We took Bentley to work with Jennie and her team following his surgery to repair a torn ACL. Being an older dog of 12 years you wouldn't expect him to actually look forward to therapy, but he was so happy to see Jennie and her team each and every time. He is now close to 4 1/2 months post-op and is back to his normal self thanks to the team at North Texas Animal Rehabilitation. We could not have had a more positive experience!

This place is amazing. I am a human physical therapist so I was very picky about where my dog would go for her CCL tear rehab. I didn't want to rush into surgery because as a PT I felt the conservative route could be successful. I talked with Jennie about the conservative route and her treatment protocol to get my very active dog back on her feet (figuratively and literally). Jennie walked me through her treatment approach which consisted on pure exercise and bracing - no unnecessary or non researched supported modalities. She gave me exercises to work on at home with my pup and was very prompt with all email responses when I had questions (and trust me I had A LOT of questions). My dog is doing so well with her rehab and her leg is getting stronger every week. She was so great with my shy and fearful dog and now she loves going and tolerates the water treadmill because Jennie and her staff made it so fun and comfortable for her. I love this place for canine rehab and my pup does too.

Our Yorkie had hip surgery and we took him to North Texas Animal rehabilitation for physical therapy. Jennie and Rebekah did a great job in working with him to get all four paws on the ground. They sent videos of his workouts so we could see what he was doing. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about this place. Jennie and company are great. They helped my Tango get back to walking after surgery on both front legs. You can definitely trust them with your furry family member.

We have had an amazing experience working with Jenny. My 55lb dog had 2 surgeries within 2 weeks of each other - torn meniscus and then a bulging disc removed. We didn’t know if she was going to be able to walk again. She is doing rehab and getting stronger! The water treadmill and other exercises are defining working! I cannot say enough wonderful things about North Texas Animal Rehabilitation! Jennie and Bekah are truly incredible and my dog loved going to physical therapy thanks to them. My dog had physical therapy for about two months before his surgery and then for a little over two months after his surgery. Jennie helped guide us through the process and made me feel confident throughout the journey. The progress my dog made even before his surgery was astounding. He came to them with a noticeable limp and within the first two weeks, he was walking normally and you could tell he felt SO much better! I could not have done this without the North Texas Animal Rehab team!

Jennie Ralph is so amazing at what she does. She loves these animal patients like they are her own. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else for needed therapy. The whole staff is super friendly and patient.

Jenny is the best! I have been taking my boxer to her for several months and highly recommend her to everyone I know that has a pet that needs physical therapy. My dog is always so excited when she sees Jenny! I was previously taking her to another therapist and she just would not use the water treadmill. Jenny got her to use it on her first try and she has been loving it ever since. She also sends video updates which are so fun to get!
