They did a nice job but the gal who checked me in was rude and very unfriendly.

Benji loves his fur cut! First time bringing him here and I can tell he loves it! They did such a great job with his grooming. They also finished at a time they said he would. Benjis old grooming salon closed and it’s been hard trying to find one we like and now I’m so glad we found this salon for him and his brothers and sisters. We will be back and can’t wait for my other fur babies. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

My dog, Chai, always looks and smells so amazing after I pick him up from here. I live in Frisco now but drive all the way over here to get my fur baby groomed. I highly recommend Heritage and tell them Já sent you! ????????

Go ahead and make an appointment here and they will tell you that you made the appointment on the wrong day. Highly unprofessional and didn’t offer to take him in on her mistake. When I made the appointment I could hear her shaving another dog so clearly she wrote down the wrong day. We’ve been loyal customers and have taken many of our dogs here but we no longer will be coming back.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment. When I showed up ... they did not want to service my toy poodle. I left after 5 minutes and was completely shocked and appalled. I will never come back again. Classic K9 Dog Grooming (Frisco) took me in as a walk in that same day and had her done in 45 min. She looked perfect.

They always do an excellent job with my 14 year old dog.

I'm not saying they are bad, it's just when i took my dog over there, she hide her tale after the 2nd time, i noticed it but i was thinking to try one more time and same thing happened, i asked them but they just told me that it may be because when they dry dogs they use hair blower and maybe she is scared about it, but we take her to another place and she is always happy to go there...

I absolutely love how my puppy, Chai, smells after I pick him up from Heritage. They do such a great job bathing and grooming him. I recommend them 1000%

Very friendly and good communication

This is 3rd time my dog has been groomed there. I can't praise them enough. He looks fabulous & fhey're always so kind to him. He's almost 12 y/o & has severe Arthritis & he is always eager to enter their shop.

Went there to get my furr baby bath and trim. The place was neat and clean and my furr baby was smelling very nice after I picked him up. Friendly staff! :)

They are always so nice and do a wonderful job. Our dogs tail is wagging when she is walking in to get groomed and for her that means she is very happy. They are definitely well priced for the service they offer and we couldn’t be happier with them.

Took Bella in for grooming because her original groomer was booked. Was extremely happy with how she looked! Bella now has a new groomer!!!!

very rude owner and terrible service took my dog for a 10 am appointment did not got her back till 4.00pm. and when I complained why it took so long while my dog was hungry and was not taken out she told me if you don't like don't come back I have plenty of business, do yourself and your lovely pet take them some where else.

I have almost 3 years taking my dog ​​to this place, today the owner told me that they would raise the prices of their services, that from $ 25 to $ 45 for just a bath.They always offer good service and My dogs always look good but it is ridiculous the new prices.!!! they never do anything else to my dog just a bath. Now they argue that they did more things, I understand that they have a thousand excuses to justify their high prices. it is definitely a place not recommended for price and quality of service ????

I've been coming to Heritage Pet Salon the past 12 years; I moved and still drive 30 minutes each way to come here. Tweet and her staff are great and they are the only ones I trust my babies with for grooming!

Great service, pups are well cared for

This is the best grooming salon in Dallas, in my opinion. I have been to so many different salons and this is hands-down the best. The prices are reasonable and she does an excellent job. My dog looks like he’s ready for a dog show when I pick him up and he smells so clean for days. I will never take him anywhere else. He is a. Maltese Lhasa apso mix so his hair grows fast and long but they take great care of him and make sure his fur is combed out thoroughly.
