Another Veterinary place suggested my cat be put down April 2020. She was misdiagnosed with FIP. Thank God I didn't accept that diagnosis. She is still alive and doing well. I highly recommend Dr Maxwell. He's thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and has a great attitude and sense of humor.

I love everyone at North Tollway Animal Hospital , they are so sweet and extremely helpful . My groomer for my precious baby boy is Patti there and I’ve never in all my years found such a perfect , compassionate, above the top talented groomer , she is a bark above them all and I want her to know how much Joe and I love and appreciate her . Teddy says Woof Woof

They seem more interested in getting paid than caring for my pet.

The entire staff here is amazing! They fell in love with my puppy and gave her many pats and kisses.

I called early in the day to see if the vet could see my cat, who I suspected had a UTI. The front office gave me a choice of morning appointments for that same day!

I could not be happier. I hat my cat declawed and neutered here. The Vet called me after the surgery. They did all the blood work and gave the post op instructions and meds. They took care of him one night after surgery, My cat was happy. Fair pricing

Kim, Shelby and the vets and staff at North Tollway Pet Hospital are awesome. They did an awesome job of taking care of Geraldine from puppy to rainbow bridge. They are doing the same now with Elva Mae. Great job ya'll.

Place is very clean, and staff at front desk were very nice. I feel like I got a much better diagnosis and care for my cat than the other veterinarian I was going to for my pets. I highly recommend this veterinarian office.

Some of the staff is incompetent. They don't add the services that you agreed to on paper. The Doctor screws up the surgery. Have to bring your pet back in for additional surgeries. Not a great place to bring your loved one.

We have had such great experiences at North Tollway Pet Hospital. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They provide you with all options for treatment and costs up front so there are no surprises and absolutely no pressure. Everyone is very kind and sensitive to the fact that our pets are family members and treat them as such. I can't imagine taking our pets anywhere else!

I’ve been bringing my pets here for years now and I have never been dissatisfied. They answer any questions I have and make me feel comfortable every trip. The last vet I went to for “cheaper prices” was unprofessional and my first thought was “shoulda went to my normal vet”. Don’t second guess it, go to this vet clinic. I highly recommend them.

When I found some strange lumps on my syrian hamster and my normal vet refused to see me until Friday, NTPH was able to get me in the next day because they knew how important it was. (And even if there was just an opening as a coincidence, I took it as a blessing) Front desk staff is very friendly and they have a very nice waiting area and "store". (My favorites at the front desk are Slick and Fuzzy in particular, two black cats they took in as strays when they were kittens and now live in the clinic full time!) Vet techs and Dr. Mcguire were incredible. Caring, heartfelt, gentle, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Dr. Mcguire obviously knows and loves the little guys, and even with my hamster having tumors on his leg, never once did he mention or suggest euthanasia. My hamster ended up needing an amputation, and Dr. Mcguire being very experienced with these procedures, was able to even squeeze him in the next day, even though his schedule was pretty booked. He knew how much I cared, he knew how much the hamster needed it, and you could tell that HE cared. This practice is amazing and I will now be switching all my animals to NTPH fulltime. The level of care, knowledge, and kindness is almost too good to be true. BUT...it isn't, they really are just that good. I would definitely suggest giving NTPH a try, especially for your exotics!! EDIT: Just wanted to edit with the good news! My hamster is in the clear! HUGE THANKS to the whole team at NTPH, but especially Dr. Mcguire. Haven't been able to stop happy crying for a week.

I am extremely happy with my Chrissy's first visit. She saw Dr. Dolian who was very patient with her and everyone she interacted with were just as patient and sweet to her. She is a real ball of nerves from the last vet she had and I could tell she was a little more comfortable here even with everything going on. This will definitely be where I take her going forward for all her needs. They are kind and gentle and listened to my concerns and made sure to keep me filled in on everything going on and what she would need to do to get better. Thank yall for treating my baby right and making us both feel at home.

Very disappointed in this place for not helping me out with getting a flea treatment for my pets. All because they say my pet is "due" for a wellness exam so they can get more money out of me before getting any type of treatment. I have spent well over a $$ grand in exams, procedures, and medicines this year alone and can't even get any leeway for trying to provide relief for my pets. 'Thank you' NWPH for not helping out or giving any consideration. Very disappointed!!

We have used Noth Toll for our pets needs for years now. The are honest, available, and go the extra mile always. Will continue to use them!!!!

I LOVE DR. MAXWELL!! My Baby was diagnosed with CHF and he has been very helpful and reassuring. Provided information and medication to help with symptoms and help make him comfortable. My D'Bo has been doing well on Vetmedin and other prescriptions he prescribed. I honestly feel that without his knowledge and experience my Baby wouldn't still be here. Thank you! ❤❤❤

I have taken both of my dogs to be groomed at North Tollway animal clinic for numerous years and they have done an exceptional job on grooming.

Prices are higher than other vets.

What a nice experience I had at North Tollway Pet Hospital. I usually see Dr. Dorian, but she was off on Friday. I met with Dr. Maxwell and his assistant, Emily, to examine my kitty. Dr. Maxwell was very profession and personable. I was immediately put at ease when he examined my cat, whom I cherish! Thank you, North Pet Hospital.
