is the only place that I trust Roxi to go.

Paw Lofts has taken great care of our pup Rocco on both short and long trips putting us at ease to be away. He always trots in happy to see the place and returns to us happy, healthy and excited! The team at Paw Lofts is responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They take special care to take notes about diet and offer special services. They also take the extra mile for special occasions like birthdays and holidays. They take card worthy fun photos to top it off. Thanks to the whole team at Paw Lofts

They always take good care of my cat here. I always get updates from the staff about how he is doing. My cat always comes back home healthy and happy.

I love paw lofts! I have been bringing my little guy named Ace for a about 2 years and they always do such a great job on the grooming!

This is our go to boarding facility in Dallas. I cannot tell you how friendly the staff are, but especially the owner Mike. He literally saved my dog on Thanksgiving morning from a terrible housesitter who left my dog unattended for almost 24 hours. I called Mike from out of state sobbing, and he went on a holiday morning and picked up Keegan for me. He truly cares about the animals and about his customers. The facility itself is very clean and you can see dogs inside the playroom. I always feel comfortable leaving my pup in their hands! I am honestly so embarrassed that I have failed to leave this review prior to now. If you are looking for a safe place to leave your furbaby, this is it!

After Camp Bow Wow closed, I scrambled to find another camp/boarding. I received tons of recommendations from my friends for Paw Lofts. My dog loves it and always comes home tired and ready for bed. The staff is super nice and welcoming.

Sooo cool, we took lunch with us and along with other visitors enjoyed lunch on the truck ramp in the center of death valley. Just spectacular

We have been using Paw Lofts since we moved to Dallas 3 years ago. It’s so close to where I work in the Medical District and they always have amazing service. The process through the app is a little confusing but we always get everything ready through the phone. Our Husky has visited for Day care, grooming and boarding and we love it!

Paw Lofts is hands down the BEST! They take such great care of my baby & I know she’s always in good hands staying there. Seriously couldn’t imagine keeping my dog anywhere else! If I could give this place more than five stars, I would!

Very nice people, but the way this Grooming session went…. I did not expect my little baby to come back looking like a totally different puppy!!! When it comes to grooming I believe this should be something that people take serious which takes a ton of patience and also passion! My puppies hair was a bit tangled but not TOTALLY matted! I wish I would have chosen someone who would have taken the time to demat him within the areas that he did he have mats. You would think that it would not take 6 hours for a horrible job like this. All in all this is the WORST, especially based on my expectations! My poor baby ???????? I’m devastated! I dropped him off at 8:15am this morning and couldn’t pick him up until 2:00pm. Clearly they were overbooked and she didn’t have the time for my baby so now here he is looking a damn mess!

I LOVE Paw Lofts! I have been bringing my senior dog, Jaws, to Paw Lofts since they opened a few years ago. He is 16 years old now and requires a lot of patience and extra care, and Cynthia the groomer takes such wonderful care of him. We appreciate her so very much!

I am so happy we found Paw Lofts!!! We have a 1 year old intact Rhodesian Ridgeback with a LOT of energy! Paw Lofts is the only place I've found who will accept a non-neutered male. Our baby is greeted by name when we arrive for daycare and he is so excited to see everyone. We have also done training with Debbie and Jonathan and they are fantastic--I would highly recommend utilizing their expertise while your dog is at daycare. We have also boarded Remi with no issues at all. Their app makes it easy to arrange boarding accommodations. There was one occasion where Remi had a small injury and they let us know and cleaned everything up. These things are bound to happen when you have a lot of large dogs playing together and I am so impressed with their professionalism and the great care they take of our boy! Thank you, Paw Lofts!!!

Boarded my dog last minute because of evacuating for hurricane Ida. Everyone super friendly and they took my dog with no problem. Definitely will be using again when we travel to Texas in the future! ????

If I could give Paw Lofts 11 stars I would! My three babies love it at Paw Lofts. We use Paw Lofts for boarding when we have events or go out of town. The staff is always friendly on the phone and in person, and it is so clear that they actually care for the animals in their facility like they are their own. (You really can't say this about many boarding places in Dallas) My favorite things about Paw Lofts are the bedtime stories (worth the extra money), the attention to detail (they always follow directions), and the customer service. They are almost always flexible if we need to extend by a day, or pick up a day early. The other day we were having car troubles and called to extend. The staff called right back and easily accommodated our request. However, the owner heard our message a day late, and reached out to make sure that we were satisfied. The owner cares so much about his business, staff, and customers- it blew me away! You can really see how good ownership/leadership is reflected in the whole establishment. I will never take my dogs anywhere else in Dallas! Paw Lofts gets 5 paws up from our pack!

We are new customers with Paw Lofts. After a not so good experience at another daycare we took a chance trying out another facility... My dog loves daycare again! Staff is responsive and forthcoming with information. My dog did end up coming home with a cut one day (from probably playing too hard.) They had her checked out by a vet the next day. THANK YOU for giving this dog mom peace of mind while she’s at work.

Paw Lofts is an amazing place, including their training services. I adopted my dog from a local rescue when he was ~4 months, he was a nervous wreck, didn't want to walk on a leash and scared of everything. I signed him up for training with Debbie and she immediately identified his strengths and areas to work on. Throughout the months he went from became a loving, playful pup who followed commands! He is still a bit shy and anxious, but that's who he is. I followed her training instructions at home and he has blossomed into an amazing, sweet boy. Highly recommend!

Great place for my dog to hunker down while my wife and I travel the world!!! My dog says she loves this place by the way she pulls me in the door every time I drop her off.

Paw lofts is amazing. The employees are very nice. I feel they are sometimes overwhelmed but the business is always booming!! My little one always gets excited when he come here. The training classes made my life easier with my baby! They helped a lot and of course Debbie took her time to explain to me and talk me through what my puppy learned. Jonathan was the handler for my puppy during his training and he handled him with souch care! Definitely work the money for training. They are going to start swimming classes soon and i couldn't be more excited!!! They also do holiday pictures which i adore so much!!!

Really well-run doggie daycare in Medical District. I take advantage of the daycare, grooming and training. My dog loves going.

The trainer is not a friendly person, and very abrupt. My dog did not want to go in last Tuesday after being there for a couple of weeks. I wanted to have a tour of the place and was told no due to covid which seemed odd as they can stand on the other side of counter and talk to me and take my money with our masks on, but I can't go look where my dog is spending his days. Didn't go back.

My boyfriend and I have been taking our Catahoula dog to Paw Lofts for 6 months and we honestly feel so lucky that we found them! We have had experience with their day care services, grooming and most recently, boarding. All of which are excellent! Naturally, as pet parents we wanted to make sure our baby felt comfortable in this environment since we needed to drop him off for day care multiple days a week due to our busy work schedules. I’m happy to say that every time we bring him to day care his tail is wagging and he is so happy to be there! I’m regards to training, Debbie is AMAZING. Since our puppy is such a high-energy breed, we were having a learning curve with handling some of his behaviors. Debbie’s training sessions gave us extremely practical and effective tools that really work. Overall, we couldn’t ask for more and are so thankful to the staff! They are kind, reliable and the overall business is very Covid-responsible. We highly recommend Paw Lofts!
