I have been taking my golden doodle Teddy here for a little less than a year. We do all of our grooming, daycare and boarding here as Teddy has pretty bad separation anxiety. Furry Tails is truly the best! Teddy is always so excited to see everyone. I work a lot and have a lot of work trips and he never seems upset when he knows he’ll be there. They are great about sending photos and videos while I’m away. They also don’t use crates and every dog has it’s own little room. They are also really flexible and always very patient with my questions or when I can’t remember dates. I never worry when he is at Furry Tails because I know he’s having fun and being well looked after. I highly recommend them especially for doodle hair cuts! Teddy always comes home looking so cute!!

Love this place! They always cut my poodle's hair exactly how I described, and it amazes me every time I see him. I recommend this place for people who have nervous dogs. My puppy isn't always a big fan of baths and haircuts but Furry Tails always gets it done and my puppy is always happy when he gets home. 10/10.

Took my dog for the first time to Furry Tails for a nail trim and ear cleaning. Great staff and even better services. My vet has always done her mail trimming since she was a puppy and has struggled at the bet to let them trim her nails. It was always a fight between her and the vet. At Furry Tails she went in and came out in no time with the BEST mail trim of her life. Definitely will be coming back here from now on.

I feel at checkout time , display should be more detailed. Would make a difference and what to give for tip. I feel you should not tip on taxes

I adopted my dog Rusty at the end of 2020 and due to my schedule, I wanted to make sure I had a tried and true place I could take him for boarding and/or daycare. I tried a couple places recommended by others, and every time I would drop him off or pick him up from locations, he was always so hesitant to go in or would be pulling to get back to me. From the first experience at Furry Tails, Rusty (and I), fell in love. When he notices us pulling up, he literally tries to jump out the car with excitement. He runs to the gate and can hardly wait for them to let him in. The staff all know him by name and are always so friendly. I feel very comfortable about our choice to continue using Furry Tails and I find their prices to be extremely reasonable within this market!

When I lived in Dallas, Furry Tails was my go-to boarder. They always took great care of my dog, Apollo and were very responsive via email for bookings. Very reasonable prices, clean environment, and good bath add on options as well.

Avoid!! It was my dog’s first time going there for groom only. I found out when I got there that they put dogs of all sizes together in a room while they wait. No testing my dog since she was a first timer or anything like other places would. When I asked for her to be possibly crated or put with small dogs they looked put out. My dog was only having a bath and her feet, butt and sani area trimmed. They told me 2-3 hours tops. It took 4.5. When I picked her up they brought her out and they hadn’t trimmed her feet, they looked the same as when I left her. They looked put out again when I asked. Then they mentioned they forgot to write it down. Then I had to wait another 20 min while they took her back. I got home and my dog started scooting. She has razor burn in her sani area and is so uncomfortable walking and going to the bathroom because it hurts her. I’m using a washcloth and neosporin to help alleviate the irritation. I’m shocked this place got rave reviews. What a horrible experience for me and my dog.

I almost have no complaints about the groming as they were done right, just one of the ears in my miniature schnauzer inside is still red a week later from something. The front desk can be a bit more friendlier when you talk to her. Other then that it's my 2nd time there and i can recommend them for you dogs.

Our dog Reign loves furry tails and we love being able to take her here to get a nice grooming and be socialized waiting for us to pick her up. Reign is hyperactive despite the hours of swimming and running she does everyday, so she can definitely be a handful at times. However, the staff always handles her with care and she comes out with a huge smile on her face and a cute bandana. One negative of Furry Tails my husband and I have noticed is lack of communication with Furry Tails. They never answer our calls whether it’s too book and appointment or check for same day availability. Usually when they get back to us, I’ve noticed it takes a while and sometimes days to return the call. It’s frustrating to deal with the booking side of things. I understand they are taking care of a lot there, but days without a call back & continuous times without an answer is not great communication practice. Overall, we love Furry Tails and Reign does as well, so we hope this communication issue can be resolved. Throw us a bone and call back please!????????

The best pet boarding & grooming place in DFW. My pets leave happy everytime. They get to play with other pets. They do the grooming to your specifications. They send videos/pics to you if you board your pets. You can tell they take good care of your pets.

Got our Irish Doodle groomed here and they did a phenomenal job! As you can see from the pic, it was needed. They took notes as they asked me what cut I was looking for and they executed perfectly! Can't be happier and definitely will return!!

Been bringing our miniature schnauzer here for over a year or so. Great place for dog grooming.

My little one’s first grooming experience with Furry Tails was great. She did not look stressed out at all when she came back home. Would totally recommend this place for your loved ones!

People stop us randomly to ask where I take my dog for grooming and we drive an hour and back so we can take him here! It's worth the drive, they're so professional, do a great job, it's always easy, fuss free ordeal. We absolutely love it and wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.

My first Experience was great! The customer service they give is excellent very professional, friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back. My Dog was super happy when I arrived, he usually is very upset at me when I leave him at another grooming place. Oh and price is great!

My wife and I have been bringing our Gracie for grooming here for 2 years after jumping around different groomers. They are the only groomer that she doesn't freak out at. The groomers have always been on time and friendly. Gracie's haircut comes out exactly how we ask, and she always comes home with an adorable bandana. Highly recommend these folks.

I have absolutely loved Furry Tails since the first day I brought my dog here!! The employees are always nice and I love how they allow the dogs to play and mingle while they wait to be picked up (other places like petsmart will just put your dog on a cage and not feed them anything). My dog always comes home smelling amazing and his fur is so fluffy. This is like his spa day because he goes to furry tails, plays with other dogs, takes a bath, then he comes home ready to take a long nap lol

This was my first time coming here everyone was so welcoming the front desk helped me as far a choosing what haircut my puppy should get. MY DOGS LOOKED SO AMAZING!! Thank you so much

Went here twice with our Maltese-poodle puppy. The first time, after the grooming, there were blood clots in the right inner ear. The second time, for 3 days straight after the grooming, our puppy was shaking for 3 days straight. She looked good, but she also came with trauma.

I use them for boarding and grooming. Haven't had any issues with my dog boarding here. I love to take my dog for grooming here also, but they are quite busy, so it's not very convenient. You'll usually have to schedule at least 2 weeks out.

One of the best day care and groomers around Irving/Farmers branch area. They are so professional and murphy loves to be there.

So glad I found this place! I have a toy poodle and they did a wonderful job with her teddy bear cut.

My dog and I love Furry Tails. The staff is very caring and supportive. I recently called to board my dog during the power outage in Feb. They closed early that day due to the weather, but allowed me to bring my dog as we were out of power. They drove to the store after hours to allow my dog in. I am forever grateful!

I absolutely love this place and how they treat my puppy. She is a very rowdy and active mini Australian shepherd and they know just how to handle her and make sure she’s taken care of. She always comes back looking and smelling great after her grooming. 10/10

Folks are great here. Picked up my dog, had a little concern about my dog but they contacted me and took care of it.

Drove 30mins for my dogs grooming appointment. They didn’t file her nails down as I paid for. Owner just said come back and they’ll file it. I don’t wanna drive 30mins for something I paid you to do the first time. Not very helpful or accommodating.

They’re very polite and not too expensive compared to other places. The only thing is sometimes they can be booked up for a week. Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment.

I took my baby Girasol to Furry Tails for the very first time today. I can’t say enough about this place. The employees are very welcoming, they ask questions to make sure they do the best job they can do according to your wants. Girasol was in at 10:30 and out by 1:00. She was super happy, looked absolutely beautiful, she got a bandana, and she also got a yummy treat! We are definitely coming back. Thank you ????
