We are delighted that we found Victoria at K2S. Our pup, Robert de "Nero", is a little known Italian breed called a Lagotto Romagnolo. Groomers might be tempted to groom like a poodle which would go against standards and could actually damage their coat. Victoria had a bit of experience with the breed and was open to us providing a grooming standard pamphlet to guide her. We've been very pleased with her work thus far and hope to come here for years to come!

They were perfect! I went there for my cheagle’s bathing package basic which included nails trim, bath, etc. and when I took him back, the nails were actually trimmed properly, especially the hind legs. I’ve used some other dog grooming services but I found this one the best so far! Highly recommended!!

Took my Sheltie a few weeks ago, asked them to trim certain areas and they did a fantastic job. Smelled actually clean, not just perfume-y! Super sweet staff, and my dog who usually hates grooming seemed actually pretty calm! Will be back. Good pricing.

Victoria is friendly, honest and cares deeply for all her clients. We have a standard poodle and Labradoodle that visit her spa regularly. Highly recommended!

Rachel is great to work with O love the location because they allow you to drop off earlier then the appointment times and pick up later in the evening. The staff is very Covid friendly so they allow pick up at the door.

Catherine is excellent with my senior dog. My dog actually went with her and didn't cry leaving the car!! And my dog looks so pretty!!

Always wonderful! Our pup is happy to go in, and cheerful and clean when he comes out. The staff is fantastic.

**HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** I call in to make an appt. they ask the breed I say pure breed Chow chow she says okay. I send in vet records and they say nothing. I mean no call or email back. Today 5/2/2020 I call to verify the time slot and they say “what’s the breed?” Well they cancelled my appt due to the breed and didn’t let me know Anything even after a call and documents being sent in. Also I have the sweetest dog, 10x calmer and the peaceful then a Yorkie or Chi now I have to wait 3 additional weeks at another location. Why waste my time and risk a horrible review? **HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**

I was really hesitant about bringing Baci to another new groomer. He's been exposed to a lot of very bad...very bad...groomers; some of the most expensive in Dallas. Then my vet recommended knot2shaggy. So off we went. They were wonderful. They listened to what we wanted Baci to look like, used his special shampoo, and showed they really cared about their work. We couldn't be happier. He looks great and he came home happy and healthy. It was a wonderful experience for all of us!!!

So pleased with our puppy’s first grooming! Rachel did a great job and to our surprise, our fur baby had a heart hidden under all that shaggy hair! We were so nervous but the result went beyond our expectations. See the before and after pictures ❣️

I love this place and all of the staff! Brodie has been going for day care, boarding and grooming for over 5 years. He's always very excited when he gets there and Victoria and the staff are always amazing with him. I am very distrustful of people where Brodie is concerned. This is a top notch place and I never worry about him when he is there. THE BEST.

My Cocker Spaniel is not easy to deal with. Victoria does an awesome job with him. I am getting ready to move and she was kind enough to give me instructions for our next groomer. This is wonderful customer service. Something this country is in short supply of. Thank you so much.

I am LIVID! This is the second groomer who has hurt my angel baby Miss Daisy Mae!. I have wondered why she was licking her right paw. I have checked it and it looked ok. Until this morning there was blood and swelling. I have doctored her and it is elevated now. One more treatment tonight and if not better in the morning, Vet here we come. Do not ever go to "Not too Shaggy" on Preston Rd. I asked for a bath and blow dry and when she got in the car, she shook and hair everywhere which means they trimmed her without my authorization and injured her by cutting her. I will post a picture as soon as I can calm down and figure out how!

These guys are awesome! My baby always leaves there all pretty and smelling good. They have tons of patience with her.

If possible I'd assign minus stars

I have a rescue senior dog that can be difficult to manage. They are gentle here and take the extra time so the experience has been good for him. Just be sure to communicate your dogs temperament and needs so they know.

The worst - and the most expensive - grooming we've ever had for our two dogs. A dog carer chose this place to take ours while she was caring for them... they came back with long tufts, and bits missed all over. The smaller of the two dogs looked like she hadn't been groomed at all. I had to call to pay while they were there (so I didn't see them at the end) and I was charged $5 to pay over the phone! No good reason was given for this. It was $120 for two chihuahuas at 4 lbs and 9 lbs and the perfume they'd been sprayed with gave me an allergic reaction. Nothing about this was a good experience. Edit Oct 4: In response to the owner - Google Reviews are to give other consumers a perspective on what to expect from businesses. I've attached some photos which show one dog with a tuft in the middle of her head, bushy tails on both and the darker one's body a shaggy mess. They are lovely dogs and the carer did her best, but I could not tell you about my disappointment until I saw them but that was too late for a re-do because they were being driven to FL the very next day. By which time I'd not only paid you $5 just for paying by phone but had been charged more than any other groomer (you said yourself you're more expensive) and for a terrible job. I've no benefit in writing this review because I no longer live in Dallas; it's simply for Google's whole reason for being in existence. Others can decide from the photos if they'd be happy with the same.

To the owner of this location you are awesome !! The staff well trained and very helpful on any grooming tips. Just alone the care and treatment of my pup even though it was just a nail trim was AMAZING!! I would say keep up the good job but y'all do it great enough.

I have owned schnauzers my whole life and tried many different groomers in the 3 different states where I have lived but this was the BEST grooming service that I have ever found. They certainly know what a good schnauzer cut should look like.

Miss Jessica did a FABULOUS job on our 6 month old pomeranian who had never been groomed before! Her coat is soft and just beautiful! Nails all trimmed and neat. I think the best part was that we dropped her off at 9 a.m. and received a call at 11:30 a.m. saying she was ready to be picked up! Groomers that we have used in the past seem to keep the poor little dogs ALL day and it stresses them out! We will definitely be back in the very near future!
