Took a client's dog here for a bath the other day and they were super! The staff was very friendly and they took a great care of the pup!

The facility is clean and well-maintained. We have used daycare, boarding, and bath services, and overall have been pleased with the customer service and our dogs' experience here. Some of the staff members are more attentive than others and some give better reports on our dogs' boarding/daycare stays; the hours are a bit inconvenient too - it's difficult to get through traffic at 6PM for pickup so those are the reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. Their pricing gets much better when you buy a package of days for daycare.

Had to leave my two little dog there during my daughter’s wedding for a few days. No problems and they were clean when I picked them up. They seemed to be in good spirits too. I will use them again.

I bring my long haired chihuahua, Bella, here and she LOVES it. Kimberlys is so accommodating and is always available to bathe her, groom her, play with her, or just love on her! She drags me in every time we pull up. The staff knows her and me, and it’s the same few people each time so Bella is secure!
