Timber Ridge Animal Medical Center Allen, Texas

Having lived out in rural DFW, I had not found a place with the kind of attention and care of clients and animals that I’ve come to expect. Timber Ridge Animal Clinic met all the marks for me. They’re well priced, they’re attentive, they’re accommodating, their staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the get back to you when they say they will. In spite of them being busy, you don’t get a sense that they are because they take the time to walk you through procedures and explain what’s needed. They’re one of two vets that trust with my four legged family members. Well done Team at Timber a ridge.

The staff is amazing! They are always friendly and flexible when there's an emergency. They are also upfront about costs which is very considerate when you have a 16 year old. Love taking our pups here and they enjoy it as well

The worse service I ve had for such pricey vet...specially with the front desk personnel...will definitely no recommend this place they made me feel you are just another Dollar...no thx.

We came here off of recommendations from a neighbor. Holli had a great visit. Staff were friendly and Dr. Lutz took the time to explain what tests were going to be run and why.

We've recently switched to this office and we love it. The staff is friendly, knows our pet when we come in and communicates really well.

We had a wonderful first experience today. We will definitely be bringing our pets here in the future.

I absolutely love Timber Ridge. We started using them for our Rottweilers & now we see them for our cats. When our rotties both passed away they cared for us beyond what we were expecting. It definitely made some of the hardest times of our life more bearable. They’ve treated us like family from day one and it’s always so easy to get an appointment. Also, while their prices are sometimes a little higher than some of the other vets around, I never have an issue paying a little bit more money for the quality of care you get from the moment you walk in the door. We won’t take our pets anywhere else.

They are amazing. Our girl got bitten on the leg by another dog requiring surgery and stitches. They were able to get us in that day (on a holiday). They were very good to her and explained everything to us. Their estimated cost was very close and the price reasonable, especially compared to what an emergency vet would have charged.

I have a Doberman and they treat him like family. He never has a problem going to the vet. Great staff!

Good vet recommendations. Reasonable doctor and procedure costs. Medications are a bit pricey.

My friend has a dog she takes there, great Techs and Vets. Great service, but because of covid 19 you can not just walk in, have to have an appointment! And you can't go in with your pet! Call before you go!!

I rarely write reviews but I have had such a great experience with this clinic that I needed to share. Every time I sent an email, whether it was an appt request or question regarding my cats, I received an answer shortly after. Dr. Lutz responded to my email on a Sunday! This is unheard of. I have taken my cats to several vets due to us moving the past 10 years. I have had some good ones but they were in smaller towns. I requested to speak to my last vet (Thrive McKinney), regarding my cat’s illness and could never get ahold of her. The front desk kept saying they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. It was very frustrating. I wish I had switched to Timber Ridge sooner. I am a human doctor, so I know how hard it can be to run an efficient clinic and appreciate this office so much. I also can vouch that Dr. Lutz was very thorough with my cats. The pricing is also very reasonable.

I have been taking my dogs to Timber Ridge for 6 years now, when it was just Dr. Mel and a small staff. Over the years I have seen new staff and new doctors added, but the level of care has always remained the same. From the front office staff to the techs to the veterinarians, I have not encountered a more caring group of people invested in the wellbeing of my dogs. They have managed to work my dogs in quickly every time there has been something wrong that couldn't wait for long, and I have gotten more phone calls from Dr. Mel or Dr. Devony long after that office should have closed that I know how much they care about their patients and clients. I don't love the curbside care thanks to COVID precautions, but they have done everything to make it as seamless as possible.

Amazing visit! Dr. Devony and the staff were great! Dr. Devony was very sweet & gentle with my dog. The customer service I received was exceptional. My dog felt very comfortable here. She’s usually very jumpy but she definitely felt safe & at peace at this vet! Excited to make this place her new vet home! Thanks Ladies!

Love this place! Dr. Devony is amazing, pretty much cured my sweet fur baby's chronic ear infections in 2 visits after going to the same vet for years and never curing his issue. Only vet I trust with my dog Skipper!

Really helpful and understanding staff. I had to take my dog in for an emergency,. The vet explains everything to you and let you make the decision. They don't force you to agree to a whole bunch of unnecessary test and lab works.

WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My animals have been seeing Dr. Melanie for years. If you're wondering how many? Roughly 10. My dogs are always rescues and currently have 3 and 1 cat. I have referred several friends and they have been so happy going here. Dr. Devany is great too and she has tended to a couple of my furbies. The entire staff is awesome. The girls up front are a joy and the techs are great! My animals are like human children to me and everyone here is very compassionate, patient and treat my animals like their own. I've heard stories from people about how expensive their vet is or how they feel ripped off so I refer Timber Ridge every chance I get. You get the feeling they are actually doing what they do because they just love the job! That's an amazing feeling when your furry friends need to visit the Dr. You will not be disappointed with the Dr.'s, staff or cost here!

The vet was very attentive and hands-on when examining my dog. The staff is super friendly and professional (and ...they... actually answer the phone...woohoo!) The auto appointment reminder system was very helpful. The building and interior was recently buillt and spotlessly maintained. ....AND.... their prices are better than Bansfeld. A 'Grand-Slam' for veterinarian sevices, wouldn't you say?!!

Friendly vet and staff that works hard to take care of your fur babies. They've really helped my extra senior kitty and my pupper who will be having surgery soon. Trustworthy and upfront with billing, they give you treatment options with itemized costs before treatment. I've personally never seen that before. Good people
