We take our cats here and they are amazing with them. If I ever have a question or anything they take it seriously and get back to me super quick. I feel like they are invested in our animals here and that means so much when finding a vet. Unfortunately we lost our youngest and they sent us a card signed by the whole staff. I cannot recommend them any higher!

I've been taking my dogs here for years. They care about your sick pup and will fix it right up.

we were new patients (2 dogs) from out of state which was really challenging. The vet got us in quickly despite Covid and the staff was very friendly. 1 year edit: I have called for so many reasons and every time they always answer and they're so patient. Whether you need records emailed to you or a prescription filled this veterinarian office will accommodate you.

Good people, a little pricey yet you get what you pay for!

It's really not easy to deliver reliable and authentic, quality service through a phone call, but the people at Pavillion did just that. I called in to ask about scheduling because of my puppy's loose and bloody tooth issue. The front desk staff was very responsive and addressed the situation very politely and with detail. I was eventually able to speak with the doctor who allowed me to send some pictures to her so that she may briefly assess my puppy's condition and give advice. Dr. Komkov's response to my email and to my worrying was generous, honest, and reassuring. She promptly responded, letting me know that I didn't need to worry and that an in-office visit wasn't necessary. I was very relieved and was able to enjoy the rest of my afternoon, instead of being rushed to take my dog to the hospital. I'm confident that I will want to bring my dog in to Pavillion in the future when I have the chance. I'm looking forward to experiencing Dr. Komkov and the staffs' superb caring and service in person. Thanks again!

This is the best vet in Dallas! I drive up all the way from Downtown Dallas for this vet because I trust their medical services, compassion, and honesty. I'm so glad I found them!

The best! Both Dr. Komkov and Dr. Mullin are excellent doctors and very friendly. Dr. Komkov correctly diagnosed my dog's issue right away. Had to go to another clinic when Pavillion was closed and they not only misdiagnosed, they exacerbated the problem. Staff very friendly. Love them all!

Dr. Komkov is an amazingly compassionate veterinarian who is in the process of getting my 13 year old dog who is a Type I diabetic regulated. Her office staff and technicians are wonderful! Dr. Komkov and her staff take great care in how they treat their clients and pets. No question goes unanswered. I am more than thrilled that I found Dr. Komkov. She is wonderful!

Great vet. Cocker spaniels have the worst ears. Dr. K is the best and first vet to actually test what causing the problem in the ears. Unfortunately it is different all the time. Horrible allergies etc.

Dr. Komkov is a compassionate, detail oriented, expert veterinarian. She’s taken care of our animals for years and treats them if they were her own pets. She’s always been excellent at explaining any condition our pets have had in a simple way. When we had to put our eleven old dog down, it felt like everyone there helping us was family. She and her vet techs are such a wonderful group of people. Our animals aren’t scared going to the vet; everyone there treats them with so much love. Boarding our pets here has also been awesome. They obviously care a lot and pay close attention to the animals in their care. They even noticed our cat scratching his ears a bit more than usual, so they gave him an extra check up and started administering ear drops, which they gave us after we picked him up. I can’t say enough great things about this place, I’ve never had an experience here that was anything less than excellent. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!!!

Dr. Komkov, Dr. Mullin, and the entire staff at Pavillion Animal Hospital are the most fantastic group. We recently returned home from vacation to find our sweet doggie in the absolute sickest condition. We rushed her to Dr. Komkov and learned that she was in acute renal (kidney) failure from an unknown cause. Our little dog struggled for her life for nearly three weeks, and Dr. Komkov and her team fought right along side her. I am happy to report that our girl is home again and is on the mend. Dr. Komkov has been a caring and compassionate medical provider for our dog since we first brought her home as a puppy six years ago. We love her!

My name is Sharon Kellerhouse Rose's daughter. I walked in as a new patient with my 14 yr old schnauzer. She had an eye and skin infection. Without an appt they immediately made room to see my baby and Dr Mullen took her time explaining everything!! She monitored my bill as she ran tests to make sure I was aware of all costs. Treated my baby as if it was her own!! They are beyond caring!! The medicine she gave me started helping in less than 24 hrs. She called the next night just to check on how Bailey was doing!! If you have any fur babies this is the only clinic you should visit!! Vet bills can be expensive but their fees are very reasonable!! I have had dogs all my life and this is the only clinic I will use from now on!! You won't be disappointed!!!

Very nice staff that care about you and your animal. Offer very good prices for their services as well.

This veterinarian clinic is a very excellent place to go they do a wonderful job. The only problem is the front desk clerk. Watch out of her she is a older tall lady with red hair. I don't think she is very fond of minority.

We have a Great Experience with Dr. K and her staff over the years. We moved 30- 45 minutes away but we still take our pets to Dr. K. We would not trust their care to anyone else.
